&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedents&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Les bases de la convocatòria foren aprovades per resolució de batlia núm. 2026-1273, de 22 d'agost de 2026 (Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, BOIB, núm. 109, d'1.09.2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds era de deu dies hàbils i va transcórrer del dia 2 al dia 15 de setembre de 2026, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;El batle, mitjançant la resolució número. 2026-1417, de 22 de setembre de 2026, va aprovar la relació provisional de persones admeses i excloses en el procés selectiu, per a la creació d'una borsa de treball en la categoria d'oficial 1a brigada de l'Ajuntament d'Alaró. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;El termini per a la presentació d'al·legacions acabà el dia 25 de setembre de 2026 i, conseqüentment, el batle, mitjançant la resolució número. 2026-1439, de 28 de setembre de 2026, va aprovar la relació definitiva de persones admeses i excloses en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;La comissió de valoració es va constituir en data 29 de setembre de 2026 i va estendre acta de la valoració provisional dels mèrits de les persones aspirants que es va publicar en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica municipal el dia 30 de setembre de 2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.&amp;nbsp;El termini per a la presentació d'al·legacions a l'acta de valoració provisional dels mèrits va finalitzar el dia 6 de setembre de 2026. En data 7 d'octubre de 2026, la Comissió de Valoració es va reunir per examinar i resoldre les al·legacions presentades i, una vegada finalitzada la valoració, va acordar proposar la constitució de la borsa de treball d'oficail 1a brigada de l'Ajuntament d'Alaró. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;El text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;L'article 92 bis de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;La base onzena del procés selectiu, sobre la resolució del procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot el que s'ha exposat, en exercici de les atribucions conferides per les bases del procés selectiu i per l'article 21.1.h) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquest acte, que és definitiu en via administrativa, es poden interposar, alternativament, els recursos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) El recurs de reposició potestatiu davant la junta de govern local en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la publicació del present acord. Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs de reposició, que es produirà pel transcurs d'un mes des de la seva presentació sense que s'hagi resolt expressament ni s'hagi notificat, podrà interposar-se el recurs contenciós administratiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, es pot exercitar, si és el cas, qualsevol un altre recurs que s'estimi pertinent. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i amb la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
