    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Ple del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa, en sessió ordinària de dia 31 de juliol de 2026, ha aprovat una proposta presentada per la Presidència del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa en relació amb l&amp;apos;aprovació inicial de modificació de crèdits del Pressupost en vigor, en la modalitat de crèdit extraordinari pel finançament de despeses que no es poden demorar fins a l&amp;apos;exercici següent, i per a les quals no existeix crèdit al pressupost del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa, que conté els següents acords:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

APROVAR INICIALMENT LA MODIFICACIÓ NUMERO 20/2026 CE COOPERACIÓ MUNICIPAL &lt;/strong&gt;del pressupost per a l&amp;apos;exercici 2026 d&amp;apos;aquest Consell Insular, mitjançant la modalitat de crèdit extraordinari pel finançament de despeses que no es poden demorar fins a l&amp;apos;exercici següent, per a les quals no existeix crèdit al pressupost del Consell o no hi ha crèdit suficient, segons consten a les memòries subscrites pels departaments i la incoació del president del Consell Insular d&amp;apos;Eivissa que consta a l&amp;apos;expedient de myTao referència &lt;strong&gt;2026/00014617G &lt;/strong&gt;amb càrrec al romanent de Tresoreria per a despeses generals per al finançament del crèdit extraordinari següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
