&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El Ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Andratx en sessió ordinària celebrada el 30 de juliol de 2026 ha adoptat el següent acord d&amp;apos;aprovació inicial del PROJECTE D&amp;apos;EXPROPIACIÓ DE L&amp;apos;ACTUACIÓ NO SISTEMÀTICA ANS/2A DE LES NORMES SUBSIDIÀRIES DE PLANEJAMENT D&amp;apos;ANDRATX en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0.41cm; margin-top: 0.2cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar inicialment el PROJECTE D&amp;apos;EXPROPIACIÓ DE L&amp;apos;ACTUACIÓ NO SISTEMÀTICA ANS/2A&lt;strong&gt; DE LES NORMES SUBSIDIÀRIES &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DE PLANEJAMENT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; D&amp;apos;ANDRATX&lt;/strong&gt;, de data 9 de juliol de 2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0.41cm; margin-top: 0.2cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la resolució al &lt;strong&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB)&lt;/strong&gt;, concedint un termini d&amp;apos;exposició pública d&lt;strong&gt;&amp;apos;un mes&lt;/strong&gt; perquè les persones que puguin resultar interessades formulin les observacions i reclamacions que considerin convenients, especialment pel que fa a la titularitat o la valoració dels seus drets. Els anuncis d&amp;apos;aquest tràmit en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears hauran d&amp;apos;assenyalar oportunament l&amp;apos;adreça o el punt d&amp;apos;accés electrònic corresponent d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament, en la qual es pugui consultar íntegrament el contingut de l&amp;apos;expedient i del projecte d&amp;apos;expropiació aprovat inicialment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0.41cm; margin-top: 0.2cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.- Notificar&lt;/strong&gt; la resolució, així com les taxacions corresponents, individualment a les persones que apareguin com a titulars de béns o drets en l&amp;apos;expedient, mitjançant el trasllat literal del corresponent full d&amp;apos;apreuament i de la proposta de fixació dels criteris de valoració perquè, en el termini d&amp;apos;&lt;strong&gt;un mes&lt;/strong&gt;, comptador des de la data de notificació, puguin formular observacions i reclamacions relatives a la titularitat o a la valoració dels seus respectius drets. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
