&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;ASSUMPTE&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;strong&gt;NOMENAMENT ALCALDESSA ACCIDENTAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FETS I FONAMENTS DE DRET&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que he d&amp;apos;absentar-me del municipi de Sant Josep de sa Talaia des del dia 13 fins al 20 d&amp;apos;agost de 2026, ambdós inclosos, per vacances.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 47 del Reglament d&amp;apos;organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que des del dia 13 fins al 20 d&amp;apos;agost de 2026, ambdós inclosos, em substitueixi en totes les meves funcions, la primera tinent d&amp;apos;alcalde, Sra. Nieves Bonet Ribas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Així ho dispòs, que es notifiqui a la Sra. Nieves Bonet Ribas, que se&amp;apos;n doni compte en el proper ple a celebrar i es publiqui al BOIB sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat a partir del període abans esmentat.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
