&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En data 15 de juliol de 2026, la directora general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats va dictar la Resolució per la qual es declaren aptes en la fase de pràctiques els aspirants seleccionats en les proves selectives d'ingrés als cossos de professors d'ensenyament secundari, de mestres i de professors especialistes en sectors singulars de formació professional a les Illes Balears convocades per la Resolució del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats de 26 de març de 2024 (BOIB núm. 91, de 21 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Posteriorment a la publicació de la Resolució de 15 de juliol de 2026 s'ha advertit una errada de transcripció a l'annex de la Resolució esmentada, referent a l'illa per la qual va ser seleccionat un dels aspirants, que es procedeix a corregir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, estableix que les administracions públiques poden rectificar, en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. L'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears determina que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que hagi dictat l'acte o la disposició; com també, que la rectificació d'errors ha d'especificar, si n'és el cas, els efectes jurídics que se'n deriven, i s'ha de notificar o publicar preceptivament quan faci referència a actes que hagin estat notificats o publicats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
