    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Havent-se aprovat, mitjançant el Decret de Batlia núm. 2026-1074, de 21 d'octubre de 2026, la rectificació d'errors de les bases de la convocatòria per a la selecció i contractació en règim laboral, mitjançant contracte de relleu, d'una plaça d'Oficial de 2a de Manteniment, mitjançant el sistema de concurs, amb col·laboració amb el Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), el qual serà el responsable de la difusió de l'oferta i la tramitació de la mateixa, el qual es transcriu textualment a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist l'Acord de la Mesa General de Negociació, de 23 de setembre de 2026, d'»Aprovar la Convocatòria i les bases específiques de selecció per concurs per a la contractació, mitjançant contracte de relleu de personal laboral temporal, d'un lloc d'Oficial segona de manteniment, adscrit a la Brigada Municipal de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist el Decret de Batlia núm. 2026-0972, de 24 de setembre de 2026, d'aprovació de la convocatòria i de les bases, el qual va ser publicat en el BOIB núm. 127 de 8 d'octubre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist la resposta del SOIB, de data 8 d'octubre de 2026, demanant eliminar la referència a l'article 7 de les bases de la convocatòria de constitució de la Borsa de treball.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist l'acord de la Mesa General de Negociació, de 20 d'octubre de 2026, sobre l'esmena de les bases, proposant la següent rectificació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ON DIU: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«7. CONSTITUCIÓ DE BORSA DE TREBALL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es constituirà una borsa de treball amb les persones que superin el procés de selecció i no resultin contractades, a fi que pugui ser utilitzada en futures crides que poguessin resultar necessaris per cobrir vacants temporalment. La borsa serà ordenada segons la puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació mínima per poder formar part de la corresponent borsa d'ocupació és de 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrà acudir-se a la contractació de personal laboral temporal per substituir al personal laboral contractat en cas que es produeixi l'extinció del contracte del personal rellevista abans de la finalització del segon any posterior a l'accés pel jubilat parcial a la jubilació plena en qualsevol de les seves modalitats. Aquest contracte temporal finalitzarà en la data d'incorporació del nou personal laboral fix vinculat a la jubilació parcial o, en tot cas, quan finalitzi el segon any posterior a l'extinció de la jubilació parcial del treballador al qual s'hagués vinculat la contractació temporal (apartat d) de l'article únic del Reial decret llei 19/2026, de 29 de juny).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de crida dels aspirants inscrits en la borsa en aquest Ajuntament serà per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Crida al primer aspirant disponible de la llista: Tindrà preferència l'aspirant que figura en primer lloc de la llista d'ordre de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La renúncia a un lloc de treball ofert suposarà la passada de l'aspirant a l'últim lloc de la borsa d'ocupació, tret que concorri una de les següents circumstàncies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Part, baixa per maternitat o situacions assimilades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Malaltia greu que impedeixi l'assistència al treball, sempre que s'acrediti degudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Exercici de càrrec públic representatiu que impossibiliti l'assistència al treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta borsa de treball tindrà una vigència màxima de dos (2) anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La borsa de treball degudament actualitzada es trobarà publicada de forma permanent a la pàgina web municipal.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Constitució de borsa de treball»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els successius anuncis d'aquesta convocatòria, quan procedeixin de conformitat amb les bases, es publicaran a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament http://bunyola.sedelectronica.es&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;i, en el seu cas, en el Tauler d'anuncis, per a major difusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra les presents bases, que posen fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar alternativament o recurs de reposició potestatiu, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació del present anunci, davant l'Alcaldia d'aquest Ajuntament, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions públiques, o recurs contenciós-administratiu, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació del present anunci, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa. Si s'optés per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu, no podrà interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci.
