El&amp;nbsp; 27 de maig de 2026, la Comissió Negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu del sector de Neteja d&amp;apos;edificis i locals de les Illes Balears acordà la modificació de determinats aspectes del&amp;nbsp; Conveni Col·lectiu del sector.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El&amp;nbsp; 27 de maig de 2026, José María Muñoz Juárez, en representació de la Comissió Negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu del sector de Neteja d&amp;apos;edificis i locals de les Illes Balears, sol·licità el registre, el dipòsit i la publicació de la citada acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. L&amp;apos;article 90.3 del Text Refós de la Llei de l&amp;apos;Estatut dels Treballadors, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d&amp;apos;octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El Reial decret 713/2010, de 28 de maig, sobre registre i dipòsit de convenis col·lectius, acords col·lectius de treball i plans d&amp;apos;igualtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. L&amp;apos;article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Inscriure i dipositar l&amp;apos;acord d&amp;apos;aprovació de l&amp;apos;acta d&amp;apos;aprovació de la modificació de determinats aspectes del Conveni Col·lectiu de la Comissió Negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu del sector de Neteja d&amp;apos;edificis i locals de les Illes Balears, signada el 27 de maig de 2026 en el Registre de Convenis col·lectius, Acords col·lectius de treball i Plans d&amp;apos;igualtat de les Illes Balears&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Publicar l&amp;apos;acord en el Butlletí Oficial dels Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Ordenar la traducció del text a la llengua catalana i fer constar que la versió castellana del text és l&amp;apos;original signada per la Comissió Negociadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Notificar aquesta Resolució a la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es dona el torn de paraula a ASPEL, ja que ha estat l&amp;apos;Associació que ha proposat la reunió extraordinària, i explica el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es manifesta que quan es va negociar i signar el Conveni col·lectiu es va establir que el plus de centres sanitaris no incloïa els treballadors dels centres hospitalaris, ja que es va crear la categoria professional per a aquests treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En conseqüència, l&amp;apos;article 29 del Conveni col·lectiu només incloïa aquest plus als treballadors que prestaven serveis en centres sanitaris no hospitalaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es dona el torn de paraula a ABENET i explica el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;opinió coincideix amb ASPEL, que el desenvolupament de la negociació i signatura del conveni incloïa per a aquest article només els treballadors que prestaven serveis en centres de salut no hospitalaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es dona el torn de paraula a la part social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es dona el torn de paraula a CCOO i explica el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Miguel Pardo manifesta que la seva posició coincideix amb la Patronal en l&amp;apos;exposició manifestada, ja que va ser l&amp;apos;impulsor de la implantació del plus esmentat de l&amp;apos;article 29. Aquest era l&amp;apos;esperit del que es va negociar. Així, la proposta d&amp;apos;aquest plus neix només per a centres de salut dependents de l&amp;apos;Administració pública, no per als treballadors dels centres hospitalaris. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es dona el torn de paraula a SITEIB i explica el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Coincideix amb la Patronal en l&amp;apos;exposició manifestada. A més, la proposta d&amp;apos;aquest plus neix només per a centres de salut dependents de l&amp;apos;Administració pública com, per exemple, actualment els CS, PAC i UBS, no per als treballadors dels centres hospitalaris que ja ostenten la categoria de personal de neteja d&amp;apos;hospital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S&amp;apos;inicia el torn de paraula a UGT i explica el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El text del conveni és clar en els seus articles. Si la comissió negociadora refà el text de l&amp;apos;article 29 del Conveni col·lectiu i imposa una retroactivitat, serà igualment impugnat, ja que entén que és un dret meritat des de l&amp;apos;1 de gener del 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Un cop escoltades les parts i després d&amp;apos;un debat, s&amp;apos;acorda el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“Havent tingut coneixement aquesta comissió negociadora de la demanda interposada pel sindicat UGT que se segueix amb número d&amp;apos;interlocutòria 1/2026 a la Sala Social del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears i revisat el text del Conveni, s&amp;apos;ha detectat que la redacció de l&amp;apos;article 29 pot generar dubtes interpretatius, motiu pel qual, a fi de dotar-lo de més claredat, ha estat convocada aquesta comissió negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Així, a la negociació del conveni subscrit en data 3.08.22, amb vigència des del 1.08.2022 fins al 31.12.2026, es va crear una categoria professional específica per a les persones que presten els seus serveis en centres hospitalaris, denominada &lt;em&gt;personal d&amp;apos;hospital&lt;/em&gt;, que va entrar en vigor l&amp;apos;1.08.2024, de conformitat amb el que recull l&amp;apos;article 28 del text convencional. En el salari d&amp;apos;aquesta nova categoria professional va quedar subsumit el plus d&amp;apos;hospitals anterior que regula l&amp;apos;article 27. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Igualment, en la negociació del conveni vigent, les parts negociadores van crear un nou &lt;em&gt;Plus personal centres sanitaris dependents de l&amp;apos;Administració pública&lt;/em&gt; destinat a millorar les condicions salarials de les persones treballadores en centres de salut, no hospitalaris, dependents de l&amp;apos;Administració pública, que es regula a l&amp;apos;article 29 del text convencional publicat. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per aquests motius, és voluntat de les organitzacions que formen part de la taula negociadora del Conveni col·lectiu en vigor, aclarir-ne el text i adequar-lo a la voluntat amb què es va signar, com ja es va fer a través de l&amp;apos;acta número 6 de la comissió mixta paritària d&amp;apos;interpretació del Conveni en data 24.10.25.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;És per això que les associacions patronals ABENET i ASPEL per la representació empresarial i el sindicat SITE IB i CCOO amb més del 50% de la representativitat social, tal com va quedar acreditat en el moment de constituir la taula negociadora del referit conveni, amb l&amp;apos;oposició del sindicat UGT, acorden modificar la redacció de l&amp;apos;article 29 de la manera següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(250, 250, 250)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tot el personal que presti serveis en els centres sanitaris dependents de l&amp;apos;Administració pública percebrà, a partir de l&amp;apos;1 de gener del 2026, un complement salarial de 45,00 euros mensuals proporcional al temps de treball efectiu, que es veurà incrementat en el mateix percentatge que experimenti el Conveni col·lectiu.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Plus personal centres de salut no hospitalaris dependents de l&amp;apos;Administració pública&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(250, 250, 250)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tot el personal que presti serveis en els centres de salut no hospitalaris dependents de l&amp;apos;Administració pública percebrà, a partir de l&amp;apos;1 de gener del 2026, un complement salarial de 45,00 euros mensuals proporcional al temps de treball efectiu, que es veurà incrementat en el mateix percentatge que experimenti el Conveni col·lectiu.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S&amp;apos;autoritza el secretari per elaborar l&amp;apos;acta i per a la signatura corresponent. Igualment, s&amp;apos;autoritza el secretari perquè faci les gestions oportunes per publicar el text del Conveni en el BOCAIB a través del sistema REGCON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
