    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que ha transcorregut el termini de trenta dies d&amp;apos;exposició pública de l&amp;apos;acord d&amp;apos;aprovació inicial del reglament del l Consell d&amp;apos;infància i adolescència de Muro, l&amp;apos;acord fins a les hores provisional ha esdevingut definitiu en virtut de la presumpció establerta a l&amp;apos;article 49 c) in fine de la Llei 7/85, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local (LRBRL), i a l&amp;apos;article 102 d) de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de els Illes Balears (LMRLIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En compliment d&amp;apos;allò que disposa l&amp;apos;article 70.2 de la LRBRL i 103 LMRLIB es publica a continuació el text íntegre del reglament aprovat en el ben entès que aquesta entrarà en vigor quan s&amp;apos;hagi produït la dita publicació i hagi transcorregut el termini previst en l&amp;apos;article 65.2 de la LRBRL i 113 de la LMRLIB &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;REGLAMENT DEL CONSELL MUNICIPAL DE LA INFÀNCIA I L&amp;apos;ADOLESCÈNCIA DEL MUNICIPI DE MURO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La creació del Consell d&amp;apos;Infants i Adolescents neix de l&amp;apos;interès de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Muro de proveir un espai de representació infantil i juvenil permanent que permeti introduir la mirada de l&amp;apos;infant i l&amp;apos;adolescent en la política local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;objectiu és incorporar-los en la vida pública a través de la seva perspectiva, coneixent què pensen i descobrint allò que els inquieta. Volem que els infants i adolescents de Muro desenvolupin diferents habilitats com la comunicació, l&amp;apos;empatia, l&amp;apos;esperit crític, la tolerància a les opinions que no són iguals, el respecte, la capacitat de participació i actuació a la realitat més propera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El dret a la participació dels infants conforma un dels quatre principis fonamentals de la Convenció sobre els Drets dels infants, consensuada per l&amp;apos;Assemblea General de les Nacions Unides l&amp;apos;any 1989. L&amp;apos;aprovació d&amp;apos;aquesta convenció suposà l&amp;apos;inici d&amp;apos;un nou període per a la infància, que deixa de ser considerada únicament com a subjecte de protecció i beneficència, per passar a ser reconegut el seu protagonisme social i els seus drets de ciutadania. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El govern espanyol la va ratificar l&amp;apos;any 1990. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segons l&amp;apos;article 12 de la Convenció, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1) Els nins i nines tenen el dret d&amp;apos;expressar lliurement les seves opinions sobres els assumptes que els hi afectin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2) Els nins i nines tenen dret a que aquestes opinions es tinguin en compte en funció de l&amp;apos;edat i la maduresa dels infants que l&amp;apos;expressin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Més concretament, a la Convenció els drets de participació són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- El dret d&amp;apos;opinió (article 12)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La llibertat d&amp;apos;expressió (article 13)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La llibertat de pensament, de consciència i de religió (article 14)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La llibertat d&amp;apos;associació (article 15)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La protecció de la vida privada (article 16)- El dret a una informació adequada (article 17) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquests drets requereixen el coneixement i respecte per part de la família, l&amp;apos;escola, els poders públics, dels mateixos infants i, en general, de tota la societat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La promoció d&amp;apos;aquests drets es durà a terme a partir de la participació i implicació en el Consell dels Infants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per fomentar els valors del Consell d&amp;apos;Infants i Adolescents s&amp;apos;ha de tenir en compte la Llei 9/2019, de 19 de febrer, d&amp;apos;atenció i drets de la infància i l&amp;apos;adolescència de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 26, 28 febrer 2019) que té com a finalitat garantir el ple desenvolupament, autonomia personal i la integració familiar i social dels menors. Aquesta llei s&amp;apos;aplica a tots els infants i adolescents que resideixin o es trobin a les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTOL I. &lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;DISPOSICIONS GENERALS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 1 - Definició i naturalesa &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consell d&amp;apos;Infants i Adolescents és un òrgan de participació política infantil, amb conseqüències i efectes educatius, que garanteix el dret de l&amp;apos;infant a ser escoltat i tingut en compte en els afers de la vida social i comunitària del seu entorn proper. Permet que els nins i les nines del poble puguin articular a partir d&amp;apos;una reflexió prèvia totes les idees i inquietuds que tinguin sobre el municipi. Amb el Consell ells i elles prenen la paraula, expressen les seves necessitats, fan propostes interessants pel municipi i s&amp;apos;estableix un compromís per part de les persones adultes d&amp;apos;escotar-los i tenir-los en compte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consell d&amp;apos;Infants i Adolescents municipal és un òrgan consultiu i de participació promogut per l&amp;apos;ajuntament, format per infants i adolescents d&amp;apos;entre 10 i 16 anys del municipi. Té com a objectiu facilitar que els i les joves puguin expressar les seves opinions, inquietuds i propostes sobre temes que els afecten, i participar activament en la vida pública local. Aquest espai permet el diàleg directe amb els i les representants municipals i contribueix a la presa de decisions més inclusiva i adaptada a les necessitats del col·lectiu juvenil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2 – Objectius &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els objectius del Consell d&amp;apos;Infants i Adolescents són els següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Representar els interessos i els punts de vista dels infants i adolescents de Muro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Fomentar la participació democràtica dels infants i adolescents en la construcció del seu municipi. Aconseguir que tinguin la possibilitat de manifestar i proposar com volen que sigui el seu poble. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Fer possible que es canalitzin demandes a les regidories corresponents sobre qüestions que afecten a l&amp;apos;entorn dels infants i adolescents per millorar les seves condicions de vida i fer un poble també a la mida d&amp;apos;ells i elles. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Donar a conèixer i promocionar els drets de la infància i adolescència i sensibilitzar als adults respecte la seva capacitat d&amp;apos;incidir en els assumptes de la seva realitat més pròxima. Que se&amp;apos;ls valori i prengui en consideració. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Fomentar la participació, educar en la democràcia, en els valors en què es fonamenta i en les actituds i pràctiques amb què es construeix dia a dia, tot potenciant les competències dels infants i adolescents a l&amp;apos;hora de pensar i argumentar, desenvolupar l&amp;apos;esperit crític, assolir responsabilitat amb els afers col·lectius, capacitat de compromís i exercir el rol de representant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f) Fomentar que els infants i adolescents coneguin el poble, participin en la seva construcció, hi gaudeixin i es converteixin en ciutadans actius. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) Facilitar als centres educatius l&amp;apos;aprenentatge dels mecanismes de representació i participació democràtica promovent un escenari participatiu alhora que educatiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3 – Funcions &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Compleix una triple funció: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Per una part, permet garantir un espai participatiu permanent on els infants poden exercir els seus drets civils com a ciutadans, expressant la seva opinió, inquietuds, necessitats i expectatives. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. Per una altra, fa la funció “d&amp;apos;observatori de la ciutat” ja que a partir de la mirada de l&amp;apos;infant, es detecten aspectes millorables del municipi que beneficien al conjunt de la comunitat i fan que el municipi sigui més amable i acollidor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c. En últim lloc, és un espai d&amp;apos;exercici i formació de la ciutadania al tenir una funció educativa y pedagògica remarcable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTOL II . &lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;COMPOSICIÓ, ELECCIÓ DELS SEUS REPRESENTANTS I RESPONSABILITAT &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- CEIP Guillem Ballester i Cerdó (de 4r a 6è de Primària)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Els i les representants del Consell seran elegits mitjançant votació democràtica als centres educatius. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Es garantirà la igualtat de gènere. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consell d&amp;apos;Infants i Adolescents comptarà amb la presència de 2 tècniques dels serveis socials i representants polítics. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consell d&amp;apos;Infants tindrà a 18 conselleres i consellers. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els requisits per formar part d&amp;apos;aquest grup són: residir en el municipi, voluntarietat i comptar amb el consentiment de qui ostenti la pàtria potestat o la guarda i custòdia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La renovació es durà a terme cada curs escolar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Al Consell municipal infantil podran assistir les persones, associacions, entitats, un representant de cada grup polític municipal i personal tècnic municipal de les àrees afins que es consideri a cada moment segons els temes a tractar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5 - Responsabilitat del càrrec. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ser conseller/a implica compromís i implicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El conseller/a podrà ser donat de baixa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Si no es compromet amb la feina del Consell ni assisteix a les sessions. Aquests fets constitueixen una manca de respecte envers la resta i el Consell. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Mostra una actitud negativa en les sessions del Consell o en horari escolar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• En aquests dos casos, tant el dinamitzador/a com el/la tutor/a podrà demanar la baixa del/ de la conseller/a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consell d&amp;apos;Infants i d&amp;apos;Adolescents tindrà el següent funcionament: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ple del Consell d&amp;apos;Infants i d&amp;apos;Adolescents. Es reunirà almenys dues vegades a l&amp;apos;any. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per a la constitució del Ple hauran d&amp;apos;assistir tots els seus integrants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els integrants del ple són els infants i adolescents elegits consellers i conselleres, el Batle president del ple, regidories implicades i altres persones convidades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones adultes que participin, excepte la Presidència, tindran veu però no vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Reunions dels consellers/eres amb les Educadores Socials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les comissions de treball es realitzaran - com a mínim - de forma trimestral tot i que el Consell d&amp;apos;Infància i Adolescència pot sol·licitar - si ho requereix - realitzar sessions de feina extraordinàries per la urgència d&amp;apos;algunes necessitats o bé per a la preparació d&amp;apos;algun esdeveniment o acte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es realitzaran les sessions de treball a la Sala de Plens de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les comissions de treball també serviran per preparar les sessions de plenari, treballar certes necessitats o propostes que s&amp;apos;hagin acordat en les anteriors sessions de feina o de plenari, així com també preparar les consultes que es vulgui fer a la presidenta o membres de la comissió tècnica i política. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Des de la presidència també es poden fer encàrrecs o fer consultes al Consell d&amp;apos;Infància i Adolescència que es puguin tractar a les sessions de feina. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les decisions en el Consell es prendran per consens. En cas de desacord, es decidirà per votació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A cada centre educatiu dels infants i adolescents hi haurà una bústia de suggeriments. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La finalitat de la bústia és recollir opinions, propostes i qüestions que preocupin a la resta de nins, nines i adolescents de Muro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Seran els mateixos/es consellers/eres que s&amp;apos;encarregaran de buidar-la i dur-la a les sessions del consell d&amp;apos;Infants i d&amp;apos;adolescents per comentar les cartes i canalitzar-les als responsables municipals adequats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Al finalitzar les sessions de cada Consell de cada curs escolar, caldrà realitzar, per part dels membres del Consell, una memòria d&amp;apos;activitats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7 – Aprovació dels drets d&amp;apos;imatge com a membre del consell de participació &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Muro crea un document específic per tal que els consellers/es puguin aprovar la seva cessió dels drets d&amp;apos;imatge com a membre del Consell Local d&amp;apos;Infància i Adolescència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Al tractar-se d&amp;apos;un òrgan de participació local, les sessions de ple podran ser obertes a tota la ciutadania, tot i que només es podran fer captures d&amp;apos;imatge per part de les Educadores Socials o persones referents sempre i quan disposin de l&amp;apos;autorització dels consellers/es i de les seves famílies ja que tots els consellers i conselleres son menors d&amp;apos;edat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Així mateix, en cas que els mitjans de comunicació vulguin cobrir un acte o esdeveniment organitzat pel Consell Local d&amp;apos;Infància i Adolescència de Muro, els/les consellers/es han de donar el seu consentiment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
