&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria de concurs de trasllats és fer possible la mobilitat amb caràcter periòdic del personal laboral fix de diverses categories dependents de la Fundació Banc de Sang i teixits de les Illes Balears. El concurs s'articula per mitjà d'una convocatòria pública, d'acord amb els principis d'igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En el capítol II del Conveni col·lectiu per al personal laboral al servei de la Fundació Banc de Sang i Teixits de les Illes Balears es regula la mobilitat&amp;nbsp;del personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estatut dels treballadors (RDL 1/1995 i actualitzacions posteriors, especialment els art. 8, 12 i 15).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposició addicional quinzena de la Llei 15/2012, de 27 de desembre, de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conveni col·lectiu per al personal laboral al servei de la Fundació Banc de Sang i Teixits de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 153, de 6 de novembre de 2014).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Catàleg de categories de la Fundació Banc de Sang i Teixits de les Illes Balears aprovat per Patronat en la seva sessió de dia 2 de juny de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 23, h) dels estatuts de la Fundació, aprovats per Acord del Patronat de 14 de desembre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 20, de 13 de febrer de 2025), disposa que li correspon al o la gerent «Desenvolupar la política de personal aprovada pel Patronat i, amb aquesta finalitat, seleccionar el personal, subscriure i rescindir contractes, executar el acords del Patronat en matèria de retribució, acordar sancions, realitzar la prefectura superior del personal al servei de la Fundació i totes aquelles altres actuacions que, en aquesta matèria, li siguin encomanades».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Convocar un concurs de trasllats per proveir una (1) plaça vacant de personal laboral fix de categoria Superior TIC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases i el barem de mèrits que regeixen aquesta convocatòria, que figuren en els annexos 1 i 2, respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Fer pública la plaça vacant que és objecte d'aquest concurs, que figura en l'annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Publicar en el web de la Fundació Banc de Sang i Teixits de les Illes Balears (www.fbstib.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Publicar aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears(BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta Resolució, es pot impugnar davant l'ordre jurisdiccional social, d'acord amb la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social, sense que s'hi pugui interposar cap recurs en la via administrativa ni s'hagi d'interposar perceptivament una reclamació prèvia a la via judicial social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
