&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Mitjançant la Resolució del conseller d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats per la qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les pautes i criteris&amp;nbsp;d&amp;apos;actuació per a dur a terme les proves d&amp;apos;accés a la universitat en l&amp;apos;àmbit de gestió de la Comunitat&amp;nbsp;Autònoma de les Illes Balears, publicada al BOIB núm. 25 de 24 de febrer de 2026, es va establir la composició de la Comissió Organitzadora de les Proves d&amp;apos;Accés a la Universitat en l&amp;apos;àmbit de gestió de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. D&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 27.1 dels Estatuts de la Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB), el Consell de Direcció de la Universitat, en la sessió del dia 2 de juliol de 2025, va acordar la designació de la representació íntegra de la UIB a la Comissió Organitzadora de les Proves d&amp;apos;Accés a la Universitat que consta a la Resolució del Rectorat 16034/2025, de 2 de juliol (FOU núm. 594, d&amp;apos;11 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Mitjançant la Resolució del conseller d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats per la qual es designen els membres de la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats a la Comissió Organitzadora de les Proves d&amp;apos;Accés a la Universitat en l&amp;apos;àmbit de gestió de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i se&amp;apos;n publica la composició íntegra, publicada al BOIB núm. 52 de 23 d&amp;apos;abril de 2026, es van designar els membres corresponents a la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dos dels vocals, en qualitat de representants dels professors de batxillerat dels centres educatius públics de les Illes Balears, han cessat en les seves funcions per motius de jubilació. Això fa necessari una nova designació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. D&amp;apos;acord amb el punt 2.1.c) de la Resolució del conseller d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats per la qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les pautes i criteris&amp;nbsp;d&amp;apos;actuació per a dur a terme les proves d&amp;apos;accés a la universitat en l&amp;apos;àmbit de gestió de la Comunitat&amp;nbsp;Autònoma de les Illes Balears, correspon a la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats la designació dels esmentats representants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El Decret 10/2025, de 14 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les competències i l&amp;apos;estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Resolució del conseller d&amp;apos;Educació i Universitats per la qual s&amp;apos;aprova la composició i les normes de funcionament de la Comissió Organitzadora de les Proves d&amp;apos;Accés a la Universitat en l&amp;apos;àmbit de gestió de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 25, de 24 de febrer de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, i fent ús de les competències que m&amp;apos;atorga l&amp;apos;article 6.3.c de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la Comunitat de les Illes Balears, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
