    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per acord de la Junta de Govern Local de data, 28 d'agost de 2026, es va aprovar la convocatòria de subvenció mitjançant règim de concurrència competitiva, a esportistes individuals del municipi d'Andratx per resultats o participació en competicions esportives oficials en la temporada 2025-2026, i que diu així:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONVOCATÒRIA DE SUBVENCIÓ, MITJANÇANT RÈGIM DE CONCURRÈNCIA COMPETITIVA, A ESPORTISTES INDIVIDUALS DEL MUNICIPI D'ANDRATX PER RESULTATS O PARTICIPACIÓ EN COMPETICIONS ESPORTIVES OFICIALS EN LA TEMPORADA 2025-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. BASES I RÈGIM JURÍDIC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conforme amb l'Art. 17.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions (LGS, d'ara endavant), l'Ordenança General de Subvencions d'Andratx (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;47, de 20 d'abril de 2017) constitueix les bases de la present subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El règim jurídic aplicable a aquesta subvenció és el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ordenança General de Subvencions d'Andratx (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;47, de 20 d'abril de 2017) (d'ara endavant,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OGS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. OBJECTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és fer costat als esportistes locals que han participat en competicions oficials d'àmbit autonòmic, estatal i internacional entre els mesos de setembre de 2025 i agost de 2026 (tots dos inclosos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb aquesta subvenció es pretén fomentar l'excel·lència en l'esport i premiar als esportistes destacats com a mitjà per a aconseguir donar una major projecció a l'esport del municipi, tal com indica el Pla estratègic de subvencions 2026-2028 de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx al punt 7.3 d'objectius estratègics d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concessió d'aquesta subvenció es farà mitjançant el règim de concurrència competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A fi de la present convocatòria, s'entendran competicions oficials, les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• Campionats de Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• Campionats d'Europa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• Campionats mundials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• Rànquing nacional o internacional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. BENEFICIARIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els beneficiaris d'aquestes subvencions són les persones físiques que compleixin els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esportistes federats de qualsevol edat que participin en diferents campionats d'àmbit autonòmic, nacional o internacional durant la temporada 2025/2026, sempre que aquests no tinguin caràcter professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que estiguin empadronats i amb residència legal en el municipi d'Andratx amb un mínim d'un any d'antiguitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar al corrent de les seves obligacions fiscals amb aquest Ajuntament, i no ser deutors, en aquest, per qualsevol altre concepte no tributari. Amb aquesta finalitat, una vegada finalitzat el termini per a la presentació de les sol·licituds, la Tresoreria Municipal expedirà d'ofici certificació acreditativa de si els peticionaris estan al corrent de les seves obligacions fiscals amb aquest Ajuntament i no ser deutors en el mateix per qualsevol altre concepte no tributari. Els peticionaris que no estiguessin al corrent de les seves obligacions, tindran 5 dies hàbils per a esmenar la deficiència detectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No podran ser beneficiaris d'aquesta subvenció les persones en les quals concorri alguna dels circumstàncies previstes en l'art. 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. COMPATIBILITAT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta subvenció és compatible amb l'obtenció d'altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat procedents de qualsevol Administració, entitat o persona sense perjudici del que es disposa en l'article 36.4 de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OGS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-el qual estableix que, en cap cas, l'import de la subvenció podrà ser de tal quantia que, aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos, superi el cost de l'activitat subvencionada-.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haurà de comunicar-se a l'òrgan concedent o a l'Entitat col·laboradora l'obtenció d'altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos que financin les activitats subvencionades, tal com s'estableix en la disposició dotzena de la present subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. CRÈDIT PRESSUPOSTARI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantia econòmica prevista per a aquesta convocatòria de subvencions és de 26.500,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La partida pressupostària és la 341.48001.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. DOCUMENTACIÓ A PRESENTAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar mitjançant les instàncies i els annexos que facilita l'Ajuntament d'Andratx i que es poden trobar en la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx https://andratx.sedelectronica.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els peticionaris hauran de presentar l'annex 1 (sol·licitud) degudament emplenat i signat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud ha d'acompanyar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Còpia del DNI de la persona sol·licitant de la subvenció, en cas d'un menor d'edat, també el DNI del tutor legal que indiqui en l'Annex 1 (en cas de no haver-ho presentat en anteriors convocatòries) .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Certificat llicència federativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Còpia del llibre de família o representació legal, per a casos de menors d'edat.(en cas de no haver-ho presentat a anteriors convocatòries).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Document justificatiu expedit per la federació corresponent on indiqui la classificació del sol·licitant en la competició per la qual opti a aquesta subvenció. El mateix document haurà d'especificar la forma d'accés a la competició subvencionada (lliure inscripció o mètode classificatori)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Declaració responsable de la realització de l'activitat subvencionada (Annex 2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Certificat titularitat bancària (model SEPA) (Annex 3). La signatura i el segell de l'entitat bancària poden substituir-se per certificat de titularitat bancària o per un document bancari que acrediti aquesta titularitat.(en cas de no haver-ho presentat en anteriors convocatòries) .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(Es presentarà el certificat de titularitat bancària (SEPA), en el cas de ser diferent o haver estat modificat sobre el que l'Ajuntament d'Andratx ja té en el seu poder d'anteriors convocatòries, o es presenti aquest document per primera vegada davant aquesta Administració). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segons Art. 28.2 de la Llei 39/2015 del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Administracions Públiques, els interessats tenen dret a no aportar documents que ja es trobin en poder de l'Administració actuant o hagin estat elaborats per qualsevol altra Administració. L'administració actuant podrà consultar o recaptar aquests documents tret que l'interessat s'oposés a això.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. CONVOCATÒRIA I PRESENTACIÓ DE LES SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'extracte de la convocatòria es&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;publicarà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;en el Butlletí Oficial de les illes Balears (“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BOIB”)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, per conducte de la base de dades Nacional de Subvencions (“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BDNS”)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, una vegada s'hagi presentat davant aquesta el text de la convocatòria i la informació requerida per a la seva publicació (Art. 28.1.b OMS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds es formularan en el model que figura com a Annex 1 d'aquesta convocatòria i es presentaran en el període de 15 dies hàbils, a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació del extracte de la convocatòria en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els peticionaris poden presentar les seves sol·licituds de manera TELEMÀTICA per instància general en la Seu Electrònica de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx en https://andratx.sedelectronica.es/ o PRESENCIALMENT, d'acord amb l'art. 14.1 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. COMPETÈNCIA I RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La instrucció del procediment de concessió correspondrà al Cap de l'Àrea d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan instructor realitzarà totes les actuacions que consideri pertinents i una preavaluació el resultat de la qual es concretarà en un informe que haurà d'incloure's en l'expedient, en el qual es verificarà que de la informació que obra en el seu poder es desprèn que les persones o entitats beneficiàries compleixen tots els requisits necessaris per a adquirir tal condició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan instructor, a la vista de l'expedient, efectuarà proposta de resolució provisional, degudament motivada, que serà notificada a les persones interessades, concedint-los un termini de deu dies per a presentar al·legacions, tot això segons l'indicat en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es podrà prescindir del tràmit d'audiència quan no figurin en el procediment ni siguin tinguts en compte altres fets ni altres al·legacions i proves que les adduïdes pels interessats, i en aquest cas la proposta de resolució formulada tindrà caràcter de proposta definitiva, que haurà de ser notificada a les persones interessades proposats com a persones beneficiàries perquè en el termini i forma previst en la convocatòria, comuniqui la seva acceptació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Examinades les al·legacions adduïdes si és el cas per les persones interessats, es formularà la proposta de resolució definitiva, que haurà d'expressar la persona sol·licitant o la relació de persones sol·licitants per als quals es proposa la concessió de la subvenció, i la seva quantia, especificant la seva avaluació i els criteris de valoració seguits per a efectuar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La proposta de resolució definitiva es notificarà a les persones interessades que hagin estat proposats com a persones beneficiàries en la fase d'instrucció, perquè comuniquin la seva acceptació, tot això segons el termini i forma previst en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada rebuda la proposta de resolució definitiva, juntament amb la resta de l'expedient, l'òrgan concedent -la Junta de Govern Local- resoldrà el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini màxim de resolució i notificació és de sis mesos des de la publicació de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució serà notificada als sol·licitants, indicant que posa fi a la via administrativa, així com els recursos que contra aquesta procedeixin, òrgan administratiu o judicial davant el qual haguessin de presentar-se i termini per a interposar-los, sense perjudici que els interessats puguin exercitar qualsevol altre que estimin oportú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La forma de notificació preferent serà la de publicació en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de l'acord de la resolució de concessió íntegra, la qual haurà d'indicar-se en la convocatòria i que substituirà a la notificació individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució de concessió posa fi a la via administrativa i contra ella cap recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes (Art. 123 Llei 39/2015) i/o recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de dos mesos (Art. 25&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;LRJCA)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. COMISSIÓ DE VALORACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conforme amb l'Art. 31 de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OGS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, les comissions de valoració es constituiran, preceptivament, en els procediments de concurrència competitiva, sempre que l'import global dels fons destinats a la convocatòria siguin superiors a 50.000 euros o l'import individual màxim les hi subvencionis sigui superior a 7.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Com que l'import global de la subvenció és inferior a 50.000 euros i en cap cas la quantia concedida a una mateixa persona esportista podrà superar els 2.000 euros, no és preceptiva la constitució de la comissió de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. CRITERIS DE VALORACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seran considerades únicament en les sol·licituds de subvenció, les proves que facin referència a campionats esportius oficials, reconeguts per la federació esportiva territorial, nacional o internacional, el Comitè Olímpic Nacional o Internacional o pel Consell Superior d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concessió d'aquesta subvenció es farà mitjançant el règim de concurrència competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A fi de valorar el mèrit esportiu necessari per a accedir a les competicions, s'aplicarà un coeficient als punts obtinguts en cada campionat en funció del sistema de classificació o accés a aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Accés mitjançant mèrit o classificació esportiva: 100%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'atorgarà el 100% dels punts establerts en el barem quan la persona esportista hagi obtingut la seva participació mitjançant un sistema de classificació basat en criteris esportius objectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es considerarà accés per mèrit esportiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• l'obtenció d'una marca mínima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• la classificació en una competició, fase o campionat previ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• l'obtenció d'una determinada posició classificatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• la classificació mitjançant rànquing oficial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• l'obtenció d'una plaça mitjançant resultats esportius previs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• la convocatòria o selecció efectuada per la federació corresponent sobre la base de criteris esportius objectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona sol·licitant haurà d'acreditar documentalment el mètode de classificació mitjançant certificat o document emès per la federació esportiva competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Accés lliure o inscripció directa: 75%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la participació en la competició no requereixi l'acreditació prèvia de marca mínima, classificació, rànquing, resultat esportiu o un altre sistema objectiu d'accés per mèrit esportiu i sigui possible participar mitjançant inscripció directa o oberta, s'aplicarà un coeficient reductor del 75% sobre la puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Quan el mèrit esportiu valorat hagi estat obtingut en una categoria oficialment reconeguda per la federació corresponent com a màster, veterà o denominació equivalent, s'aplicarà un coeficient reductor del 75% sobre la puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La consideració de categoria màster o veterà vindrà determinada per la normativa i classificació d'edats de la federació esportiva corresponent, sense establir-se una edat general única per a totes les modalitats esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan un sol·licitant compleixi amb els requisits dels punts b) i c), aquests seran acumulables a l'efecte de la puntuació final d'aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones esportistes que acreditin oficialment un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33% rebran una bonificació addicional de +3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta bonificació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• es concedirà una única vegada per persona beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;• s'afegirà una vegada calculada la puntuació esportiva final i aplicats, si és el cas, els coeficients corresponents al sistema d'accés i a la categoria màster/veterà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La condició haurà d'acreditar-se mitjançant certificat o resolució oficial expedida per l'òrgan competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els mèrits esportius al·legats hauran de quedar degudament acreditats per la federació corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona sol·licitant haurà d'aportar, segons sigui procedent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• certificat federatiu dels resultats obtinguts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import de la subvenció es determinarà en funció de la puntuació obtinguda per cada persona esportista, atesos els resultats esportius acreditats, la posició aconseguida en rànquings oficials i, si és el cas, a l'aplicació dels coeficients i bonificacions establerts en aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pels resultats obtinguts en competicions oficials, es valorarà únicament la millor classificació acreditada per la persona sol·licitant durant el període subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el Campionat de Balears es valoraran exclusivament les quatre primeres posicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, es valorarà la posició aconseguida per la persona esportista en rànquings oficials d'àmbit nacional o internacional, sempre que aquests siguin reconeguts i publicats per la federació esportiva corresponent i es refereixin a la categoria i modalitat esportiva de la persona sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el rànquing nacional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• la primera posició obtindrà 18 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• la segona posició 16 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• la tercera posició 15 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el rànquing internacional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• la primera posició obtindrà 30 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• la segona posició 27 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;• la tercera posició 26 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No s'atorgarà puntuació per posicions inferiors al tercer lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan una persona esportista figuri simultàniament en un rànquing nacional i en un rànquing internacional, les puntuacions corresponents no seran acumulables, tenint-se en compte únicament aquella que atorgui la major puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les puntuacions corresponents a diferents campionats no seran acumulables entre si. Quan una mateixa persona esportista acrediti resultats en més d'un campionat, únicament es tindrà en compte aquell resultat que atorgui la major puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De la mateixa manera, quan una persona esportista participi en diferents proves, distàncies, modalitats o especialitats dins d'un mateix campionat i obtingui més d'un resultat puntuable, únicament es tindrà en compte el resultat que atorgui la puntuació més elevada, sense que puguin acumular-se les puntuacions corresponents als diferents resultats obtinguts dins d'un mateix campionat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es valorarà la posició aconseguida en rànquings oficials, sempre que aquests siguin reconeguts i publicats per la federació esportiva nacional o internacional corresponent i corresponguin a la categoria i modalitat esportiva de la persona sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada valorades totes les sol·licituds admeses i determinada la puntuació total de cada persona beneficiària, es calcularà el valor econòmic de cada punt dividint el crèdit pressupostari disponible entre la suma total de punts obtinguts per totes les persones beneficiàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantia de la subvenció corresponent a cada persona beneficiària serà el resultat de multiplicar la puntuació total obtinguda pel valor econòmic de cada punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas la quantia concedida a una mateixa persona esportista podrà superar els 2.000,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. JUSTIFICACIÓ D'ACTIVITATS I PAGAMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les subvencions es concedeixen en consideració als requisits establerts en aquesta convocatòria. Per aquest motiu, no requereix cap altra justificació per part de les persones beneficiàries que l'acreditació dels requisits establerts abans de la concessió de la subvenció, sense perjudici dels controls que es puguin establir per a verificar l'existència (Art. 30.7 LGS i Art. 42.3 Ordenança de Subvencions d'Andratx).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzada la competició esportiva, el beneficiari ha de sol·licitar a la Federació que ha dut a terme la competició subvencionada un certificat d'assistència i guardar-lo com a documentació justificativa de la realització de l'activitat que ha servit de fonament a la concessió de la subvenció a l'efecte d'un possible control financer posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supòsit de baixa abans de finalitzar la competició esportiva en la qual s'ha inscrit l'esportista per motius no justificats, el beneficiari haurà de reintegrar la part proporcional de l'activitat subvencionada i no realitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els beneficiaris han de presentar en el termini de 10 dies hàbils, a comptar des de l'endemà de la recepció de la notificació de la resolució d'atorgament, justificació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la justificació, en la forma i amb els requisits previstos en la convocatòria, i la seva comprovació serà condició indispensable perquè es procedeixi al reconeixement de l'obligació a favor del beneficiari. El pagament de les subvencions serà postpagable, és a dir, les subvencions s'abonaran una vegada siguin justificades degudament. El pagament es realitzarà a través de transferència bancària al compte del sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. OBLIGACIONS DELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conforme amb l'Art. 11 de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OGS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, les obligacions de les persones o entitats beneficiàries són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Acceptar la concessió de la subvenció i comunicar aquesta acceptació a l'òrgan competent en els termes que indiqui la corresponent convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Complir l'objectiu, executar el projecte, realitzar l'activitat o adoptar el comportament que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Justificar davant l'òrgan concedent o l'Entitat col·laboradora, si és el cas, el compliment dels requisits i condicions, així com la realització de l'activitat i el compliment de la finalitat que determinin la concessió o gaudi de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació, a efectuar per l'òrgan concedent o l'Entitat col·laboradora, si és el cas, així com qualssevol altres de comprovació i control financer que puguin realitzar els òrgans de control competents, tant nacionals com comunitaris, aportant quanta informació li sigui requerida en l'exercici de les actuacions anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Comunicar a l'òrgan concedent o a l'Entitat col·laboradora l'obtenció d'altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos que financin les activitats subvencionades. Aquesta comunicació haurà d'efectuar-se tan aviat com es conegui i, en tot cas, amb anterioritat a la justificació de l'aplicació dels fons percebuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Acreditar, amb anterioritat a dictar-se la proposta de resolució, que es troba al corrent en el compliment de les seves obligacions tributàries i enfront de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Disposar dels llibres comptables, registres diligenciats i altres documents degudament auditats, en els termes exigits per la Legislació mercantil i sectorial, aplicable a la persona o entitat beneficiària en cada cas, així com quants estats comptables i registres específics poguessin ser exigits per les convocatòries o resolucions, amb la finalitat de garantir l'adequat exercici de les facultats de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons rebuts, inclosos els documents electrònics, en tant puguin ser objecte de les actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Donar l'adequada publicitat de caràcter públic del finançament de programes, activitats, inversions o actuacions de qualsevol tipus que siguin objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;j&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Si s'estigués en curs d'alguna de les causes de reintegrament, procedirà al reintegrament dels fons percebuts de conformitat amb el que es disposa en el títol IV de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. REINTEGRAMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conforme amb l'Art. 53.1 de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OGS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, procedirà el reintegrament total o parcial de les quantitats percebudes i l'exigència de l'interès de demora corresponent des del moment del pagament de la subvenció, fins a la data en què s'acordi la procedència del reintegrament, en els següents casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Obtenció de subvenció falsejant les condicions requerides o ocultant aquelles que ho haguessin impedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Incompliment total o parcial de l'objectiu, de l'activitat, del projecte o la no adopció del comportament que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció. S'entendrà particularment inclòs dins d'aquest apartat d'incompliment de l'objectiu que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció, la realització d'activitats que continguin actes contra la llibertat dels ciutadans/as o vulnerin la Constitució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Incompliment de l'obligació de justificació o la justificació insuficient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Resistència, excusa, obstrucció o negativa a les actuacions de comprovació i control financer, així com l'incompliment de les obligacions comptables, registrals o de conservació de documents quan d'això es derivi la impossibilitat de verificar l'ocupació donada als fons percebuts, el compliment de l'objectiu, la realitat i regularitat de les activitats subvencionades, o la concurrència de subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualssevol Administracions o ens públics o privats, nacionals, de la Unió Europea o d'organismes internacionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Incompliment de les obligacions imposades per l'Administració a les entitats col·laboradores i persones o entitats beneficiàries, així com els compromisos per aquests assumits, sempre que afectin o es refereixin al mode en què s'han d'aconseguir els objectius, realitzar l'activitat, executar el projecte o adoptar el comportament que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Incompliment de les obligacions imposades per l'Administració a les entitats col·laboradores i persones o entitats beneficiàries, així com els compromisos per aquests assumits amb motiu de la concessió de la subvenció, distints dels anteriors, quan d'això es derivi la impossibilitat de verificar l'ocupació donada als fons percebuts, el compliment de l'objectiu, la realitat i regularitat de les activitats subvencionades, o la concurrència de subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualssevol Administracions o ens públics o privats, nacionals, de la Unió Europea o d'organismes internacionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.
