&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La persona aspirant que superi el procés selectiu i sigui contractada com a personal laboral fix d&amp;apos;auxiliar administratiu/iva d&amp;apos;EMSA desenvoluparà les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball a l&amp;apos;Àrea Administrativa d&amp;apos;EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Funcions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· Realitzar tasques administratives de revisar, arxivar i gestionar la documentació general dels tràmits del departament/servei per mantenir una adequada informació i arxivament de documents (actes, expedients, permisos, contestacions, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· Recopilar informació de diferents eines amb l&amp;apos;objectiu d&amp;apos;estudiar les dades i generar els reports i/o redactar informes corresponents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· Atendre les diferents trucades telefòniques, correus electrònics o peticions presencials rebudes al servei, per donar solució de manera eficient a les sol·licituds plantejades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· Introduir, gestionar i actualitzar en l&amp;apos;aplicació corresponent, la informació necessària per a l&amp;apos;execució dels processos del departament/servei (resolució d&amp;apos;incidències, comunicats de treball, comandes, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· Executar les operacions en els temps establerts per complir amb les disposicions dels procediments, reglaments, ordenances o disposicions legals i assolir els objectius de qualitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGONA. CONDICIONS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per prendre part en aquestes proves selectives, les persones aspirants han de reunir, en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a)&lt;/strong&gt; Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o qualsevol altra que permeti l&amp;apos;accés a l&amp;apos;ocupació pública d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 57 del Text refós de la Llei de l&amp;apos;Estatut bàsic de l&amp;apos;empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b)&lt;/strong&gt; Haver complert setze anys i no haver arribat a l&amp;apos;edat de jubilació forçosa, ambdues referides al dia en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;c)&lt;/strong&gt; Estar en possessió del títol de Graduat en Educació Secundària Obligatòria (ESO), Graduat Escolar o titulació equivalent. En el cas de titulacions obtingudes a l&amp;apos;estranger, caldrà aportar la documentació acreditativa de la corresponent homologació oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;d)&lt;/strong&gt; No patir cap malaltia ni limitació física o psíquica que impedeixi l&amp;apos;exercici de les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball. És a dir, disposar de les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques necessàries per exercir les funcions d&amp;apos;auxiliar administratiu/iva de l&amp;apos;Àrea Administrativa d&amp;apos;EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;e)&lt;/strong&gt; No haver estat separat/ada, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de qualsevol administració pública o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se inhabilitat/ada, de manera absoluta o especial, per a l&amp;apos;exercici de funcions públiques per resolució judicial. En cas de tenir la nacionalitat d&amp;apos;un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat/ada ni en situació equivalent, ni haver estat sotmès/esa a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat, l&amp;apos;accés a l&amp;apos;ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;f)&lt;/strong&gt; No estar sotmès/esa a cap causa d&amp;apos;incapacitat o incompatibilitat de les previstes en la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;g)&lt;/strong&gt; Estar en possessió del certificat acreditatiu del nivell B2 de coneixements de llengua catalana expedit per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, l&amp;apos;Escola Balear d&amp;apos;Administració Pública o qualsevol altre organisme reconegut per la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;h)&lt;/strong&gt; Abans de la formalització del contracte com a personal laboral fix o, si escau, com a personal laboral temporal procedent de la borsa, les persones interessades hauran d&amp;apos;aportar la documentació acreditativa dels apartats &lt;strong&gt;c)&lt;/strong&gt; i &lt;strong&gt;g)&lt;/strong&gt; i manifestar que compleixen els requisits previstos als apartats &lt;strong&gt;d)&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;e)&lt;/strong&gt; i &lt;strong&gt;f)&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA. PRESENTACIÓ D&amp;apos;INSTÀNCIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds per participar en les proves selectives s&amp;apos;han de presentar d&amp;apos;acord amb el model oficial que figura com a &lt;strong&gt;Annex I&lt;/strong&gt; d&amp;apos;aquestes bases, al Registre d&amp;apos;EMSA o per qualsevol dels mitjans previstos a l&amp;apos;article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas de presentar la sol·licitud mitjançant la seu electrònica, en el camp &lt;strong&gt;SOL·LICITA&lt;/strong&gt; s&amp;apos;haurà d&amp;apos;indicar: &lt;strong&gt;«Cobertura com a personal laboral fix d&amp;apos;auxiliar administratiu/iva d&amp;apos;EMSA».&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quan la sol·licitud no es presenti al Registre d&amp;apos;EMSA ni a la seu electrònica, la persona interessada haurà de comunicar-ho abans que finalitzi el termini de presentació, mitjançant un correu electrònic a &lt;strong&gt;emsa@alcudia.net&lt;/strong&gt;, indicant com a assumpte: &lt;strong&gt;«Cobertura com a personal laboral fix d&amp;apos;auxiliar administratiu/iva d&amp;apos;EMSA» &lt;/strong&gt;i adjuntant el justificant acreditatiu de la presentació dins termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El model de sol·licitud inclou una &lt;strong&gt;declaració responsable&lt;/strong&gt; conforme es reuneixen tots els requisits exigits a la base segona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;També incorpora un &lt;strong&gt;full d&amp;apos;autobaremació de mèrits&lt;/strong&gt;, en el qual les persones aspirants han d&amp;apos;al·legar els mèrits que posseeixen d&amp;apos;acord amb el que estableix la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta autobaremació té igualment la consideració de declaració responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els mèrits al·legats s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;acreditar documentalment mitjançant còpia presentada juntament amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La persona proposada per a la contractació haurà d&amp;apos;aportar els documents originals per a la seva comprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cap cas es valoraran mèrits que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· no constin a l&amp;apos;autobaremació; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· s&amp;apos;hagin obtingut amb posterioritat a la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El tribunal qualificador o els òrgans competents d&amp;apos;EMSA podran requerir, en qualsevol moment del procés, l&amp;apos;acreditació de la veracitat de les declaracions efectuades o de la documentació presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de &lt;strong&gt;deu (10) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria al &lt;strong&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La convocatòria es publicarà al BOIB i al web d&amp;apos;EMSA. Els anuncis successius únicament al web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Amb la presentació de la sol·licitud, la persona aspirant autoritza el tractament de les dades personals necessàries per gestionar aquesta convocatòria i la resta de tràmits del procés selectiu, d&amp;apos;acord amb la normativa vigent en matèria de protecció de dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants quedaran vinculades a les dades consignades en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i el telèfon indicats es consideraran vàlids a efectes de notificacions, i serà responsabilitat exclusiva de la persona interessada tant els errors en la seva consignació com la manca de comunicació de qualsevol modificació durant el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUARTA. ADMISSIÓ D&amp;apos;ASPIRANTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la Presidència dictarà resolució aprovant la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, que es publicarà a la pàgina web d&amp;apos;EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S&amp;apos;atorgarà un termini de &lt;strong&gt;cinc (5) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; perquè les persones interessades puguin presentar les al·legacions que considerin oportunes i, si escau, esmenin els defectes observats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones que no esmenin els defectes dins aquest termini quedaran definitivament excloses del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es consideren causes d&amp;apos;exclusió no esmenables imputables a la persona aspirant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· Presentar la sol·licitud fora de termini. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· No complir qualsevol dels requisits de participació el darrer dia del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· Qualsevol altra causa derivada de la normativa aplicable o del que disposen aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Amb la finalitat d&amp;apos;evitar errors i, si escau, permetre la seva esmena dins termini, les persones interessades hauran de comprovar no només que no figuren a la relació de persones excloses, sinó també que consten a la relació de persones admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les reclamacions presentades seran resoltes mitjançant resolució de la Presidència, per la qual s&amp;apos;aprovarà la relació definitiva de persones admeses i excloses, que es publicarà de la mateixa manera que la provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas que no es presentin reclamacions, la llista provisional s&amp;apos;entendrà elevada automàticament a definitiva, sense necessitat d&amp;apos;una nova resolució ni publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els errors materials o de fet podran esmenar-se en qualsevol moment, d&amp;apos;ofici o a instància de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vegada aprovada la relació definitiva de persones admeses i excloses, la Presidència determinarà la data, el lloc i l&amp;apos;hora de celebració del primer exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants hauran de presentar-s&amp;apos;hi proveïdes del document nacional d&amp;apos;identitat o document identificatiu equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta informació es publicarà a la pàgina web d&amp;apos;EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El fet de figurar en la relació de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement que es compleixen tots els requisits exigits per participar en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUENA. TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El tribunal qualificador estarà integrat per &lt;strong&gt;tres membres&lt;/strong&gt;: una presidència, una secretaria amb veu i vot i una vocalia, amb els corresponents suplents. No obstant això, en funció del nombre de sol·licituds presentades, es podrà ampliar el nombre de membres fins a un màxim de &lt;strong&gt;cinc &lt;/strong&gt;mitjançant resolució de la Presidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El tribunal qualificador queda facultat per resoldre tots els dubtes que puguin sorgir en l&amp;apos;aplicació d&amp;apos;aquestes bases i adoptar els acords necessaris per garantir el bon desenvolupament de la convocatòria en tot allò que no hi estigui expressament previst.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El tribunal no es podrà constituir ni actuar sense l&amp;apos;assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, siguin titulars o suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els membres del tribunal s&amp;apos;hauran d&amp;apos;abstenir d&amp;apos;intervenir quan concorrin les circumstàncies previstes a l&amp;apos;article 23 de la &lt;strong&gt;Llei 40/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic&lt;/strong&gt;, i ho hauran de comunicar a l&amp;apos;autoritat competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Comitè d&amp;apos;Empresa d&amp;apos;EMSA podrà designar una persona representant sindical perquè vetlli pel correcte desenvolupament del procediment selectiu, amb veu però sense vot, actuant &lt;strong&gt;com a observador&lt;/strong&gt; i no forma part del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas que sigui necessari establir torns per a la realització dels exercicis, l&amp;apos;ordre d&amp;apos;actuació de les persones aspirants es determinarà mitjançant &lt;strong&gt;sorteig públic&lt;/strong&gt; i es comunicarà mitjançant la publicació corresponent a la pàgina web d&amp;apos;EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETENA. FASE D&amp;apos;OPOSICIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El procediment selectiu constarà d&amp;apos;una &lt;strong&gt;fase d&amp;apos;oposició&lt;/strong&gt; i d&amp;apos;una &lt;strong&gt;fase de concurs&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La fase d&amp;apos;oposició tindrà una puntuació màxima de &lt;strong&gt;70 punts&lt;/strong&gt; i serà de caràcter &lt;strong&gt;eliminatori&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants seran convocades mitjançant &lt;strong&gt;crida única&lt;/strong&gt;, que es publicarà a la pàgina web d&amp;apos;EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La no compareixença comportarà l&amp;apos;exclusió del procés selectiu, llevat dels casos de força major degudament acreditats i apreciats pel tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La fase d&amp;apos;oposició consistirà en la realització del següent exercici:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exercici únic. Qüestionari tipus test&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Consistirà a respondre per escrit un qüestionari tipus test compost per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;50 preguntes ordinàries.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;5 preguntes de reserva.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cada pregunta tindrà &lt;strong&gt;quatre respostes alternatives&lt;/strong&gt;, de les quals només &lt;strong&gt;una serà correcta&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les preguntes estaran relacionades amb el temari que figura com a &lt;strong&gt;Annex III&lt;/strong&gt; d&amp;apos;aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les respostes s&amp;apos;hauran de marcar al full de respostes facilitat pel tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas que el tribunal acordi anul·lar alguna pregunta, aquesta serà substituïda per la corresponent pregunta de reserva, seguint l&amp;apos;ordre establert en el qüestionari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si, una vegada aplicades totes les preguntes de reserva, fos necessari anul·lar alguna pregunta addicional, la puntuació de l&amp;apos;exercici s&amp;apos;ajustarà proporcionalment per tal de mantenir una puntuació màxima de &lt;strong&gt;70 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El temps màxim per realitzar l&amp;apos;exercici serà de &lt;strong&gt;70 minuts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El qüestionari es redactarà íntegrament &lt;strong&gt;en llengua catalana&lt;/strong&gt;, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposa el Reglament per a l&amp;apos;ús de la llengua catalana de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Alcúdia i la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITENA. QUALIFICACIÓ DE L&amp;apos;EXERCICI &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La correcció de l&amp;apos;exercici es durà a terme garantint en tot moment l&amp;apos;&lt;strong&gt;anonimat&lt;/strong&gt; de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;exercici es qualificarà amb una puntuació màxima de: &lt;strong&gt;70 punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants que no obtinguin una puntuació mínima de: &lt;strong&gt;35 punts &lt;/strong&gt;quedaran eliminades del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El criteri de correcció serà el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· Cada resposta correcta es puntuarà amb &lt;strong&gt;1,40 punts&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· Cada resposta incorrecta comportarà una penalització equivalent a una quarta part del valor de la resposta correcta: &lt;strong&gt;−0,35 punts per resposta incorrecta.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La puntuació final de l&amp;apos;exercici serà la resultant de l&amp;apos;aplicació d&amp;apos;aquests criteris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si el tribunal acorda anul·lar un nombre de preguntes superior al de les preguntes de reserva previstes, el valor de cadascuna de les preguntes vàlides s&amp;apos;ajustarà proporcionalment per mantenir la puntuació màxima de &lt;strong&gt;70 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA. PUBLICACIÓ DE LES QUALIFICACIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat l&amp;apos;exercici, el tribunal publicarà a la pàgina web d&amp;apos;EMSA la relació de persones aspirants que hagin superat la puntuació mínima exigida, amb indicació de la qualificació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran d&amp;apos;un termini de &lt;strong&gt;tres (3) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació de les qualificacions, per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· formular les reclamacions que considerin oportunes, o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La fase de concurs tindrà una puntuació màxima de &lt;strong&gt;30 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els mèrits s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;acreditar i valorar sempre amb referència a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds per participar en aquest procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· &lt;strong&gt;Serveis prestats a l&amp;apos;Administració pública&lt;/strong&gt;, als seus organismes autònoms i a les empreses que en depenguin, com a personal funcionari o laboral, en la categoria d&amp;apos;auxiliar administratiu/iva o en una categoria i funcions equivalents a les de la plaça objecte de la convocatòria: &lt;strong&gt;0,20 punts per cada mes complet treballat a jornada completa.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquest apartat es valorarà amb un màxim de&lt;strong&gt; 18 punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Correspon al tribunal apreciar la relació directa entre l&amp;apos;acció formativa i les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els certificats d&amp;apos;aprofitament ja inclouen l&amp;apos;assistència, per la qual cosa ambdues valoracions no són acumulables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quan no s&amp;apos;especifiqui el tipus de crèdit, s&amp;apos;entendrà que correspon al sistema universitari anterior (LRU/CFC), i es valorarà a raó de &lt;strong&gt;10 hores per crèdit&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No es valoraran com a mèrit els estudis que constitueixin el requisit necessari per accedir a una titulació superior que també sigui objecte de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A aquests efectes, es considerarà requisit previ la titulació que permeti obtenir-ne una altra o que quedi absorbida per una titulació superior valorada com a mèrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acreditació dels mèrits&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els mèrits s&amp;apos;acreditaran documentalment mitjançant una còpia del títol o certificat corresponent expedit pel centre o institució oficialment reconeguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Un mateix mèrit només es podrà valorar en l&amp;apos;apartat en què proporcioni una puntuació superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La valoració d&amp;apos;una titulació superior implica que no es valoraran les titulacions inferiors necessàries per obtenir-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El tribunal podrà requerir, en qualsevol moment, els aclariments o la documentació complementària que consideri necessaris amb l&amp;apos;única finalitat de comprovar la veracitat dels mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ONZENA. QUALIFICACIÓ DE LA FASE DE CONCURS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La qualificació definitiva de la fase de concurs serà la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes per cada persona aspirant en cadascun dels apartats del barem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La puntuació màxima d&amp;apos;aquesta fase serà de: &lt;strong&gt;30 punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El tribunal publicarà a la pàgina web d&amp;apos;EMSA la valoració provisional dels mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran d&amp;apos;un termini de &lt;strong&gt;tres (3) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; per formular les al·legacions que considerin oportunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat aquest termini i resoltes les reclamacions, la puntuació esdevindrà definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La puntuació final del procés selectiu serà la suma de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La puntuació màxima total serà de: &lt;strong&gt;100 punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El tribunal publicarà la relació definitiva de persones aspirants ordenada de major a menor puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criteris de desempat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas d&amp;apos;empat, aquest es resoldrà aplicant successivament els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Major puntuació obtinguda en la fase d&amp;apos;oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Major puntuació obtinguda en l&amp;apos;apartat d&amp;apos;experiència professional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Major puntuació obtinguda en l&amp;apos;apartat de cursos de formació relacionats amb el lloc de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Sorteig públic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran d&amp;apos;un termini de &lt;strong&gt;tres (3) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; per presentar les al·legacions que considerin oportunes respecte de la qualificació final.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas que no se&amp;apos;n presentin, la qualificació s&amp;apos;entendrà definitivament aprovada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TRETZENA. ELABORACIÓ DEL BORSÍ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Finalitzat el procés selectiu, el tribunal qualificador elaborarà una relació de les persones aspirants que passaran a formar part de la &lt;strong&gt;borsa de treball de personal laboral d&amp;apos;auxiliar administratiu/iva d&amp;apos;EMSA&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La relació de persones aprovades i l&amp;apos;ordre de prelació es publicaran a la pàgina web d&amp;apos;EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;ordre de prelació es determinarà d&amp;apos;acord amb la puntuació obtinguda en la qualificació final del concurs oposició, ordenada de major a menor puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cas d&amp;apos;empat en la puntuació final, s&amp;apos;aplicaran els criteris de desempat establerts a la base dotzena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quan es produeixi alguna de les situacions previstes a l&amp;apos;Estatut dels treballadors que justifiqui la contractació de personal laboral temporal, s&amp;apos;oferirà el lloc de treball a la persona que correspongui segons l&amp;apos;ordre de prelació de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta comunicació es farà mitjançant correu electrònic o telefonada, d&amp;apos;acord amb les dades facilitades per la persona aspirant en la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La persona interessada haurà de manifestar la seva acceptació de l&amp;apos;oferta en el termini d&amp;apos;&lt;strong&gt;un (1) dia hàbil&lt;/strong&gt; comptador des de la comunicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La manca de resposta dins aquest termini tindrà la consideració de &lt;strong&gt;renúncia tàcita&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si, transcorregudes &lt;strong&gt;vint-i-quatre (24) hores&lt;/strong&gt; des del primer intent de comunicació, aquesta no ha estat possible, es contactarà amb la persona següent de la borsa, sense que això impliqui l&amp;apos;exclusió ni la pèrdua del lloc que ocupa la persona inicial dins l&amp;apos;ordre de prelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones que renunciïn, expressament o tàcitament, passaran a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa, llevat que, dins el termini de &lt;strong&gt;dos (2) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; des de la comunicació de l&amp;apos;oferta, acreditin documentalment alguna de les circumstàncies següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· trobar-se en situació d&amp;apos;embaràs, maternitat, paternitat, adopció o acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, inclòs el període en què sigui procedent una excedència per cura de fills o filles; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· prestar serveis com a personal laboral a EMSA o en qualsevol altra administració pública, organisme autònom o empresa pública; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· prestar serveis per compte d&amp;apos;altri o per compte propi en una empresa privada o estar d&amp;apos;alta com a treballador/a autònom/a; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· trobar-se en situació d&amp;apos;incapacitat temporal; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· qualsevol altra causa de força major degudament justificada i apreciada per la Presidència o la Gerència o pels serveis jurídics municipals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones que acreditin qualsevol d&amp;apos;aquestes circumstàncies romandran en situació de &lt;strong&gt;no disponibles&lt;/strong&gt;, però conservaran el lloc que ocupen dins la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si la justificació no es presenta dins el termini de &lt;strong&gt;tres (3) dies naturals&lt;/strong&gt;, la persona passarà automàticament al darrer lloc de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones declarades no disponibles hauran de comunicar i acreditar la finalització de la causa que va motivar aquesta situació en el termini de &lt;strong&gt;deu (10) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt; des que es produeixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si la persona a qui s&amp;apos;ofereix una vacant hi renuncia, expressament o tàcitament, o no s&amp;apos;incorpora en el termini indicat per EMSA, l&amp;apos;oferta es farà a la persona següent segons l&amp;apos;ordre de prelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Abans de formalitzar la contractació, la persona seleccionada haurà d&amp;apos;acreditar documentalment els requisits exigits a la base segona i aportar els originals dels mèrits al·legats perquè puguin ser comprovats i compulsats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La persona que ocupi una plaça d&amp;apos;auxiliar administratiu/iva procedent d&amp;apos;aquesta borsa i hi renunciï voluntàriament quedarà exclosa de la borsa, llevat dels supòsits de força major degudament justificats i apreciats pel tribunal o pels serveis jurídics d&amp;apos;EMSA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La persona que cessi en una plaça obtinguda a través d&amp;apos;aquesta borsa es reincorporarà al lloc que li correspongui segons la puntuació obtinguda en la seva constitució, sempre que la borsa continuï vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quan es reincorpori la persona titular d&amp;apos;una plaça d&amp;apos;auxiliar administratiu/iva i no existeixi cap altra vacant disponible, es procedirà de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· En primer lloc, cessarà una de les persones contractades temporalment en virtut d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria, seguint l&amp;apos;ordre de prelació establert. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· Si es produeixen noves reincorporacions, es continuarà aplicant el mateix criteri successivament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;· Una vegada hagin cessat totes les persones contractades temporalment procedents d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria, cessaran les procedents de la convocatòria immediatament anterior, i així successivament, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;ordre de prelació establert en cadascuna de les borses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta borsa romandrà vigent fins que se&amp;apos;n constitueixi una de nova per a la mateixa categoria professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La borsa derivada d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria tindrà caràcter preferent respecte de les anteriors i serà considerada la &lt;strong&gt;borsa activa&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Només una vegada exhaurida aquesta borsa es podrà reactivar la borsa anterior mentre es tramita un nou procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En tot allò que no prevegin aquestes bases serà aplicable la normativa vigent de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CATORZENA. INCIDÈNCIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El tribunal queda facultat per resoldre tots els dubtes que es puguin plantejar durant el desenvolupament del procés selectiu i per adoptar els acords necessaris per garantir-ne el correcte desenvolupament en tot allò que no estigui previst en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINZENA. TERMINI D&amp;apos;IMPUGNACIÓ. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquestes bases es podrà interposar el recurs que correspongui en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, comptador des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETZENA.- PROTECCIÓ DE DADES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les dades personals facilitades durant el procés selectiu seran tractades exclusivament per a la gestió i el desenvolupament de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El tractament de les dades es durà a terme d&amp;apos;acord amb la normativa vigent en matèria de protecció de dades personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
