Transcorregut el termini de trenta dies d&apos;exposició pública, es presentaren les al·legacions que consten a l&apos;expedient administratiu. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Per acord de Junta, en la sessió celebrada en data 24 d&apos;agost de 2026, es desestimaren les al·legacions presentades, aprovant-se definitivament les Bases específiques reguladores de les subvencions del Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa per a clubs esportius del municipi que competeixen fora de l&apos;illa d&apos;Eivissa.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El text íntegre de les bases aprovades definitivament és el següent:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>BASES ESPECÍFIQUES REGULADORES DE LES SUBVENCIONS DEL PATRONAT MUNICIPAL D&apos;ESPORTS DE L&apos;AJUNTAMENT D&apos;EIVISSA PER A CLUBS ESPORTIUS DEL MUNICIPI QUE COMPETEIXEN FORA DE L&apos;ILLA D&apos;EIVISSA</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Article 1. Objecte</span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">L&apos;objecte d&apos;aquestes bases específiques és regular la concessió de subvencions, en règim de concurrència competitiva, destinades als clubs esportius del municipi d&apos;Eivissa que assumeixin les despeses derivades de la participació dels seus equips o esportistes en competicions esportives oficials fora de l&apos;illa d&apos;Eivissa.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">A aquests efectes, la persona beneficiària de la subvenció serà sempre el club esportiu sol·licitant, sense perjudici que l&apos;activitat subvencionada correspongui a la participació d&apos;un o diversos equips o esportistes vinculats a l&apos;entitat.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les subvencions s&apos;estructuren en dues línies diferenciades:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Línia A) Subvencions i ajudes per a la participació en competicions esportives oficials fora de l&apos;illa d&apos;Eivissa per a esports d&apos;equip.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Línia B) Subvencions i ajudes per a la participació en competicions esportives oficials fora de l&apos;illa d&apos;Eivissa per a esports individuals.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">A aquests efectes, podran ser objecte de subvenció, entre d&apos;altres, les despeses de desplaçament, allotjament i manutenció; les despeses federatives, llicències, inscripcions, arbitratges, quotes o drets de participació; les despeses d&apos;equipacions, material esportiu i material tècnic necessari; les despeses de salut, fisioteràpia, assistència mèdica, farmàcia i prevenció de lesions; així com les nòmines, factures i costos de personal tècnic, esportiu, auxiliar i/o jugadors que estiguin directament vinculats a la participació en les competicions oficials objecte de subvenció.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Així mateix, podran considerar-se subvencionables aquelles despeses de logística, transport de material, assegurances, acreditacions i altres despeses necessàries per a la participació en competicions d&apos;àmbit balear, estatal, europeu o mundial, sempre que quedi degudament acreditada la seva relació directa amb l&apos;objecte de la subvenció.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Cada club sol·licitant només podrà presentar una única sol·licitud de subvenció, que haurà de correspondre necessàriament a una sola línia de subvenció, sense que sigui possible concórrer simultàniament a més d&apos;una línia dins la mateixa convocatòria.</span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Article 2. Persones beneficiàries</span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Podran ser beneficiàries de les subvencions regulades en aquestes bases les entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre, legalment constituïdes, que compleixin els requisits establerts en aquestes bases i en la convocatòria corresponent, i que assumeixin directament les despeses derivades de la participació dels seus equips o esportistes en competicions esportives oficials fora de l&apos;illa d&apos;Eivissa.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Els equips i esportistes pels quals se sol·liciti la subvenció hauran d&apos;estar vinculats a l&apos;entitat sol·licitant mitjançant la corresponent llicència federativa o documentació federativa acreditativa, i hauran de participar en competicions oficials degudament reconegudes, organitzades o autoritzades per la federació esportiva competent i incloses en el calendari oficial corresponent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En cap cas els equips o esportistes tindran la condició de beneficiaris directes de la subvenció. Aquesta condició correspondrà exclusivament a l&apos;entitat sol·licitant, que assumirà totes les obligacions derivades de la concessió, execució, justificació, publicitat, control i, si escau, reintegrament de la subvenció.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les entitats beneficiàries hauran de complir, a més, els requisits següents:</span></span></span></p> <ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Ser entitats esportives, grups associatius esportius o altres entitats esportives sense ànim de lucre, legalment constituïdes.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Estar inscrites en el Registre Municipal d&apos;Associacions de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa, amb anterioritat a la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">No estar afectades per cap de les prohibicions per obtenir la condició de beneficiàries previstes a l&apos;article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i econòmiques amb l&apos;Agència Estatal d&apos;Administració Tributària, l&apos;Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears, la Seguretat Social i l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">No tenir pendent de justificació cap subvenció, tret que hagués concedit una pròrroga a aquest efecte, ni ser deutor per resolució en que es declari en que es procedeix reintegrament d&apos;una subvenció anterior.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Estar vinculades a una federació esportiva oficialment reconeguda per el Consell Superior d&apos;Esports (CSD), o bé participar en modalitats esportives autòctones reconegudes per la Direcció General d&apos;Esports del Govern de les Illes Balears.</span></span></span></li> </ol> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Queden expressament excloses de la condició de beneficiàries, respecte de l&apos;objecte d&apos;aquesta subvenció, les entitats esportives que sol·licitin ajut per a equips o esportistes la participació dels quals correspongui a opens, tornejos privats, lligues no federades, competicions amistoses, exhibicions o qualsevol altra competició que no tengui caràcter oficial o que no estigui reconeguda formalment per la federació esportiva corresponent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports podrà comprovar d&apos;ofici la veracitat de la documentació presentada i requerir a l&apos;entitat sol·licitant la documentació complementària que consideri necessària per acreditar el compliment dels requisits establerts en aquest article.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 3. Diari oficial en què es publicarà l&apos;extracte de la convocatòria, per conducte de la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions, una vegada que s&apos;hagi presentat davant aquesta el text de la convocatòria i la informació requerida per a la seva publicació; i forma i termini en què s&apos;han de presentar les sol·licituds.</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. Aquestes bases es publicaran en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i al tauler d&apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica del Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa. De conformitat amb els articles 18.2 i 23.2 de la Llei general de subvencions, l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa remetrà a la BDNS la convocatòria corresponent i un extracte de la mateixa es publicarà en el BOIB, d&apos;acord amb el procediment establert en l&apos;article 20.8 de la Llei general de subvencions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. La sol·licitud es farà presentant l&apos;imprès d&apos;instància normalitzat, adjuntant la documentació corresponent, al Registre General de l&apos;Ajuntament, o bé a través d&apos;alguna de les formes previstes en l&apos;article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d&apos;1 d&apos;octubre , del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">D&apos;acord amb l&apos;article 14.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d&apos;1 d&apos;octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, són persones obligades a relacionar-se a través de mitjans electrònics amb les administracions públiques per a realitzar qualsevol tràmit d&apos;un procediment administratiu les següents:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">a)&nbsp;Les persones jurídiques.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">b)&nbsp;Les entitats sense personalitat jurídica.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">c)&nbsp;Els que exerceixin una activitat professional per a la qual es requereixi la col·legiació obligatòria, per als tràmits i actuacions que duguin a terme amb les administracions públiques en exercici de l&apos;activitat professional esmentada. En tot cas, dins d&apos;aquest col·lectiu s&apos;entendran inclosos els notaris, registradors de la propietat i mercantils.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">d)&nbsp;Qui representi a un interessat/da que estigui obligat/da a relacionar-se electrònicament amb l&apos;Administració.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">e)&nbsp;Les persones empleades de les administracions públiques per als tràmits i actuacions que s&apos;efectuïn amb elles per raó de la seva condició d&apos;empleat / ada públic / a, tal com determini reglamentàriament cada administració.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les persones obligades han de presentar les sol·licituds de subvencions a través de la seu electrònica municipal del Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa. Si algun dels subjectes als quals fa referència l&apos;article 14.2 i 14.3 de la LGS presenta la seva sol·licitud presencialment, les Administracions Públiques requeriran a l&apos;interessat perquè l&apos;esmeni a través de la seva presentació electrònica. A aquest efecte, es considerarà com a data de presentació de la sol·licitud aquella en la qual hagi estat realitzada l&apos;esmena (article 68. Esmena i millora de la sol·licitud).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La presentació de la sol·licitud comporta l&apos;autorització de la persona sol·licitant perquè l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa obtengui de forma directa els certificats telemàtics, si s&apos;escau, per a l&apos;acreditació de les circumstàncies previstes en els articles 18 i 19 de l&apos;RD 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, de trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries davant l&apos;Administració estatal, autonòmica i Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa, així com estar al corrent de compliment de les obligacions davant la Seguretat Social, en aplicació del Conveni en matèria d&apos;interoperabilitat telemàtica entre les administracions públiques de l&apos;àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears, a què s&apos;ha adherit l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">3. La persona sol·licitant podrà denegar expressament el consentiment, aportant els corresponents certificats.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">4. La documentació i / o les dades que ha d&apos;acompanyar la sol·licitud és la indicada a l&apos;imprès d&apos;instància normalitzat, annex a la convocatòria corresponent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">5. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà el que determini la convocatòria corresponent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 4. Condicions de solvència i eficàcia que hagin de reunir les persones jurídiques a què es refereix l&apos;apartat 2 de l&apos;article 12 de la Llei General de Subvencions</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">No es preveuen entitats col·laboradores. El Patronat d&apos;Esports serà l&apos;única entitat que actuarà com a òrgan d&apos;adjudicació de les subvencions. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 5. Procediment per a la concessió de la subvenció</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El procediment de concessió de subvencions es tramitarà en règim de concurrència competitiva, d&apos;acord amb el que estableix l&apos;article 22 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Té la consideració de concurrència competitiva el procediment mitjançant el qual la concessió de les subvencions es realitza a partir de la comparació de les sol·licituds presentades, a fi d&apos;establir una prelació entre elles d&apos;acord amb els criteris de valoració fixats en aquestes bases i adjudicar, havent notificat la resolució de concessió amb el límit fixat i dins del crèdit disponible, aquelles que hagin obtingut major valoració en aplicació dels criteris o principis de publicitat, transparència, concurrència, objectivitat, no discriminació, eficàcia i eficiència.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>1. Inici.</strong> El procediment de concessió de subvencions s&apos;iniciarà mitjançant la presentació d&apos;una instància en la qual se sol·licita la subvenció, s&apos;especifica l&apos;activitat a subvencionar i es&nbsp;declara el caràcter amb el qual la persona sol·licitant actua.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>2. Instrucció. </strong>En el cas que la sol·licitud o la documentació siguin incorrectes o incompletes, el Patronat d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament requerirà la seua esmena en un termini de deu dies. Un cop transcorregut aquest termini sense que la persona sol·licitant hagi donat compliment al requeriment, es considerarà que desisteix de la petició i s&apos;arxivarà l&apos;expedient. D&apos;acord amb l&apos;article 45.1.b) de la Llei 39/2015, d&apos;1 d&apos;octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, la publicació d&apos;aquests requeriments d&apos;esmena es realitzarà al tauler d&apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica del Patronat d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Un cop comprovada la documentació presentada que consta en l&apos;expedient i l&apos;informe de l&apos;òrgan col·legiat (Comissió de Valoració), l&apos;òrgan instructor ha de formular la proposta de resolució provisional, degudament motivada, que es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la publicació al tauler d&apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica del Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa, amb un termini de deu dies per formular al·legacions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Es pot prescindir de l&apos;audiència quan no figuri en el procediment ni siguin tinguts en compte altres fets que els adduïts pels interessats. En aquest cas, la proposta de resolució formulada tindrà el caràcter de definitiva. Les propostes de resolucions provisionals i definitives no creen cap dret a favor de la persona beneficiària proposta, fins que no se li hagi notificat la concessió per l&apos;òrgan competent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>3. Resolució.</strong> L&apos;acte que resolgui el procediment de concessió de la subvenció ha de ser motivat i expressar la persona sol·licitant o la relació de persones sol·licitants a les quals es concedeix la subvenció i la quantitat atorgada. Així mateix, es farà constar de manera expressa la desestimació de la resta de sol·licituds. D&apos;acord amb l&apos;article 45.1.b) de la Llei 39/2015, d&apos;1 d&apos;octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, la publicació d&apos;aquesta resolució es realitzarà al tauler d&apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica del Patronat d&apos;Espots de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa .</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La competència per atorgar les subvencions correspon a l&apos;òrgan fixat en l&apos;article 9 d&apos;aquestes bases.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>4. Publicitat de les subvencions concedides.</strong> L&apos;acord de resolució de procediment de concessió es publicarà al tauler d&apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica del Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa i en la Base de Dades Nacional de subvencions (BDNS).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 6. font-size: 12px">En aquells esports col·lectius no previstos expressament, s&apos;aplicarà el nombre màxim de participants permesos en acta oficial de competició segons la normativa de la federació esportiva corresponent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>2. Esports individuals:</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En les competicions d&apos;esports individuals es prendrà com a màxim el nombre d&apos;esportistes inscrits que hagin participat efectivament en la competició oficial, i es podrà incloure:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1 tècnic o auxiliar, quan el nombre d&apos;esportistes inscrits i participants en la competició sigui entre 2 i 6 esportistes.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2 tècnics o auxiliars, en el cas que se superin els 7 esportistes inscrits i participants en la competició.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 7. Criteris objectius d&apos;atorgament de la subvenció</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Per garantir la concurrència competitiva en l&apos;adjudicació de les subvencions, de conformitat amb el que disposa l&apos;article 17.3.e) de la Llei general de subvencions, les sol·licituds presentades es valoraran i seleccionaran tenint en compte els criteris objectius establerts en les presents bases.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Els criteris de valoració s&apos;aplicaran sobre la sol·licitud presentada pel club beneficiari, tenint en compte els equips o esportistes pels quals l&apos;entitat sol·licita la subvenció i respecte dels quals acredita assumir les despeses derivades de la seva participació en competicions oficials fora de l&apos;illa d&apos;Eivissa.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">A aquests efectes, els equips i esportistes computats hauran de constar vinculats al club sol·licitant mitjançant la corresponent llicència federativa o documentació acreditativa equivalent, i hauran de participar efectivament en les competicions oficials objecte de subvenció.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Només es valoraran aquells equips, esportistes, desplaçaments, resultats o despeses que estiguin degudament acreditats i que guardin relació directa amb l&apos;activitat subvencionada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">L&apos;import de la subvenció concedida a cada club sol·licitant dependrà dels punts obtinguts en la línia de subvenció a la qual opti, d&apos;acord amb els criteris de valoració establerts en aquestes bases.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; (participació).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Es valoraran els resultats esportius obtinguts pels esportistes vinculats al club sol·licitant en competicions oficials dins el període subvencionable establert en la convocatòria, d&apos;acord amb l&apos;escala següent:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La puntuació final d&apos;aquest criteri es calcularà mitjançant la fórmula següent:</span></span></span></p> <table border="1" style="border: 1px solid rgb(0, 0, 0); width: 605px"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="vertical-align: top"> <p><span style="font-size: 10px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, Times, serif"><strong>RE = Punts rendiment esportiu. x F.P.</strong></span></span></span></span></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La puntuació total del club en aquest criteri serà la suma de les puntuacions individuals dels esportistes, segons els resultats justificats documentalment, fins al límit màxim de 100 punts.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Cada resultat esportiu només podrà ser valorat una vegada, aplicant-se la puntuació més alta que correspongui segons l&apos;escala anterior.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Per a cada esportista es valoraran, com a màxim, els tres millors resultats obtinguts en competicions oficials dins el període subvencionable establert en la convocatòria.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">No es podran acumular puntuacions diferents derivades d&apos;un mateix resultat, classificació o competició.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Document acreditatiu del criteri 4: </span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Acreditació mitjançant certificat federatiu segons model disponible a la seu electrònica. </span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 8. Quantia individualitzada de la subvenció o criteris per a la seva determinació</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. La quantia de les subvencions serà la que determini la convocatòria corresponent, d&apos;acord amb les Bases d&apos;Execució del Pressupost del Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports i el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La quantia de la subvenció es determinarà d&apos;acord amb els criteris següents:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Cap subvenció podrà superar la quantitat màxima que s&apos;estableixi a la convocatòria corresponent. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Cap subvenció podrà superar, en tot cas, el percentatge màxim de 100% de la despesa subvencionable. </span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Una vegada aplicada la fórmula de repartiment, si alguna entitat supera l&apos;import màxim establert o el 100% de la despesa subvencionable, la seva subvenció es reduirà fins al límit corresponent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El crèdit sobrant podrà redistribuir-se proporcionalment entre la resta d&apos;entitats beneficiàries de la mateixa línia que no hagin assolit aquests límits, d&apos;acord amb la puntuació obtinguda, sempre dins del crèdit disponible i sense superar el cost de l&apos;activitat subvencionada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Es consideren despeses subvencionables aquelles que responguin a la naturalesa de l&apos;activitat subvencionada i es realitzin en el termini establert en la convocatòria corresponent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">De conformitat amb l&apos;article 58.2 de l&apos;RD 887/2006, a més de la quantitat total màxima dels crèdits disponibles, es pot fixar una quantia addicional que no requerirà una nova convocatòria per a la seva aplicació a la concessió de subvencions, en cas d&apos;haver-se incrementat el import del crèdit pressupostari disponible com a conseqüència d&apos;una generació, una ampliació o una incorporació de crèdit. La distribució de l&apos;increment es realitzarà proporcionalment a la puntuació obtinguda per cada projecte presentat.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La convocatòria ha de fer constar expressament que l&apos;efectivitat de la quantia addicional queda condicionada a la declaració de disponibilitat de crèdit com a conseqüència de les circumstàncies abans assenyalades i, si és el cas, prèvia aprovació de la modificació pressupostària que procedeixi, en un moment anterior a la resolució de la concessió de la subvenció.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. Es consideren despeses subvencionables d&apos;acord amb el que disposa l&apos;art. 31 de la LGS les despeses realitzades abans de la data de finalització de el període de justificació establert i que guardin relació directa amb l&apos;objecte de la subvenció.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">a) Es consideren despeses subvencionables:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les despeses subvencionables s&apos;establiran en la convocatòria corresponent.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">b) No es consideren subvencionables:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les despeses no subvencionables s&apos;establiran en la convocatòria corresponent.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Només seran subvencionables les despeses assumides directament pel club beneficiari i vinculades de manera directa a la participació dels equips o esportistes inclosos en la sol·licitud en competicions esportives oficials fora de l&apos;illa d&apos;Eivissa.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les factures, justificants de despesa i justificants de pagament hauran d&apos;estar emesos o correspondre al club beneficiari, llevat dels supòsits excepcionals que pugui admetre la convocatòria de manera expressa i degudament justificada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">No es consideraran subvencionables les despeses particulars assumides directament pels esportistes, familiars, tècnics o terceres persones que no hagin estat reintegrades o assumides pel club beneficiari d&apos;acord amb la documentació justificativa corresponent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 9. Òrgans competents per a l&apos;ordenació, instrucció i resolució del procediment de concessió de la subvenció i el termini en què serà notificada la resolució</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. D&apos;acord amb la base 46, punt 5, de les Bases d&apos;Execució del Pressupost municipal vigent, l&apos;òrgan competent per a l&apos;aprovació de les bases reguladores específiques serà el Ple de la Corporació o les juntes rectores, en el cas dels organismes Autònoms i / o consorcis adscrits.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">L&apos;òrgan competent per a l&apos;aprovació de les successives convocatòries, així com els acords de concessió, serà la Junta de Govern Local o les juntes rectores, en el cas dels organismes autònoms i / o consorcis adscrits, excepte en el cas d&apos;aquells que tinguin caràcter plurianual, que hauran de ser aprovades pel Ple de la Corporació.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. De conformitat amb l&apos;article 14 de l&apos;Ordenança general reguladora de les bases per a l&apos;atorgament de subvencions per part del Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa, l&apos;òrgan instructor es designarà en la convocatòria i amb caràcter general ho són els serveis administratius de la Regidoria delegada que promou de la subvenció.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La convocatòria específica establirà la composició d&apos;una comissió avaluadora integrada com a mínim per una Presidència, una Secretaria amb veu però sense vot i un nombre de vocals no inferior a dos, relacionats amb l&apos;objecte de la convocatòria, que tindrà com a finalitat examinar les sol·licituds i emetre un informe que serveixi de base a la proposta de resolució.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les activitats d&apos;instrucció han de comprendre les activitats conduents a l&apos;avaluació de les sol·licituds o peticions, efectuades d&apos;acord amb els criteris, formes i prioritats de valoració establerts en la norma reguladora de la subvenció.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Correspon a l&apos;òrgan instructor dur a terme d&apos;ofici les actuacions necessàries per determinar, conèixer i comprovar les dades en virtut dels quals s&apos;ha de dictar la resolució, i en concret:</span></span></span></p> <ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Determinar les persones participants admeses a la convocatòria;</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Resoldre els dubtes d&apos;interpretació que puguin sorgir en relació amb les bases reguladors de la subvenció i la convocatòria corresponent;</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Sol·licitar els informes de la comissió avaluadora i d&apos;altres òrgans.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Avaluar les sol·licituds d&apos;acord amb els criteris de valoració establerts.</span></span></span></li> </ol> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Sense perjudici de les especificitats procedimentals que es puguin establir en les&nbsp;convocatòries específiques, respectuoses amb la legalitat vigent, el procediment serà el&nbsp;següent:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En virtut de la documentació que consta en l&apos;expedient, l&apos;òrgan instructor ha de formular la proposta de resolució provisional, degudament motivada, que es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al tauler d&apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica del Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa i, si s&apos;escau, en la pàgina web municipal, a més d&apos;en la forma que pugui establir la convocatòria corresponent, amb un termini de deu dies per formular al·legacions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Es podrà prescindir de l&apos;audiència quan no figurin en el procediment ni siguin tinguts en compte altres fets que els adduïts per les persones interessades. En aquest cas, la proposta de resolució formulada tindrà el caràcter de definitiva.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">3. Examinades per l&apos;òrgan instructor les al·legacions adduïdes per les persones interessades, es formularà la proposta de resolució definitiva. La resolució ha de ser motivada i ha de contenir:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La relació de persones sol·licitants a les quals es proposa la concessió de la subvenció i, si escau, la desestimació de la resta de sol·licituds o la inadmissió, així com la no concessió per desistiment de la persona sol·licitant, o altres causes establertes en la normativa específica aplicable. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La quantia de la subvenció; si ho preveu la convocatòria l&apos;òrgan competent ha de prorratejar entre les persones beneficiàries de la subvenció l&apos;import global màxim destinat a les subvencions; </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">L&apos;especificació de l&apos;avaluació i dels criteris seguits per efectuar-la. </span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">L&apos;expedient de concessió de subvencions contindrà l&apos;informe de l&apos;òrgan instructor en el qual consti que de la informació que figura en el seu poder es desprèn que les persones beneficiàries compleixen tots els requisits necessaris per accedir-hi.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les propostes de resolució provisional i definitiva no creen cap dret a favor de la persona beneficiària proposta, davant l&apos;Administració, mentre no s&apos;hagi publicat la resolució de concessió.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">4. Termini per resoldre i efectes del silenci</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El termini per resoldre i notificar la resolució del procediment no podrà excedir de sis mesos des de la data de finalització del termini per presentar les sol·licituds. Si en aquest termini no s&apos;ha notificat resolució expressa, s&apos;entendrà desestimada per silenci administratiu negatiu la sol·licitud de subvenció, de conformitat amb l&apos;article 25 de la Llei 39/2015, d&apos;1 d&apos;octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 10. Obligacions de les persones beneficiàries de les subvencions</strong></span></span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"> </span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Realitzar el projecte relacionat a la línia/es de subvenció en el qual es fonamenta la concessió de la subvencions.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">&nbsp;Acreditar davant del Patronat d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa la realització del projecte, així com el compliment dels requisits i condicions que determinen la concessió de l&apos;ajut.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">&nbsp;Disposar dels llibres comptables, registres i altres documents en els termes exigits per la legislació mercantil i sectorial aplicable a la persona beneficiària de la subvencions.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Conservar els documents justificatius de l&apos;aplicació dels fons rebuts.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Informar al Patronat d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa de totes les subvencions rebudes destinades a l&apos;activitat objecte de subvencions i aquesta comunicació s&apos;efectuarà així com es conegui i, en tot cas, amb anterioritat a la justificació de l&apos;ús&nbsp;donat als fons rebuts</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les entitats subvencionades, també, adquireixen les següents obligacions:</span></span></span></p> <ol> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Presentar els documents recollits a l&apos;article anterior, en l&apos;article 30 de la Llei general de subvencions i el que específicament determini la convocatòria corresponent.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Presentar tota la documentació que li sigui sol·licitada en relació amb la facultat de control de l&apos;activitat subvencionada. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Fer constar en tota informació, publicació o publicitat que s&apos;efectuï de l&apos;activitat, que la mateixa està subvencionada per l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa. En concret, les entitats beneficiàries hauran de complir les obligacions de publicitat i difusió del finançament municipal en els termes establerts a l&apos;<u><strong>annex 1</strong></u> d&apos;aquestes bases.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Comunicar al Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa qualsevol alteració o modificació que es produeixi en la seva execució. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Mantenir les condicions i elements declarats en el projecte que van servir de base per a atorgar la subvenció. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les activitats desenvolupades i la seva publicitat han de respectar el principi d&apos;igualtat d&apos;oportunitats entre dones i homes. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Tota la documentació o material de publicitat que es generi en les activitats desenvolupades hauria d&apos;estar en català. </span></span></span></li> </ol> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El Patronat d&apos;Esports i l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa no es farà responsable de les obligacions contretes per les persones beneficiàries com a conseqüència de la realització de les seves activitats.</span></span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after: always"> <span style="display: none">&nbsp;</span> </div> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 11. Pagament</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El pagament de la subvenció s&apos;efectuarà mitjançant transferència bancària al compte corrent designat a aquest efecte per l&apos;entitat beneficiària.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El pagament de la subvenció es realitzarà en dos terminis:</span></span></span></p> <ol> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El primer pagament s&apos;efectuarà una vegada aprovada la resolució de concessió de la convocatòria.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El segon pagament s&apos;efectuarà una vegada presentada i revisada la justificació de la subvenció, sempre que s&apos;acrediti adequadament el compliment de la finalitat per a la qual es va concedir la subvenció i la correcta aplicació dels fons percebuts.</span></span></span></li> </ol> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El percentatge corresponent a cadascun dels pagaments es determinarà expressament en la convocatòria corresponent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 12. Determinació, si escau, dels llibres i registres comptables específics per a garantir l&apos;adequada justificació de la subvenció</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">No es preveuen.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 13. Termini i forma de justificació per part de la persona beneficiària o de l&apos;entitat col·laboradora, si és el cas, de l&apos;acompliment de la finalitat per a la qual es va concedir la subvenció i de l&apos;aplicació dels fons percebuts</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Per percebre íntegrament la subvenció concedida, les persones o entitats beneficiàries han de justificar davant el Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa el compliment de la finalitat per a la qual es va concedir la subvenció, així com l&apos;aplicació correcta dels fons percebuts.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. Període màxim de justificació</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La data que fixarà el termini màxim de justificació s&apos;establirà en la convocatòria corresponent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La manca de presentació de la justificació dins el termini establert, o la presentació d&apos;una justificació insuficient, podrà donar lloc a la pèrdua del dret al cobrament del segon pagament, així com, si escau, al reintegrament total o parcial de les quantitats percebudes, d&apos;acord amb el que estableixen aquestes bases i la normativa aplicable en matèria de subvencions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. Forma de justificació de la subvenció</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">D&apos;acord amb el que estableix l&apos;article 11 d&apos;aquestes bases, el pagament de la subvenció es realitzarà en dos terminis, amb els percentatges que es determinin en la convocatòria corresponent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Per justificar la subvenció, la persona o entitat beneficiària haurà de presentar al Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports la instància o formulari de justificació corresponent, acompanyat de la resta de documentació justificativa que es determini en aquestes bases, en la convocatòria corresponent i en els annexos que en formin part.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 14. Mesures de garantia que, si escau, es consideri necessari constituir a favor de l&apos;òrgan concedent, mitjans de constitució i procediment de cancel·lació</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">No es preveuen.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 15. Possibilitat d&apos;efectuar pagaments anticipats i abonaments a compte, així com el règim de garanties que, si escau, han d&apos;aportar la persones beneficiàries</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Es preveu la possibilitat d&apos;efectuar un primer pagament anticipat o a compte de la subvenció concedida, en el percentatge que determini la convocatòria corresponent, una vegada dictada la resolució de concessió.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Aquest pagament quedarà condicionat al compliment dels requisits per obtenir la condició de beneficiària, a trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries, amb la Seguretat Social i amb l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa, i a no estar incursa en cap causa de reintegrament.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Atesa la naturalesa de les entitats beneficiàries i la finalitat de foment esportiu de la subvenció, no s&apos;exigirà la constitució de garantia, llevat que la convocatòria estableixi expressament el contrari.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El pagament restant s&apos;efectuarà una vegada presentada, revisada i aprovada la justificació de la subvenció.</span></span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after: always"> <span style="display: none">&nbsp;</span> </div> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>​​​​​​​</strong></span></span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 16. Circumstàncies que, com a conseqüència de l&apos;alteració de les condicions tingudes en compte per a la concessió de la subvenció, podran donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">No es preveuen.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 17. Compatibilitat o incompatibilitat amb altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualssevol administracions o ens públics o privats, nacionals, de la Unió Europea o d&apos;organismes internacionals</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les ajudes rebudes per aquesta convocatòria són compatibles amb la percepció d&apos;altres ajudes procedents de qualsevol altra administració o ens públic o privat, sempre que el seu import sigui de tal quantia que aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres subvencions no superi el cost total de l&apos;activitat subvencionada , d&apos;acord amb el que preveu l&apos;article 19.3 de la Llei general de subvencions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">És obligació de les persones o entitats beneficiàries dels ajuts informar al Patronat d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa de totes les subvencions rebudes amb destinació a l&apos;activitat objecte de subvenció i aquesta comunicació s&apos;efectuarà així com es conegui i, en tot cas, amb anterioritat a la justificació de l&apos;aplicació donada als fons percebuts.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 18. Incompliment i causes de reintegrament</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En cas d&apos;incompliment de les bases, així com dels compromisos assumits per les persones beneficiàries de la subvenció, serà d&apos;aplicació el que preveu el títol IV de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions. Com a conseqüència de la revocació pertoca reintegrar totalment o parcialment l&apos;ajuda rebuda per les entitats beneficiàries i, si escau, l&apos;exigència de l&apos;interès de demora, en els casos següents:</span></span></span></p> <ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">L&apos;incompliment de la finalitat per a la qual es va concedir l&apos;ajut.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">L&apos;obtenció de l&apos;ajut sense que es compleixin les condicions requerides o quan s&apos;alterin les condicions tingudes en compte per concedir-la, sempre que sigui per causes imputables a l&apos;entitat beneficiària.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">L&apos;incompliment de l&apos;obligació de justificar la finalitat de l&apos;ajuda econòmica rebuda en la forma i els terminis establerts.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La negativa a sotmetre a les actuacions de control previstes o l&apos;obstrucció injustificada d&apos;aquestes actuacions.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Justificació de la subvenció fora de termini de el període de justificació.</span></span></span></li> </ol> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">&nbsp;Quan l&apos;import justificat per la persona beneficiària, amb motiu de la rendició del compte justificatiu de les despeses, sigui inferior a la quantitat concedida, el Patronat d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa ha de minorar l&apos;import de la subvenció, exigint, si escau, el reintegrament de les quantitats indegudament percebudes.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Per al reintegrament s&apos;han d&apos;aplicar els procediments prevists a l&apos;efecte en la legislació de finances, en els quals s&apos;ha de garantir l&apos;audiència a les entitats interessades.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les quantitats reintegrables tenen la consideració d&apos;ingressos de dret públic i poden ser exigides per la via de constrenyiment.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">L&apos;incompliment de l&apos;obligació de justificar la finalitat de l&apos;ajuda econòmica rebuda en la forma i els terminis establerts suposarà, a més del reintegrament esmentat, la impossibilitat de participar en pròximes convocatòries d&apos;ajudes municipals, mentre no es faci la devolució de l&apos;import reclamat.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 19. Criteris de graduació dels possibles incompliments de condicions imposades amb motiu de la concessió de les subvencions. Aquests criteris són aplicables per a determinar la quantitat que finalment hagi de percebre la persona beneficiària o, si escau, l&apos;import a reintegrar, i hauran de respondre a el principi de proporcionalitat</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Si durant la instrucció de l&apos;expedient, en la fase de justificació o en el transcurs del termini legal de comprovació s&apos;observen incompliments parcials o totals de l&apos;activitat objecte de subvenció, l&apos;import concedit podrà ser objecte de minoració, pèrdua del dret al cobrament o reintegrament total o parcial, d&apos;acord amb el principi de proporcionalitat.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La manca total de justificació, la justificació insuficient no esmenada, la resistència al control o el sobre-finançament de l&apos;activitat comportaran el reintegrament que correspongui d&apos;acord amb la normativa aplicable.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En aquest sentit, de conformitat amb l&apos;article 17.3.n) de la Llei general de subvencions, en relació amb l&apos;article 37.2 de la mateixa llei, s&apos;estableixen els següents criteris de graduació del possible incompliment material de l&apos;activitat objecte d&apos;aquesta subvenció, i sempre que la persona beneficiària acrediti una actuació inequívoca tendent a la satisfacció dels seus compromisos:</span></span></span></p> <table border="1" style="border: 1px solid rgb(128, 128, 128); font-size: 12px">Aquests criteris s&apos;aplicaran per determinar la quantitat que finalment ha de percebre la persona beneficiària, o, si s&apos;escau, l&apos;import a reintegrar.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 20. Responsabilitat, règim sancionador i inspecció</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les persones beneficiàries d&apos;aquestes subvencions romandran sotmeses a el règim de responsabilitat i sancions que preveu la normativa vigent que és aplicable en matèria de subvencions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Els òrgans tècnics i la Intervenció de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa podran comprovar pels mitjans que considerin adequats la inversió de les quantitats atorgades en relació als seus objectius.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Article 21. Impugnació</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Contra l&apos;acord de la Junta Rectora del Patronat Municipal d&apos;Esports de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa d&apos;aprovació definitiva d&apos;aquestes Bases es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l&apos;endemà de la publicació, de conformitat amb el que disposa la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>DISPOSICIÓ ADDICIONAL</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les remissions a articles que consten en aquestes Bases s&apos;entendran realitzades als preceptes respectius de les normes posteriors que, si escau, els puguin derogar, modificar, i / o substituir.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>DISPOSICIÓ DEROGATÒRIA</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">A partir de l&apos;entrada en vigor d&apos;aquestes Bases, queden derogades les disposicions generals de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa, que s&apos;oposin, contradiguin, o resultin incompatibles amb aquestes.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>DISPOSICIONS FINALS</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Primera</strong>. Quan hi hagi regulacions específiques de superior rang, les prescripcions d&apos;aquestes Bases s&apos;aplicaran amb subjecció a el principi de jerarquia normativa i com a complement d&apos;aquelles.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Segona</strong>. Tot allò que no estigui previst en aquestes Bases i/o en la convocatòria corresponent, es regirà per les Bases d&apos;Execució del Pressupost Municipal vigent de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa, l&apos;Ordenança general reguladora de les bases per a l&apos;atorgament de subvencions vigent a l&apos;Ajuntament de Eivissa, la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, el Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s&apos;aprova el Reglament de la Llei general des subvencions, la Llei 39/2015, d&apos;1 d&apos;octubre de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, la Llei 40/2015, d&apos;1 d&apos;octubre, de règim jurídic de el sector públic, i la resta de normativa específica que sigui aplicable.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Tercera</strong>. font-size: 12px">Les entitats beneficiàries d&apos;aquesta subvenció hauran d&apos;incorporar el logotip oficial de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa a l&apos;equipació esportiva vinculada a l&apos;activitat subvencionada, d&apos;acord amb les instruccions d&apos;estampació establertes per l&apos;Ajuntament en aquest annex.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Camiseta de competició:</strong></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El logotip de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa haurà d&apos;aparèixer preferentment en alguna de les posicions identificades amb els números 1, 2, 3 o 6 de la imatge d&apos;instruccions d&apos;estampació, per tractar-se de les ubicacions principals i de major visibilitat de la peça.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Només en el cas que, per motius tècnics, federatius, de disseny de l&apos;equipació o per qualsevol altra causa justificada, no sigui possible col·locar el logotip en les posicions 1, 2, 3 o 6, es podrà ubicar en les posicions 4 o 5, sempre que es garanteixi una visibilitat adequada.</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Pantaló de competició</strong></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El logotip de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa haurà d&apos;aparèixer preferentment en la posició identificada amb el número 7 del document d&apos;instruccions d&apos;estampació, per tractar-se de la ubicació principal i de major visibilitat de la peça.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Només en el cas que, per motius tècnics, federatius, de disseny de l&apos;equipació o per qualsevol altra causa justificada, no sigui possible col·locar el logotip en la posició 7, es podrà ubicar en la posició 8, sempre que es garanteixi una visibilitat adequada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Quan, per motius tècnics, federatius, de disseny de l&apos;equipació o per qualsevol altra causa justificada, no sigui possible col·locar els logotips en les posicions indicades, l&apos;entitat beneficiària podrà ubicar-los en un altre espai equivalent de l&apos;equipació.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En qualsevol cas, els logotips hauran d&apos;estar situats en un lloc visible, ser clarament llegibles i respectar el disseny oficial, sense modificar-ne els colors, proporcions, tipografia ni composició.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">A més de l&apos;equipació principal de competició, les entitats beneficiàries hauran d&apos;inserir el logotip de l&apos;Ajuntament d&apos;Eivissa, de manera visible i proporcional, en els elements següents, sempre que en disposin:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Roba del cos tècnic.</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Xandalls, abrics o impermeables.</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Motxilles o bosses esportives.</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Pàgina web i xarxes socials de l&apos;entitat.</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Photocalls i suports per a rodes de premsa.</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Tanques, lones o altres elements publicitaris.</span></span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En tots els casos, el logotip haurà de ser visible, llegible i respectar el disseny oficial.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">L&apos;entitat beneficiària haurà d&apos;acreditar el compliment d&apos;aquesta obligació en el moment de la justificació de la subvenció, mitjançant fotografies de les equipacions o qualsevol altre document gràfic que permeti comprovar la correcta col·locació i visibilitat dels logotips institucionals.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Contra aquest acord d&apos;aprovació definitiva, que exhaureix la via administrativa, s&apos;hi pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma de Mallorca, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l&apos;endemà de la seua publicació, d&apos;acord amb l&apos;article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.</span></span></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif;
