&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que el Ple en sessió realitzada el passat dia 30/09/2026, va adoptar, entre d'altres el següent acord que es transcriu literalment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANTECEDENTS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I.- Amb data 18 de juliol de 2026, es va rebre proposta formal i motivada emesa per el Cap de la Policia Local de Llucmajor, per a la concessió de la Creu al mèrit policial amb distintiu Verd i la Creu al mèrit policial amb distintiu Blanc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II.- Amb data 21 de juliol es va dictar l'inici d'expedient i va designar Instructor i secretari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III.- Ates els informes aportats en data 7 d'agost es remet la documentació, on es detallen els fets, la seva qualificació i la corresponent condecoració a favor dels agents de la Policia Local i persones que han destacat, que es relacionen a continuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;FONAMENTS DE DRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I.- La Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, estableix en el seu article 52 que el Govern Balear pot atorgar premis i distincions als membres de les policies locals de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears que es distingeixin notòriament en l'exercici de les seves funcions, i a les persones i organitzacions que destaquin per la seva col·laboració en l'assoliment dels objectius relacionats amb els cossos de policia local. El mateix article, en el segon apartat, estableix que cada ajuntament pot regular l'atorgament d'altres premis i distincions en els termes que consideri oportuns, sempre que respongui a criteris d'igualtat, mèrit i objectivitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II.- Reglament de concessió de premis i condecoracions de la Policia Local de Llucmajor (BOIB núm. 31 de 10/03/26), l'article 12 estableix « l'atorgament de la Creu al Mèrit Policial amb Distintiu Verd i la Creu al Mèrit Policial amb Distintiu Blanc es realitzarà mitjançant un acord plenari»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III.- L'art. 13 estableix la publicació de la concessió en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En conseqüència, es proposa l'adopció de la següent ACORD: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
