&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La competència lectora constitueix un aprenentatge fonamental per al desenvolupament personal, acadèmic i social de l'alumnat i té un caràcter transversal, atès que permet accedir al coneixement i afavoreix l'aprenentatge en totes les àrees, matèries i àmbits curriculars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Resolució del Consell de la Unió Europea, de 26 de febrer de 2021, relativa a un marc estratègic per a la cooperació europea en l'àmbit de l'educació i la formació amb vista a l'Espai Europeu d'Educació i més enllà (2021-2030) (2021/C 66/01) estableix els objectius de referència a escala de la Unió Europea en matèria d'educació i formació. Entre aquests objectius, fixa que, d'aquí a l'any 2030, el percentatge de joves de quinze anys amb un baix rendiment en comprensió lectora, matemàtiques i ciències ha de ser inferior al 15 %.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació estableix que, amb la finalitat de fomentar l'habitud i el domini de la lectura, els centres educatius hi han de dedicar un temps diari i que les administracions educatives han de promoure plans de foment de la lectura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Així mateix, l'article 113 de la mateixa llei estableix que els centres d'ensenyament han de disposar d'una biblioteca escolar i encomana a les administracions educatives completar progressivament la dotació de les biblioteques dels centres públics. Aquest precepte permet vincular la biblioteca escolar amb els plans de lectura dels centres i amb l'adquisició de fons bibliogràfics per facilitar l'accés de l'alumnat a la informació i al coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, d'educació de les Illes Balears, estableix, entre els principis generals del sistema educatiu, l'impuls de la innovació pedagògica, l'equitat, la igualtat d'oportunitats i la millora de la qualitat educativa. Així mateix, reconeix l'autonomia pedagògica i de gestió dels centres educatius per donar resposta a les necessitats del seu alumnat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El Decret 4/2023, de 13 de febrer, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament orgànic dels centres educatius de les Illes Balears, determina que el projecte educatiu del centre ha d'incloure el Pla de foment de la lectura (Pla de Lectura de Centre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquest Pla constitueix el document en què es concreten els objectius, les estratègies, les activitats i els recursos que desenvolupa el centre per incrementar la competència lectora de l'alumnat. En aquest marc, ha de promoure l'ús de la biblioteca escolar com a espai de lectura, aprenentatge i accés a la informació, així com la creació de clubs de lectura, racons lectors i altres iniciatives que afavoreixin l'hàbit lector mitjançant l'ús de llibres en format físic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. El 20 de juny de 2026 es va publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat la Resolució d'11 de juny de la Secretaria d'Estat d'Educació per la qual s'aprova la proposta de distribució territorial i els criteris de repartiment dels crèdits gestionats per les comunitats autònomes destinades al Programa de Cooperació Territorial de Reforç de la Competència Lectora, en l'exercici pressupostari 2026, finançat pel Ministeri d'Educació, Formació Professional i Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. D'acord amb la Resolució d'11 de juny de 2026, de la Secretaria d'Estat d'Educació, per la qual es publica l'Acord de la Conferència Sectorial d'Educació de 3 de juny de 2026, relatiu al Programa de Cooperació Territorial de Reforç de la Competència Lectora per a l'exercici pressupostari 2026, l'actuació 7 del Programa preveu una dotació econòmica destinada al desenvolupament d'activitats d'adquisició i millora de la competència lectora, mitjançant l'assignació de fons als centres educatius perquè puguin programar actuacions adreçades a aquesta finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Per tot això, la Direcció General de Primera Infància, Atenció a la Diversitat i Millora Educativa considera necessari impulsar una convocatòria específica destinada a facilitar als centres educatius recursos econòmics per millorar i actualitzar els fons de les biblioteques escolars, vinculant necessàriament l'adquisició de les lectures a les necessitats detectades pel centre i als objectius i actuacions establerts en el seu Pla de Foment de la Lectura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Les assignacions econòmiques concedides als centres s'han de destinar a l'adquisició de fons bibliogràfics vinculats al Pla de foment de la lectura del centre i a les necessitats de millora de la competència lectora detectades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. La quantia prevista destinada al programa és d'un import màxim de 150.000 €, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 13601/421K02/22902/FF26180 dels pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació, modificada per la Llei orgànica 3/2020, de 29 de desembre, especialment els articles 19.3, 113 i 121 (BOE núm. 106, de 4 de maig de 2006).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, d'educació de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 38, de 17 de març de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decret 4/2023, de 13 de febrer, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament orgànic dels centres educatius de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 21, de 16 de febrer de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Resolució del Consell de la Unió Europea 2021/C 66/01, relativa al marc estratègic per a la cooperació europea en educació i formació 2021-2030 (DOUE núm. 66, de 26 de febrer de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Resolució d'11 de juny de 2026 de la Secretaria d'Estat d'Educació, per la qual es publica l'Acord de la Conferència Sectorial d'Educació de 3 de juny de 2026, relatiu al Programa de Cooperació Territorial de Reforç de la Competència Lectora (BOE núm. 150, de 20 de juny de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. La Resolució de 22 de maig de 2026, publicada al BOIB núm. 67, de 28 de maig de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria del Programa per a la millora i actualització dels fons de les biblioteques escolars i el foment de la lectura finançada pel Ministeri d'Educació, Formació Professional i Esports destinada als centres sostinguts amb fons públics de les Illes Balears que imparteixen el segon cicle d'educació infantil, educació primària, secundària obligatòria o cicles formatius de grau bàsic per al curs escolar 2026-2027, d'acord amb les bases que figuren en l'annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases de la convocatòria, que figuren en l'annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Aprovar els annexos següents:&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta Resolució i els annexos en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, a la Seu Electrònica de la CAIB i al web del Servei d'Innovació Educativa (https://sie.caib.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el conseller d'Educació i Universitats en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de publicar-se, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La convocatòria té per objecte concedir una assignació econòmica als centres educatius sostinguts amb fons públics de les Illes Balears per a la millora, la renovació i l'actualització dels fons de les biblioteques escolars i dels racons lectors, amb la finalitat de fomentar l'hàbit lector i contribuir a la millora de la competència lectora de l'alumnat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Les adquisicions de recursos i materials de lectura vinculades a aquesta convocatòria han de respondre a les necessitats detectades pel centre i han d'estar vinculades als objectius i les actuacions prevists en el seu Pla de Lectura de Centre, d'ara endavant PLC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Centres destinataris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Els destinataris d'aquesta convocatòria són els centres educatius sostinguts amb fons públics de les Illes Balears que imparteixen ensenyaments de segon cicle d'educació infantil, educació primària, educació secundària obligatòria o cicles formatius de grau bàsic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. No poden ser destinataris d'aquesta convocatòria els centres educatius adherits al Programa per a l'Orientació, l'Avanç i l'Enriquiment Educatiu (PROA+) que, en el mateix curs escolar, percebin finançament per al desenvolupament de l'activitat palanca A233 «Dinamització de biblioteques escolars».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. No poden ser destinataris d'aquesta convocatòria els centres educatius adherits al Programa de Reforç de la Competència Lectora que, en el mateix curs escolar, percebin finançament per al desenvolupament d'aquest programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Requisits i compromisos dels centres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els centres que participin en la convocatòria assumeixen els compromisos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Presentar una proposta de millora i actualització dels fons de la biblioteca escolar vinculada al Pla de Lectura de Centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Destinar l'assignació econòmica concedida íntegrament i exclusivament a l'adquisició dels fons bibliogràfics prevists en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Garantir que els fons adquirits responguin a criteris de qualitat, adequació pedagògica, diversitat, inclusió i accessibilitat i afavorir l'ús efectiu dels nous fons adquirits i la seva integració en les pràctiques lectores del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Contribuir al desenvolupament de la competència lectora de l'alumnat en les diferents etapes educatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Incorporar els fons adquirits a l'inventari i/o catàleg de la biblioteca escolar del centre i posar-los a disposició de l'alumnat, del professorat i/o de la comunitat educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Justificar l'aplicació de l'assignació econòmica en els termes establerts en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sol·licitud i documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La sol·licitud l'ha de presentar la direcció del centre exclusivament per mitjans electrònics, mitjançant el tràmit habilitat a aquest efecte a la Seu Electrònica de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La sol·licitud ha d'anar acompanyada de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) El PLC vigent del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) La proposta de millora i actualització dels fons de la biblioteca escolar, segons el model de l'annex 3, que ha d'incloure, com a mínim:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Breu diagnosi de la situació actual dels fons de la biblioteca: necessitats detectades i objectius que es pretenen assolir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Alumnat destinatari i relació de la tipologia dels fons bibliogràfics que es preveu adquirir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Vinculació de la proposta amb el PLC quant a les actuacions previstes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Mesures d'inclusió, accessibilitat i atenció a la diversitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Altra informació rellevant que vulgueu incloure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és de deu dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Únicament s'admetran les sol·licituds presentades dins el termini establert i mitjançant el tràmit habilitat a la Seu Electrònica de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La data de presentació serà la que consti en el registre electrònic corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En el cas que l'import total corresponent a les sol·licituds que compleixen els requisits superi el crèdit disponible, els centres s'ordenaran d'acord amb la disponibilitat pressupostària amb els criteris de valoració següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Els centres se seleccionaran per ordre decreixent de puntuació fins a exhaurir el crèdit disponible. En cas d'empat, es prioritzarà, per aquest ordre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) El centre amb un percentatge més elevat d'alumnat vulnerable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) El centre que hagi obtingut una puntuació més elevada en la coherència de la proposta amb el PLC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Si persisteix l'empat, el centre que hagi registrat abans la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setè&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dotació econòmica, assignació i quanties&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La quantia prevista destinada al programa té un import màxim de 150.000 € amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 13601/421K02/22902/FF26180 dels pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Els centres seleccionats rebran una assignació econòmica destinada exclusivament a la millora, renovació i actualització dels fons de la biblioteca escolar, d'acord amb la proposta presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La quantia assignada a cada centre no serà uniforme, sinó que es determinarà en funció de la seva dimensió, atenent al nombre d'alumnes matriculats en el curs 2026-2027, amb la finalitat de garantir una distribució proporcional i equitativa dels recursos disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. S'estableixen els trams d'assignació següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L'assignació econòmica s'ha de destinar a l'adquisició de llibres i altres fons bibliogràfics en suport físic destinats a la biblioteca escolar i vinculats al PLC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Es poden adquirir, entre d'altres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Literatura infantil i juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Narrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Poesia i teatre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Fons adaptats i accessibles per a alumnat amb necessitats específiques de suport educatiu, com per exemple audiollibres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Són funcions de la Comissió:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Examinar les sol·licituds presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Comprovar el compliment dels requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La llista provisional amb els centres admesos i exclosos es publicarà al web del Servei d'Innovació Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Els centres disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista provisional per presentar al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Una vegada resoltes les al·legacions, es publicarà al web del Servei d'Innovació Educativa la llista definitiva dels centres admesos, dels centres en llista d'espera i dels centres exclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Onzè&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Execució de les actuacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Els centres seleccionats han d'executar l'assignació econòmica dins el termini comprès entre l'1 de desembre del 2026 i el 31 de juliol de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Les adquisicions s'han d'ajustar a la proposta presentada i a les finalitats establertes en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Qualsevol modificació substancial de la finalitat o de la tipologia dels fons prevists ha de ser autoritzada prèviament pel Servei d'Innovació Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El fons bibliogràfic adquirit ha d'estar catalogat, incorporat a la biblioteca escolar i disponible per al seu ús abans de la finalització del termini d'execució a 31 de desembre de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Els centres han de justificar la correcta aplicació dels fons abans del 31 de juliol de 2027 i pujar les factures corresponents al programa Llull.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La justificació ha d'incloure:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Una memòria breu de l'actuació, amb una extensió màxima de dues pàgines, que especifiqui els fons adquirits, la necessitat a la qual donen resposta, la vinculació amb el PLC i la manera com s'han incorporat o es preveu incorporar-los a les pràctiques lectores del centre. (Annex 4)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Si escau, acreditació del reintegrament de l'import no executat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Tota la documentació de la convocatòria (inclosos els annexos) que es generi s'ha de custodiar al centre durant 6 anys amb la finalitat que es trobi disponible en cas que qualsevol òrgan de control la requereixi en el procés de revisió o auditoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tretzè&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Seguiment i avaluació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Servei d'Innovació Educativa farà el seguiment de l'execució del Programa i podrà sol·licitar als centres la informació necessària per comprovar la correcta aplicació dels fons.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Els centres han de facilitar la informació necessària per valorar l'impacte de l'actuació en la biblioteca escolar, en les pràctiques lectores i en el desenvolupament del Pla de Lectura de Centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La informació recollida podrà ser utilitzada per valorar la continuïtat de la convocatòria i introduir-hi les millores que es considerin necessàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
