    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El batle de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera, mitjançant Decret de Batlia núm.2026-1359, de 09 d'octubre de 2026, ha resolt el següent:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;.- Delegar a favor del segon tinent de batle, Bernardo Grimalt Alfaro, l'exercici de les funcions i atribucions pròpies de la Batlia durant el període comprès entre el 10 d'octubre de 2026 i el 12 d'octubre de 2026, ambdós inclosos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar aquesta resolució al segon tinent de batle, Bernardo Grimalt Alfaro, publicar-la al BOIB i al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera, i donar-ne compte al Ple de l'Ajuntament en la primera sessió que se celebri.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
