&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cal cobrir el lloc de feina de cap d'equip de Sistemes d'Informació Clínica d'Atenció Primària corresponent a la plantilla orgànica autoritzada d'Atenció Primària de Mallorca del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els articles 29 i 30 de la Llei 55/2003, de 16 de desembre, de l'estatut marc del personal estatutari dels serveis de salut (BOE núm. 301, de 17 de desembre de 2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Reial decret llei 1/1999, de 8 de gener, sobre selecció de personal estatutari i provisió de places en les institucions sanitàries de la Seguretat Social (BOE núm. 8, de 9 de gener de 1999).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La disposició final dissetena de la Llei 4/2025, de 18 de juliol, d'actuacions urgents destinades a l'obtenció de sòl mitjançant projectes residencials estratègics a les illes Balears, que estableix els diferents nivells de català exigibles al personal estatutari de gestió i serveis (BOIB núm. 97, de 24/07/2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;L'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022 pel qual es regula el sistema de provisió de llocs de feina del personal estatutari de gestió i serveis del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, ratificat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 22 de maig de 2022 (BOIB núm. 70, de 31 de maig de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. L'article 46 de la Llei 7/2024, d'11 de desembre, de mesures urgents de simplificació i racionalització administratives de les administracions públiques de les Illes Balears, relatiu a les formes de provisió dels llocs singularitzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. L'Acord del Consell de Govern de 22 de desembre de 2023 pel qual es ratifica l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Iles Balears de 4 de desembre de 2023, pel qual s'estableix un barem únic de puntuació dels mèrits de coneixement de català aplicable a tots els procedimients selectius, de provisió i mobilitat del personal estatutari del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears publicat en el BOIB núm. 173, de data 23 de desembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La Resolució de la consellera de Salut, de 10 de juliol de 2025, per la qual es deleguen diferents competències en matèria de personal estatutari en els òrgans del Servei de Salut de les illes Balears (BOIB núm. 94, de 17/07/2025), en virtut de la qual es delega en les persones titulars de les gerències territorials, en relació amb el personal adscrit a la seva gerència, la competència de convocar i resoldre tots els procediments de provisió de llocs de direcció, assimilats i singularitzats, exceptuant les direccions de servei, i també la remoció del personal que hagi accedit a aquests llocs en els casos previstos legalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria per proveir, pel sistema de concurs, el lloc de feina de cap d'equip de Sistemes d'Informació Clínica d'Atenció Primària corresponent a la plantilla orgànica autoritzada d'Atenció Primària de Mallorca del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases que regeixen aquesta convocatòria, que figuren a l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Designar els membres de la Comissió de Selecció, que figuren a l'annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Aprovar el barem de mèrits aplicable a aquesta convocatòria, que figura en l'annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;Publicar el model de sol·licitud i model de projecte de gestió i organització per accedir al lloc de feina ofert en aquesta convocatòria, accessible en el portal web www.ibsalut.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&amp;nbsp;Publicar aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en el portal web del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears (www.ibsalut.es.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució -que exhaureix la via administrativa- es pot interposar un recurs de reposició davant l'òrgan que la dicta en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la seva data de publicació, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, en relació amb l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa de Palma en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà de la data de publicació d'aquesta resolució, d'acord amb els articles 8 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, sens perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri procedent interposar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El règim jurídic del lloc de feina en qüestió és el que estableix la Llei 55/2003, de 16 de desembre, de l'estatut marc del personal estatutari dels Serveis de Salut, i les disposicions que la desenvolupen. El càrrec s'ocuparà en règim de dedicació exclusiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Requisits dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Requisits generals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la d'un estat membre de la Unió Europea o de l'Espai Econòmic Europeu, o tenir el dret a la lliure circulació de treballadors de conformitat amb el Tractat de la Unió Europea o altres tractats ratificats per Espanya, o bé tenir reconegut aquest dret per mitjà d'una norma legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Tenir un nomenament com a personal estatutari fix que, en la data de publicació d'aquesta convocatòria, estigui en la situació de servei actiu o en la situació de reserva de lloc i presti servei en institucions sanitàries del Sistema Nacional de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També poden participar en les convocatòries de llocs de treball el personal funcionari de carrera que, en la data de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria, estigui en la situació de servei actiu o en la situació de reserva de lloc de feina i presti servei en qualsevol administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, poden optar el personal estatutari temporal, interí en vacant, que compleixi la resta dels requisits que preveu la convocatòria, circumscrivint-se la seva possible selecció a l'absència de personal fix, i per un període màxim d'un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Tenir la titulació oficial que habiliti per ocupar el lloc de feina (o estar en condicions d'obtenir-lo dins el termini per presentar sol·licituds:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Subgrup C1: batxillerat i/o formació professional de grau superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Subgrup C2: educació secundària obligatòria i/o formació professional de grau mitjà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Acreditar els coneixements de català corresponents al nivel B2, de conformitat amb el punt 7 de la disposició final dissetena de la Llei 4/2025, que modifica la disposició adicional quinzena de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció púbilca de la comunitat autónoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Tenir la capacitat funcional necessària per acomplir les funcions que es derivin del nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Tenir complerts setze anys i no sobrepassar l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) No haver estat separat del servei, per mitjà d'un expedient disciplinari, de qualsevol servei de salut o administració pública en els sis anys anteriors a la convocatòria, ni estar inhabilitat amb caràcter ferm per exercir funcions públiques ni, si escau, la professió corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En els casos dels aspirants que no tenguin la nacionalitat espanyola i pertanyin a un dels estats referits en el paràgraf a), no estar inhabilitat per una sanció o una pena per a l'exercici professional o per a accedir a funcions o serveis públics en el seu estat, ni haver estat separat per mitjà d'una sanció disciplinària de cap de les seves administracions o serveis públics en els sis anys anteriors a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. Requisits específics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Ser personal estatutari fix de gestió i serveis o personal funcionari de carrera dels subgrups C1 o C2 i estar, en la data de publicació de la convocatòria, en situació de servei actiu o en situació de reserva de plaça / lloc i prestar servei en institucions sanitàries del Sistema Nacional de Salut o en qualsevol administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir plaça adscrita a la Gerència d'Atenció Primària de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Tenir reconegut el nivell 1 de carrera professional (la capacitació professional ha de ser en els subgrups de classificació de gestió i serveis assignats al lloc al qual s'opta).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Acreditar un mínim de 2 anys d'experiència professional en un lloc amb les funcions pròpies descrites en el punt 4 d'aquestes bases en institucions del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, amb un justificant de la Gerència on les hagi prestat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Que hagi transcorregut un termini mínim de 2 anys des de la presa de possessió d'un lloc de treball obtingut pel sistema de provisió de llocs de feina del personal estatutari de gestió i serveis del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, excepte en els supòsits de remoció o supressió del lloc de feina, de redistribució d'efectius o altres supòsits de mobilitat forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest requisit només afecta als llocs de treball obtinguts a l'empara de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 30 de maig de 2022 pel qual es ratifica l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022 pel qual es regula el sistema de provisió de llocs de feina del personal estatutari de gestió i serveis del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, en cas de participar personal estatutari interí en plaça vacant, haurà de cumplir els requisits establerts en els apartats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(excepte la fixesa), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b), c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. Acreditació dels requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Els requisits s'han de complir el darrer dia del termini per a presentar sol·licituds en la forma que la convocatòria determini i s'han de mantenir fins a la presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) L'acreditació dels requisits s'ha de fer efectiva en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) El personal del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears no ha d'acreditar documentalment els requisits generals d'aquesta convocatòria – amb excepció del nivell de coneixements de català-, doncs l'òrgan competent farà les comprovacions necessàries d'ofici, excepte que l'aspirant s'oposi manifestament en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Respecte a l'acreditació del requisit de capacitació lingüística s'ha d'acreditar d'acord amb la normativa vigent, per mitjà d'algun dels següents documents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat expedit per l'òrgan competent del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;

	&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat o resolució d'homologació o equivalència emès de conformitat amb allò establert en l'Ordre 7/2026, de la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports, de 4 de maig, per la qual es regula l'homologació dels estudis de llengua catalana de l'educació secundària obligatòria i del batxillerat amb els certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports, i es determinen els títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents a aquests certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana (BOIB núm. 58, de 7 de maig de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) El personal que no pertany al Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears ha d'aportar la documentació acreditativa —original o una copia autèntica— de tots els requisits en els termes establerts a l'apartat 3.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Característiques del lloc de feina i funcions per exercir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona que obtingui el lloc de feina dependrà orgànicament de la Direcció de Gestió i Serveis Generals d'Atenció Primària de Mallorca, a través de la Subdirecció de Gestió i Serveis Generals corresponent, i funcionalment del/de la cap de grup d'Admissions, Registre Poblacional i Sistemes d'Informació Clínica d'Atenció Primària i exercirà les funcions pròpies de cap d'equip de Sistemes d'Informació Clínica d'Atenció Primària de la Gerència d'Atenció Primària de Mallorca del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, entre elles les següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Organitzar, coordinar, supervisar i planificar l'activitat de l'equip i dels recursos humans i materials adscrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Administrar funcionalment els sistemes d'informació clínica d'Atenció Primària, especialment e-SIAP, OMI-AP i aquells que els puguin substituir o complementar en el futur, d'acord amb les directrius establertes per la Gerència i pels Serveis Corporatius competents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Configurar, mantenir i actualitzar els elements funcionals dels sistemes d'informació clínica necessaris per al correcte desenvolupament de l'activitat assistencial i administrativa dels centres i dispositius d'Atenció Primària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Gestionar i actualitzar, dins el seu àmbit competencial, les estructures organitzatives, places, agendes, cupos, perfils de citació i la resta de paràmetres funcionals dels sistemes d'informació clínica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gestionar els permisos d'accés i els perfils d'usuari que li siguin atribuïts, d'acord amb els procediments establerts i en coordinació amb les unitats competents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vetllar pel compliment de les polítiques de seguretat, confidencialitat i protecció de dades en relació amb l'accés i la utilització dels sistemes d'informació clínica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realitzar el seguiment funcional dels sistemes d'informació clínica, tramitar les incidències corresponents i actuar com a referent funcional de segon nivell per als centres i dispositius d'Atenció Primària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coordinar la implantació, les proves funcionals, el desplegament de noves funcionalitats i l'avaluació de millores dels sistemes d'informació clínica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Identificar, analitzar, definir i validar, en coordinació amb les unitats competents, els requeriments funcionals relacionats amb e-SIAP, OMI-AP i la resta de sistemes d'informació clínica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donar suport a la planificació assistencial mitjançant l'adaptació funcional dels sistemes d'informació clínica als models organitzatius, de gestió de la demanda i de desburocratització impulsats per la Gerència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Analitzar les dades relacionades amb les agendes, la citació, l'accessibilitat, els temps d'espera i la utilització dels sistemes d'informació clínica, elaborant els informes i propostes de millora corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Actuar en coordinació amb els Serveis Corporatius del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears i amb la resta d'unitats competents en matèria de sistemes d'informació clínica, projectes tecnològics i transformació digital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Supervisar la correcta utilització d'e-SIAP, OMI-AP i de la resta de sistemes d'informació clínica, promovent l'homogeneïtzació dels criteris de registre, configuració i explotació de la informació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Detectar les necessitats formatives dels professionals i coordinar o impartir actuacions de formació, suport i acompanyament funcional relacionades amb els sistemes d'informació clínica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Elaborar i actualitzar manuals d'ús, procediments, instruccions, criteris funcionals i documentació de suport als professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Assessorar el cap de grup i els responsables dels centres en les matèries pròpies de la seva competència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Elaborar informes, memòries i propostes d'actuació en l'àmbit dels sistemes d'informació clínica d'Atenció Primària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Exercir qualsevol altra funció de naturalesa anàloga que li encomani el director gerent i/o la directora de Gestió i Serveis Generals (o, si escau, els/les subdirectors/es de l'àrea de gestió i serveis generals) de la Gerència i/o el seu superior jeràrquic, dins l'àmbit de les seves competències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Tràmit de sol·licitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1. Per a participar a la convocatòria, els aspirants han de presentar la sol·licitud per mitjà del model publicat en el web www.ibsalut.es (Professionals &amp;gt; Treballa amb nosaltres &amp;gt; Llocs de comandament intermedi &amp;gt; Llocs de comandament intermedi de Gestió i Serveis &amp;gt; Convocatòries obertes) dins del termini de vint (20) dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2. La sol·licitud pot formalitzar-se en el Registre de la Gerència d'Atenció Primària de Mallorca o per mitjà de qualsevol de les vies previstes en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i hauran de ser dirigides a l'òrgan competent (A04006333).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3. Juntament amb la sol·licitud, els aspirants han d'aportar els documents que acreditin els coneixements de català, els requisits específics i la documentació justificativa dels mèrits al·legats, segons s'estableix en l'apartat 7 de la convocatòria. D'altra banda, els aspirants que no treballin en el Servei de Salut de les illes Balears han de presentar també els documents acreditatius dels requisits generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.4. Els documents aportats han de ser en documents originals o còpies autèntiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5. Una vegada vençut el termini per presentar sol·licituds, se publicarà en el portal web www.ibsalut.es. les llistes provisionals d'admesos i exclosos, especificant la causa de l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de participar personal interí per vacant, aquestes llistes provisionals d'admesos i exclosos es desglossaran en una llista preferent, per al personal fix, i una altra subsidiària, per al personal interí, ja que la selecció d'aquest personal dependrà de l'absència de personal fix seleccionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.6.&amp;nbsp;Els aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació de les llistes provisionals per a presentar reclamacions –que no tindran caràcter de recurs- o per a esmenar, si escau, el defecte que hagi motivat l'exclusió o corregir errors detectats en la consignació de les dades personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.7. Posteriorment es publicaran en el mateix portal web les llistes definitives de candidats admesos i exclosos, en els termes assenyalats en l'apartat 5.5 respecte a la participació del personal interí en vacant, expressant la causa d'exclusió de cada persona. Al mateix temps es publicarà la llista provisional de puntuacions dels mèrits dels candidats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.8. Atesos els principis d'eficiència i celeritat, en el cas que únicament concorri un candidat, i sempre que compleixi les condicions i els requisits establerts en l'apartat 7.5 de l'Acord, independentment de la puntuació mínima per a adjudicar el lloc de treball, se li podrà eximir de valorar els mèrits al·legats i adjudicar-li directament el lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Documentació que ha d'aportar-se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Sol·licitud per a participar en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El model es pot descarregar en el portal web www.ibsalut.es, seguin la ruta Professionals &amp;gt; Treballa amb nosaltres &amp;gt; Llocs de comandament intermedi del personal estatutari &amp;gt; Llocs de comandament intermedi de Gestió i Serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Junt amb la sol·licitud, les persones aspirants hauran d'aportar la documentació acreditativa dels requisits establerts en l'apartat 3 d'aquestes bases, així com la documentació relativa als mèritos prevists en l'apartat 7.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.&amp;nbsp;Sistema selectiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. El procediment per a proveir aquest lloc de feina és el concurso específic, de manera que es valorara si els mèrits s'adeqüen a les característiques del lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. Els mèrits acreditats es valoren amb referència a la data de venciment del termini per a presentar sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. Els mèrits al·legats poden acreditar-se per mitjà de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Antiguitat, experiència professional i grau de carrera professional: certificat expedit per l'administració pública corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Estudis acadèmics reglats i formació de postgrau: còpia autèntica del títol o del resguard acreditatiu (anvers i revers).&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si es presenten títols d'estudis cursats a l'estranger, ha d'acreditar-se l'homologació del ministeri competent en matèria d'educació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Coneixements de català: s'han d'acreditar en el termini per a presentar sol·licituds, en els termes establerts en l'apartat 3.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Cursos de formació: només es valora la formació acreditada per mitjà de certificats d'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4. En el procés de valoració dels mèrits pot exigir-se formalment al candidat que aclareixi uns certs documents que hagi adjuntat o que aportació la documentació addicional que s'estimi necessària per a comprovar els mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.5. Els mèrits són valorats per la Comissió de Valoració, els membres de la qual figuren en l'annex 2. Tots els membres de la Comissió tenen la condició de personal estatutari fix o funcionari de carrera en una plaça, una categoria, un cos, un grup o una escala per als quals s'exigeixi tenir una titulació de nivell acadèmic igual o superior que l'exigida per al lloc de treball ofert. Pertànyer a la Comissió és sempre a títol individual, de manera que no pot pertànyer-se a ella en representació d'una altra persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.&amp;nbsp;Resolució de la convocatòria i efectes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. D'acord amb el punt 10.1 de l'Acord de la Taula Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022, la Comissió de Valoració ha d'elaborar una llista amb les puntuacions dels mèrits de cada candidat i ha d'elevar a l'òrgan competent una proposta motivada de nomenament del qual hagi obtingut la puntuació més alta. No obstant això, pot proposar de forma motivada que es declari deserta la convocatòria si no ha concorregut cap aspirant que compleixi els requisits o no aconsegueixi la puntuació mínima prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. L'òrgan competent per a resoldre ha de dictar una resolució provisional del concurs, que ha d'indicar la puntuació obtinguda per cada persona aspirant que hagi estat admesa i que ha de publicar-se en el portal web www.ibsalut.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3. Contra aquesta resolució es poden presentar al·legacions en el termini de set dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les al·legacions registrades seran resoltes per mitjà de la resolució en la qual es publiquin la llista de definitiva i el nomenament del candidat designat per a ocupar el lloc de treball —o bé la declaració que la convocatòria ha quedat deserta, si és el cas—, que es farà pública en el mateix portal web i també en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.4. El candidat designat ha de prendre possessió del lloc de treball dins del termini màxim d'un mes a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la resolució a què es refereix el punt anterior. No obstant això, l'òrgan convocant pot prorrogar aquest termini si el candidat designat el sol·licita i el justifica degudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.5. En el cas que, per qualsevol motiu, el candidat designat no prengui possessió del lloc de feina, l'òrgan competent pot designar al candidat de la llista que el segueixi per ordre de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.6. El candidat designat obtindrà un nomenament per a ocupar el lloc de treball convocat i la seva situació serà la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Si té la condició de personal estatutari del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears amb plaça en el mateix centre, ocuparà el lloc de treball com a personal estatutari de la seva categoria en el mateix centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Si té la condició de personal estatutari del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears amb plaça en un altre centre, passarà a ocupar directament el lloc de treball en el centre de destí i quedarà en situació de reserva respecte a la seva plaça estatutària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Si té la condició d'estatutari fix d'un altre servei de salut, passarà a ocupar directament el lloc de treball en el centre de destí i quedarà en la situació administrativa que li correspongui segons la legislació aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Si té la condició de funcionari de carrera amb plaça en una altra administració pública, passarà a ocupar directament el lloc de treball en el centre de destí i quedarà en la situació administrativa que li correspongui segons la legislació aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.7. Els efectes econòmics i administratius del nomenament només es produiran una vegada que s'hagi efectuat la presa de possessió del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.8.&amp;nbsp;El treballador nomenat no podrà participar en els concursos de provisió de llocs de treball durant un termini mínim de dos anys a comptar des del dia en què hagi pres possessió del lloc. Aquesta previsió no és aplicable en els supòsits de remoció o supressió del lloc de treball, de redistribució d'efectius o altres supòsits de mobilitat forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.9.&amp;nbsp;En els supòsits de renúncia o de cessament en el lloc de feina per causa establerta en el punt 16 de l'Acord de la Taula Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022, aquest treballador deixarà d'ocupar el lloc obtingut i passarà a ocupar la plaça bàsica de la seva categoria des de la data en què el supòsit sigui efectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Cesament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. Són causes de cessament en el lloc de feina obtingut les que estableix el punt 16 de l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. Així mateix, en cas de renúncia o cessament, s'aplicarà allò que estableix aquest mateix punt de l'Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.3. D'igual mode, segons el que es disposa en el punt 16.1. f) de l'Acord de la Taula Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022, quan la persona adjudicatària tingui la condició de personal interí per vacant, el nomenament serà per un període d'un any, sent el seu cessament de caràcter automàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Avaluació de l'acompliment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. El treballador nomenat ha de superar l'avaluació de l'acompliment professional i del compliment dels objectius del lloc de treball obtingut. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se valoraran com a mèrit els estudis que siguin requisit previ i necesari per a cursar els estudis que es valoren. A aquest efecte, es considera com a requisit previ i necessari la titulació conduent una altra titulació o que quedi absorbida per una altra titulació valorada com a mèrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran tots els cursos de formació certificats amb aprofitament, impartits o promoguts per les entitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol administració pública de base territorial o per alguna entitat del sector públic institucional (d'acord amb la definició donada per l'article 2 de la Llei 40/2015,de 1 de octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol universitat i escola d'administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos impartits en el marc dels acords de formació continuada i per a l'ocupació de les administracions públiques i per les organitzacions sindicals, quan siguin promotores d'aquests acords.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos certificats per la Comissió de Formació Continuada del Sistema Nacional de Salut per als llocs de treball que tinguin com a requisit pertànyer a un cos de l'escala o una titulació sanitària. En aquests casos, els cursos es valoren conforme als crèdits certificats per aquesta Comissió de Formació Continuada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració d'aquests cursos formatius es podrà quantificar en funció de la duració, la dificultat i, en el seu cas, la superació de proves sobre matèries relacionades directament amb les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball ofert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La valoració del currículum es quantificarà segons la naturalesa del lloc de treball ofert, bé tenint en compte l'experiència en llocs de treball similars o bé per la similitud entre el contingut tècnic i l'especialització dels llocs ja ocupats amb els del lloc ofert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'experiència professional com a càrrec directiu en institucions sanitàries públiques del Sistema Nacional de Salut es valorarà de la mateixa manera que els serveis prestats en la mateixa categoria que la del lloc de treball ofert sempre que es compleixin els requisits exigits per a participar en el procediment de provisió durant el temps en què hagi ocupat el càrrec directiu. Es podran valorar també les aptituds i els rendiments apreciats en altres llocs ocupats anteriorment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
