&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2026, el Conseller Executiu de Presidència del Consell de Mallorca va resoldre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«1.- Aprovar la modificació del punt catorzè, paràgraf primer, de la convocatòria de subvencions per al finançament de projectes d&amp;apos;animació sociocultural (oci i temps lliure, i desenvolupament comunitari), any 2026 en el sentit següent:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ON DIU&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Documentació necessària per justificar que s&amp;apos;ha complit la finalitat de la subvenció i l&amp;apos;aplicació dels fons percebuts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les entitats beneficiàries han de justificar documentalment, fins dia 6 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2026 (inclòs), l&amp;apos;aplicació dels fons percebuts [...].&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;[...]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;HA DE DIR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Documentació necessària per justificar que s&amp;apos;ha complit la finalitat de la subvenció i l&amp;apos;aplicació dels fons percebuts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;14.1 Una vegada finalitzat el període subvencionable, l&amp;apos;entitat beneficiària té l&amp;apos;obligació de justificar, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 35 de l&amp;apos;Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, l&amp;apos;aplicació dels fons percebuts i el compliment de la resta de condicions imposades a la finalitat que ha servit de fonament en la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;14.2 Les entitats beneficiàries de les subvencions convocades tenen fins al 6 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2026 per a enviar al servei de Promoció Sociocultural del Consell de Mallorca la justificació de les actuacions subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas que la concessió de les subvencions sigui en una data posterior a la indicada en el paràgraf anterior, el termini per a presentar la justificació serà de quinze (15) dies hàbils, comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la notificació de la concessió de les subvencions objecte de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones beneficiàries han de justificar documentalment, fins dia 6 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2026 (inclòs), l&amp;apos;aplicació dels fons percebuts [...].&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
