&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Modificació del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions 2026&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedents&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el marc de l&amp;apos;activitat de foment que duu a terme l&amp;apos;Administració destaca sense cap dubte la subvencional, com a mitjà de direcció econòmica i social d&amp;apos;extraordinària transcendència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb les previsions de l&amp;apos;article 8 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, que obliga les administracions que pretenguin concedir subvencions aprovar, prèviament, un Pla estratègic, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 12 del Reial Decret 887/2006 de 21 de juliol que aprova el Reglament de la Llei General de Subvencions i d&amp;apos;acord amb la Disposició Addicional primer de les Bases generals reguladores de la concessió de subvencions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Santanyí, aquesta entitat va aprovar en sessió de ple extraordinària de 23 de desembre de 2025, el Pla estratègic de subvencions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Santanyí per a l&amp;apos;any 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El caràcter estimatiu del Pla Estratègic i la realitat dinàmica de les necessitats del municipi fan convenient ajustar les previsions contingudes i actualitzar-les a la nova situació, introduint en el seu cas les modificacions i innovacions corresponents per donar una adequada resposta a aquesta realitat, sense abandonar les línies establertes en el seu moment i tenint en compte els principis bàsics i fonamentals que regeixen la matèria subvencional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Existeix un interès social que justifica la modificació de les subvencions a favor de les entitats Associació Tercera Edat de Santanyí, amb CIF G 07 222 052, i Associació Tercera Edat de s&amp;apos;Alqueria Blanca, amb CIF G 07 262 751, previstes nominativament al pressupost per a aquest any 2026 i dins l&amp;apos;Objectiu estratègic 2: participació ciutadana i associacionisme del Pla Estratègic de subvencions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Santanyí. Aquestes entitats participen de forma activa en la vida social i comunitària de les localitats de Santanyí i de s&amp;apos;Alqueria Blanca i de Portopetro, atès que a més de les seves finalitats de representar i fomentar els interessos culturals, socials i econòmics del seus socis, col·laboren activament i de forma desinteressada amb les propostes municipals que es duen a terme a les esmentades localitats i que requereixen de la participació ciutadana i que promouen la cohesió i el desenvolupament de la comunitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquest any 2026, l&amp;apos;Associació Tercera Edat de Santanyí i l&amp;apos;Associació Tercera Edat de s&amp;apos;Alqueria Blanca celebren el 40è aniversari de la seva fundació i amb motiu d&amp;apos;aquest fet han duit a terme determinades activitats que es consideren subvencionables i que fomenten la participació ciutadana en la vida del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La modificació del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Santanyí per a l&amp;apos;exercici 2026 consistiria en introduir determinats canvis en les subvencions nominatives a favor de l&amp;apos;Associació Tercera Edat de Santanyí i l&amp;apos;Associació Tercera Edat de s&amp;apos;Alqueria Blanca, consistent en incrementar en 1.100,00 euros l&amp;apos;import previst inicialment per a cada una d&amp;apos;elles i en entendre que les activitats subvencionables són tant les ordinàries de les dues associacions com les extraordinàries derivades de la celebració del seu 40è aniversari fundacional, respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Article 8 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Articles 10 a 15 del Reial Decret 887/2006 de 21 de juliol que aprova el Reglament de la Llei General de Subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Disposició Addicional Primera de les Bases generals reguladores de la concessió de subvencions aprovades en sessió de ple extraordinària de 23 de desembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Es proposa l&amp;apos;adopció de l&amp;apos;acord següent:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Modificar el Pla Estratègic de subvencions aprovat en sessió de ple extraordinària de data 23 de desembre de 2025 en el sentit d&amp;apos;incrementar en 1.100,00 euros els imports prevists inicialment a favor de Associació Tercera Edat de Santanyí, amb CIF G 07 222 052, i Associació Tercera Edat de s&amp;apos;Alqueria Blanca, amb CIF G 07 262 751, que quedarien fixats en 3.040,00 euros i 1.975,00 euros, respectivament, i d&amp;apos;entendre que el concepte activitats i funcionament es referix tant a les activitats ordinàries de les entitats com a les extraordinàries resultants de la celebració del 40è aniversaris de les seves fundacions. La partida pressupostària a la que s&amp;apos;imputarà aquest increment es determinarà mitjançant la transferència de crèdit corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;objectiu estratègic 2 del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions quedaria redactat de la següent forma, pel que fa a les dues associacions afectades per la modificació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
