    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb el previst als articles 17.3b i 20.8a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria text íntegre de les quals es pots consultar a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/933509) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran ser beneficiàries de les subvencions regulades en aquesta convocatòria les entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre, legalment constituïdes, que compleixin els requisits establerts en aquesta convocatòria i en la convocatòria corresponent, i que assumeixin directament les despeses derivades de la participació dels seus equips o esportistes en competicions esportives oficials fora de l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els equips i esportistes pels quals se sol·liciti la subvenció hauran d'estar vinculats a l'entitat sol·licitant mitjançant la corresponent llicència federativa o documentació federativa acreditativa, i hauran de participar en competicions oficials degudament reconegudes, organitzades o autoritzades per la federació esportiva competent i incloses en el calendari oficial corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas els equips o esportistes tindran la condició de beneficiaris directes de la subvenció. Aquesta condició correspondrà exclusivament a l'entitat sol·licitant, que assumirà totes les obligacions derivades de la concessió, execució, justificació, publicitat, control i, si és el cas, reintegrament de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les entitats beneficiàries hauran de complir, a més, els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ser entitats esportives, grups associatius esportius o altres entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre, legalment constituïdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar inscrites en el Registre Municipal d'Associacions de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa, amb anterioritat a la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No estar afectades per cap de les prohibicions per a obtenir la condició de beneficiàries previstes en l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i econòmiques amb l'Agència Estatal d'Administració Tributària, l'Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears, la Seguretat Social i l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No tenir pendent de justificació cap subvenció, tret que s'hagués concedit una pròrroga a aquest efecte, ni ser deutor per resolució en la qual es declari la procedència del reintegrament d'una subvenció anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar vinculades a una federació esportiva oficialment reconeguda pel Consell Superior d'Esports (CSD), o bé participar en modalitats esportives autòctones reconegudes per la Direcció General d'Esports del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queden expressament excloses de la condició de beneficiàries, respecte de l'objecte d'aquesta subvenció, les entitats esportives que sol·licitin ajuda per a equips o esportistes la participació dels quals correspongui a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;opens, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tornejos privats, lligues no federades, competicions amistoses, exhibicions o qualsevol altra competició que no tingui caràcter oficial o que no estigui reconeguda formalment per la federació esportiva corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Patronat Municipal d'Esports podrà comprovar d'ofici la veracitat de la documentació presentada i requerir a l'entitat sol·licitant la documentació complementària que consideri necessària per a acreditar el compliment dels requisits establerts en aquest article. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és regular la concessió de subvencions, en règim de concurrència competitiva, destinades als clubs esportius del municipi d'Eivissa que assumeixin les despeses derivades de la participació dels seus equips o esportistes en competicions esportives oficials fora de l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A aquest efecte, la persona beneficiària de la subvenció serà sempre el club esportiu sol·licitant, sense perjudici que l'activitat subvencionada correspongui a la participació d'un o diversos equips o esportistes vinculats a l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A aquest efecte, podran ser objecte de subvenció, entre altres, les despeses de desplaçament, allotjament i manutenció; les despeses federatives, llicències, inscripcions, arbitratges, quotes o drets de participació; les despeses d'equipaments, material esportiu i material tècnic necessari; les despeses de salut, fisioteràpia, assistència mèdica, farmàcia i prevenció de lesions; així com les nòmines, factures i costos de personal tècnic, esportiu, auxiliar i/o jugadors que estiguin directament vinculats a la participació en les competicions oficials objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, podran considerar-se subvencionables aquelles despeses de logística, transport de material, assegurances, acreditacions, visats, documentació federativa o internacional i altres despeses necessàries per a la participació en competicions d'àmbit balear, estatal, europeu o mundial, sempre que quedi degudament acreditada la seva relació directa amb l'objecte de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada club sol·licitant només podrà presentar una única sol·licitud de subvenció, que haurà de correspondre necessàriament a una sola línia de subvenció, sense que sigui possible concórrer simultàniament a més d'una línia dins de la mateixa convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Bases reguladores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES REGULADORES DE LES SUBVENCIONS DEL PATRONAT MUNICIPAL D'ESPORTS DE L'AJUNTAMENT D'EIVISSA PER A CLUBS ESPORTIUS DEL MUNICIPI QUE COMPETEIXEN FORA DE L'ILLA D'EIVISSA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicades a la seu electrònica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; (https://esports-eivissa.sedelectronica.es)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Import&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La present convocatòria compta amb un crèdit pressupostari total de 350.000,00 eur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;os, amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 34000-48902 del pressupost del Patronat Municipal d'Esports d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l crèdit total disponible es distribueix inicialment entre les dues línies de subvenció de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia A. Subvencions i ajudes per a la participació en competicions esportives oficials fora de l'illa d'Eivissa per a esports d'equip: crèdit màxim inicial de 270.000,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línia B. Subvencions i ajudes per a la participació en competicions esportives oficials fora de l'illa d'Eivissa per a esports individuals: crèdit màxim inicial de 80.000,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantia màxima individual que podrà concedir-se a una mateixa entitat beneficiària serà de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;55.000,00 euros en la Línia A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.000,00 euros en la Línia B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La distribució del crèdit entre les dues línies tindrà caràcter inicialment limitatiu, sense perjudici de la possibilitat de redistribuir el crèdit sobrant entre elles en els termes establerts en l'article relatiu (Art. 19) a la determinació de la quantia individual de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas la redistribució del crèdit podrà suposar un increment de la quantia total màxima de la convocatòria, fixada en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;350.000,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, ni permetrà superar les quanties màximes individuals establertes per a cadascuna de les línies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquè&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
