&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveuen els articles 17.3.b) i 20.8.a) de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publica l&amp;apos;extracte de la convocatòria de subvencions per a comunitats balears a l&amp;apos;exterior per al 2026. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entitats beneficiàries&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Poden ser beneficiaris de les subvencions que preveu aquesta convocatòria les associacions o els centres socials legalment reconeguts, sense finalitat de lucre i amb personalitat jurídica pròpia al territori on es trobin assentats i constituïts com a comunitats balears a l&amp;apos;exterior, que compleixin els requisits que estableix l&amp;apos;apartat 4.2 de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria és determinar les subvencions per a les comunitats balears establertes fora del territori de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears per al 2026, per tal que puguin dur a terme les seves finalitats de manteniment dels lligams amb les Illes Balears i amb la seva història, cultura i llengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;objecte de les ajudes és dur a terme activitats de promoció social, econòmica i cultural de les Illes Balears. Així mateix, es poden subvencionar les activitats o inversions que, pel seu marcat caràcter social, requereixin una atenció especial de les institucions. Concretament, són actuacions subvencionables: a) Funcionament, manteniment i millora de les seus; b) Les activitats de promoció i difusió de les Illes Balears, la seva cultura i la seva llengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Bases reguladores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix pel Decret 103/1998, de 20 de novembre, pel qual es regulen les ajudes públiques en favor de les comunitats balears assentades fora de les Illes i de les entitats associatives per al foment de la participació ciutadana (BOCAIB núm. 150, de 24 de novembre), modificat pel Decret 248/1999 (BOCAIB núm. 151, de 4 de desembre), pel Decret 73/2001 (BOIB núm. 67, de 5 de juny) i pel Decret 9/2004 (BOIB núm. 17, de 2 de febrer).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Quantia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;import màxim que es destina a la convocatòria és de 210.500 € (dos-cents deu mil cinc-cents euros) amb càrrec a les partides pressupostàries corresponents dels pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l&amp;apos;any 2025, prorrogats per a l&amp;apos;any 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La determinació de l&amp;apos;import de la subvenció s&amp;apos;estableix en l&amp;apos;apartat 10 de la convocatòria d&amp;apos;acord amb els criteris prevists en l&amp;apos;apartat 12.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds de les ajudes es poden presentar en qualsevol moment a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i fins al 30 de setembre de 2026. En el cas que s&amp;apos;exhaureixi el crèdit destinat a la convocatòria, s&amp;apos;ha de publicar, també en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, una resolució d&amp;apos;ampliació del crèdit destinat a la convocatòria o de suspensió de la concessió de noves ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els models per presentar la sol·licitud estan disponibles a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Relacions Institucionals i de Relacions amb el Parlament de la Conselleria de Presidència, Coordinació de l&amp;apos;Acció de Govern i Cooperació Local i a la seu electrònica d&amp;apos;aquesta Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
