    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per Ordre del conseller d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia de 25 de maig de 2026, es varen convocar les eleccions per a la constitució del Ple de la Cambra Oficial de Comerç, Indústria, Serveis i Navegació de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 67, de 28 de maig).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta Electoral per a les eleccions al Plenari de la Cambra Oficial de Comerç, Indústria, Serveis i Navegació de Mallorca, reunida en sessió de 16 de juny de 2026, en compliment de l'article 27 del Reial decret 669/2015, de 17 de juliol, pel qual es desenvolupa la Llei 4/2014, d'1 d'abril, bàsica de les càmeres oficials de comerç, indústria, serveis i navegació, va aprovar les candidatures presentades per cobrir les vocalies del Plenari, segons la convocatòria d'eleccions. Va proclamar a aquest efecte vocals electes les persones físiques o jurídiques, que es van presentar com a candidats per cobrir places en els grups i les categories, en els quals el nombre de membres que s'havia d'elegir va ser igual al de candidatures, i que van resultar ser tots, per la qual cosa no va ser necessari que se celebrassin eleccions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Segons consta en l'acta de la constitució del Ple i en el certificat de la secretària de la Cambra; el Ple de la Cambra, en la sessió constitutiva de 21 de juliol de 2026, va acordar la designació de les persones que conformen el Comitè Executiu, sense que s'hagin produït incidències ni reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'article 33.5 del Reial decret 669/2015 disposa que, un cop resoltes les incidències, si n'hi ha, l'òrgan competent de l'administració tutelant ha de disposar la publicació dels nomenaments del president, dels càrrecs del comitè executiu i dels membres del ple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, de conformitat amb les disposicions normatives esmentades i en exercici de les competències que m'atribueixen l'article 2.6 i la disposició addicional primera de la Llei 1/2017, de 12 de maig, de cambres oficials de comerç, indústria, serveis i navegació de les Illes Balears, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
