    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Un cop advertit l'error dels annexos 1 i 2 en la publicació de l'Ordre 29/2026, de 16 de setembre, de la consellera de Treball, Funció Pública i Diàleg Social, per la qual s'aprova la relació de funcions dels llocs de treball del personal funcionari del Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 117, de 19 de setembre de 2026), se'n fa la correcció pertinent, d'acord amb l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que hagi dictat l'acte o la disposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Organitzar i supervisar l'agenda de qui és responsable de la Presidència i/o la Direcció del SOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Donar suport administratiu per resoldre les queixes (eina QSSI), derivades de la coordinació de polítiques actives i passives d'ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Dur a terme les funcions que li encomani la persona jeràrquicament superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
