54458 CAIB 738786 2026-10-08 text/html ![CDATA[Resolució del conseller d’Educació i Universitats, a proposta de la directora general de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa, per la qual es concedeixen i s’adjudiquen els Premis per als alumnes de les Illes Balears amb les millors notes d’accés a la universitat corresponents al curs 2025-2026]] 2026-10-08 2026-10-06 ![CDATA[<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Amb data de 2 d'octubre de 2026, la directora general de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa ha formulat la proposta de resolució següent:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fets</span></strong></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. L'educació és la principal riquesa i el recurs bàsic d'un país i dels seus ciutadans. Les societats actuals donen gran importància a l'educació que reben els infants, ja que és el mitjà més adequat per desenvolupar les capacitats, definir la personalitat, configurar la comprensió de la realitat i conformar la pròpia identitat.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Un dels principis en què es basa la Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació, és proporcionar un sistema educatiu de qualitat i equitat que garanteixi la igualtat d'oportunitats i la possibilitat que cada alumne desenvolupi el màxim de les seves potencialitats. És responsabilitat dels poders públics afavorir les condicions que permetin a l'alumne el ple desenvolupament personal i professional, com també la participació efectiva en els processos socials, culturals i econòmics de transformació.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. L'article 17.1 de la Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, d'educació de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 38, de 17 de març) estableix que el batxillerat té per finalitat proporcionar als alumnes formació, maduresa intel·lectual i humana, coneixements i habilitats que els permetin desenvolupar funcions socials i incorporar-se a la vida activa amb responsabilitat i competència, a més de capacitar-los per accedir a l'educació superior o a la vida professional.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. L'article 51.1.c) de la Llei esmentada indica que és un dret i llibertat de l'alumnat en l'àmbit educatiu la formació integral que estimuli l'esforç personal, la motivació per a l'aprenentatge i la responsabilitat individual.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Així mateix, l'article 123.3.d) d'aquesta mateixa Llei determina que el currículum de les àrees i matèries que conformen els ensenyaments que s'imparteixen, com també qualsevol altra activitat que s'encamini a la consecució dels fins de l'educació en el sistema educatiu de les Illes Balears, s'ha d'orientar vers l'educació en la responsabilitat individual i col·lectiva, i en el mèrit i l'esforç personal.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. Atenent el que disposa la Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats emprèn actuacions, per donar reconeixement oficial al mèrit i a l'esforç dels alumnes que demostren una especial dedicació als estudis, que es concreten en la convocatòria dels Premis per als alumnes de les Illes Balears amb les millors notes d'accés a la universitat corresponents al curs 2025-2026.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7. Mitjançant la Resolució del conseller d'Educació i Universitats de 29 de juny de 2026 (BOIB núm. 83, de 2 de juliol de 2026) es convoquen els Premis per als alumnes de les Illes Balears amb les millors notes d'accés a la universitat corresponents al curs 2025-2026.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8. La condició sisena de l'annex de la Resolució estableix el procediment per determinar els alumnes que poden obtenir aquest Premi. D'aquesta manera, obtenen el Premi els alumnes amb les deu millors notes d'accés a la universitat de Mallorca, els alumnes amb les quatre millors notes d'accés a la universitat de Menorca, els alumnes amb les cinc millors notes d'accés a la universitat d'Eivissa i l'alumne amb la millor nota d'accés a la universitat de Formentera. Així mateix, indica que el crèdit màxim disponible corresponent a aquesta convocatòria es repartirà a parts iguals entre totes les persones amb dret a obtenir el Premi i que el demanin, atorgant una quantia màxima de 600 € per premiat.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">9. D'acord amb la condició setena de l'annex de la Resolució esmentada, dia 3 de juliol de 2026 es va publicar la Resolució de la directora general de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa per la qual es fa pública la llista provisional d'alumnes que compleixen els requisits per sol·licitar els Premis per als alumnes de les Illes Balears amb les millors notes d'accés a la universitat corresponents al curs 2025-2026.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">10. Així mateix, i d'acord amb la condició novena de l'annex de la Resolució de convocatòria, dia 16 de juliol de 2026 es va publicar la Resolució de la directora general de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa per la qual es fa pública la llista definitiva d'alumnes que compleixen els requisits per sol·licitar els Premis per als alumnes de les Illes Balears amb les millors notes d'accés a la universitat corresponents al curs 2025-2026.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">11. D'acord amb la condició desena de l'annex de la mateixa Resolució, les persones que figurin a la Resolució de la directora general per la qual es fa pública la relació definitiva de les persones que poden demanar el Premi han de formalitzar la sol·licitud, que conté les declaracions responsables a què fa referència l'article 5.6.c) de l'Ordre 20/2025, de 9 de juliol, del conseller d'Educació i Universitats, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'Educació i Universitats.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">12. Atès que els premis tenen caràcter de subvenció, la condició cinquena de l'annex de la Resolució esmentada indica que els beneficiaris no poden incórrer en cap de les prohibicions per obtenir la condició de beneficiari de l'article 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">13. D'acord amb la condició tercera de l'annex de Resolució de la convocatòria, la quantitat pressupostada és de 13.200 euros, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 13901 421B01 48000 00 dels pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears vigents per a l'any 2026.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">14. A la condició vintena de la Resolució de 29 de juny s'assenyala que la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa és l'òrgan instructor del procediment i de dur a terme les actuacions necessàries per determinar, conèixer i comprovar les dades en virtut de les quals s'ha de dictar la resolució corresponent en el marc de l'article 16 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">15. Els alumnes premiats, que es detallen a continuació, han complert els tràmits prevists a la resolució del conseller d'Educació i Universitats de 29 de juny de 2026 (BOIB núm. 83, de 2 de juliol de 2026) per la qual es convoquen els Premis per als alumnes de les Illes Balears amb les millors notes d'accés a la universitat corresponents al curs 2025-2026. Les sol·licituds presentades pels alumnes que han complert els tràmits prevists obren a l'expedient administratiu corresponent, que custodia el Servei d'Ordenació Educativa de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Ordenació Educativa.</span></span></p> <table border="1" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0" style="border-collapse:collapse; L'Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 d'abril de 2024 pel qual s'aprova el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears 2024-2026 (BOIB núm. 52, de 20 d'abril).</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">9.
