&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ple de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx en sessió ordinària celebrada el 30 de juliol de 2026 ha adoptat el següent acord d'aprovació inicial la modificació puntual n.º 5/2026 de les Normes Subsidiàries d'Andratx (BOIB n.º 62, de 13 de mayo de 2023) en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar inicialment la modificació puntual n.º 5/2026 de les Normes Subsidiàries d'Andratx (BOIB n.º 62, de 13 de mayo de 2023), la documentació de data 14 de febrero 2026 es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;Sotmetre&lt;/strong&gt; l'expedient a tràmit d'informació pública durant un termini de 30 dies mitjançant la publicació en el BOIB i en la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx. La publicació de l'anunci d'informació pública en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears ha de fer constar de manera clara el localitzador uniforme de recursos de la seu electrònica per a accedir a la documentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;Sol·licitar&lt;/strong&gt; informe a les administracions que consten en l'informe tècnic de data 17 d'abril de 2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
