&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per a general coneixement i als efectes oportuns, s'insereix a continuació el text íntegre de l'acord. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;com també&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; estarà a disposició dels interessats a la seu electrònica d'aquest&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; https://www.carpetaciutadana.org/ciutadella/tauler/edictesX.aspx&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"PREU PÚBLIC 0.19 PER EL SERVEI DE BUIDATGE I RECÀRREGA D'AIGUA EN CARAVANES I AUTOCARAVANES EN ELS PUNTS DE SERVEI MUNICIPALS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 1r– Fonamentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb el que es preveu en l'article 127, en relació amb l'article 41, tots dos del Reial decret&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Locals, i l'Ordenança general reguladora dels preus públics de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca estableix el preu públic per el servei de buidatge i recàrrega&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;d'aigua en caravanes i autocaravanes en els punts de servei municipals que es regirà per la present&amp;nbsp;normativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2n.- Objecte.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Constitueix l'objecte establir el preu públic el servei de buidatge d'aigües residuals i recàrrega de dipòsits&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;en caravanes i autocaravanes en els punts de servei municipals destinats a tal finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3r.- Obligats al pagament&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estan obligats al pagament del present preu públic els usuaris que sol·licitin i realitzin el servei.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;No s'emetrà carta de pagament o rebut, sent justificant suficient per a l'usuari el càrrec en compte i per a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;l'Ajuntament la liquidació periòdica que es realitzi des del servei gestor del punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4t.- Quantia.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les tarifes establertes per a cada estació de càrrega serà de quatre euros ( 4 €) per el servei de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;buidatge d'aigües residuals i recàrrega de 100 litres d'aigua de la xarxa municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5è.- Normes de Gestió de Cobrament.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les persones interessades en utilitzar el servei realitzaran prèviament a aquest el pagament telemàtic&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;mitjançant el TPV incorporat en el punt de servei.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;L'ajuntament, no és responsable de les incidències o discrepàncies que puguin existir entre els mitjans&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;utilitzats per a la gestió del servei i la persona usuària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els deutes pels preus públics aquí regulats podran exigir-se pel procediment administratiu de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;constrenyiment, de conformitat amb l'article 46.3 del Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Locals, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004 de 5 de març i la normativa de recaptació que sigui&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 6è .- Normes d'ús&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els usuaris del servei han d'estacionar el vehicle en l'espai indicat per poder realitzar el correcte&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;buidatge de les aigües residuals. En cas d'incidència caldrà avisar a la Policia Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No es permet el malbaratament de l'aigua, tan sols es pot utilitzar el servei per emplenar els&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;dipòsits dels vehicles, en cap cas es permet utilitzar aquesta aigua per el rentat del vehicle o&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;altres elements.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No es pot romandre estacionat en l'espai reservat per el punt de servei més temps del necessari&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;per dur a terme les operacions de buidatge i emplenat d'aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7è.- Competència i procediment sancionador.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'òrgan competent per a iniciar i resoldre el procediment sancionador serà l'Alcaldia de l'&lt;strong&gt;Ajuntament de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Ciutadella de Menorca &lt;/strong&gt;o la Regidoria en què s'hagi delegat aquesta competència, prèvia incoació de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'oportú expedient.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;El procediment sancionador se substanciarà conformement al que es preveu en la Llei 39/2015 d'1&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 8è.- Infraccions.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Constitueixen infraccions a la present normativa les següents conductes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.1. Faltes lleus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Ocupar l'espai reservat per el punt de servei més temps del necessari per dur a terme les&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;operacions de buidatge i emplenat dels dipòsits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.2. Faltes greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Malbaratar l'aigua fent un ús no regulat d'aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Deixar el punt de servei en mal estat d'higiene un cop realitzat el buidatge de les aigües&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;residuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.3. Faltes molt greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Provocar danys materials al punt de servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Manipular per fer un ús fraudulent els sistemes de gestió i pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 9è. Sancions&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.1. les infraccions a aquesta normativa donaran lloc a la imposició de les següents sancions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les infraccions lleus se sancionaran amb multa de 100 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les infraccions greus se sancionaran amb multa de 200 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les infraccions molt greus se sancionaran amb multa de 500 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.2. Les sancions de caràcter únicament pecuniari per infraccions a aquesta normativa, podran&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;beneficiar-se de reduccions previstes en la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aricle 10è.&amp;nbsp;Reposició i indemnització&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb independència de les sancions que puguin imposar-se per les conductes tipificades en aquesta&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;normativa, la persona infractora estarà obligada a la restitució i reposició dels béns al seu estat anterior,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;amb la indemnització dels danys i perjudicis causats. A aquest efecte, l'Ajuntament, prèvia taxació pels&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;serveis tècnics competents, determinarà l'import de la reparació, que li serà comunicat a la persona&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;infractora o a qui hagi de respondre per ell per al seu pagament en el termini que s'estableixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 11è.- Exempcions i bonificacions.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No s'estableix cap exempció ni bonificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 12è.- Modificació.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La modificació dels preus públics fixats en la present normativa correspondrà a la Junta de Govern de la Corporació, en virtut de la Resolució d'Alcaldia núm. 203 de delegació de competències a la Junta de Govern i en virtut de l'article 47.1 del Text Refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004 de 5 de març, sense perjudici de revisió dins del primer mes de cada exercici en funció del preu de l'electricitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 13è.- Legislació aplicable.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En tot el no previst en la present normativa s'estarà al que es disposa en l'Ordenança general reguladora dels preus públics de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella, en el Text Refós de les Hisendes Locals aprovat per Reial decret 2/2004 de 5 de març; la Llei 8/1989, de 13 d'abril, de Taxes i Preus Públics; Reial decret llei 6/2010, de 9 d'abril, de Mesures per a l'Impuls de la Recuperació Econòmica i l'Ocupació; i Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
