L'11 de setembre de 2021, en el BOIB núm.125, es va publicar la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a la realització d'instal·lacions d'autoconsum amb fonts d'energia renovable<strong> </strong>, amb o sense emmagatzematge, i la incorporació d'emmagatzematge en instal·lacions d'autoconsum amb fonts d'energia ja existents, en el sector residencial, les administracions públiques i el tercer sector, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu,<strong> </strong>mitjançant la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021, modificada per la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 19 d'octubre de 2022 (BOIB núm.137, de 22 d'octubre de 2022).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">2. L'1 de juny de 2026</span> <span style="background-color:#ffffff">es va emetre una Resolució del conseller d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia per la qual es revoquen les subvencions per a la realització d'instal·lacions d'autoconsum amb fonts d'energia renovable, amb o sense emmagatzematge, en el sector serveis i altres sectors productius de l'economia; i per a la incorporació d'emmagatzematge en instal·lacions d'autoconsum, amb fonts d'energia renovable, ja existents en el sector serveis i altres sectors productius, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu (Programes 1,2 i 3</span> <span style="background-color:#ffffff">(BOIB núm. 71, de 6 de juny de 2026)</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Amb posterioritat, s'han detectat errors materials en l'annex de la Resolució esmentada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. L'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que ha dictat l'acte o la disposició. Així mateix, la rectificació d'errors ha d'especificar, si escau, els efectes jurídics que se'n deriven i s'ha de notificar o publicar preceptivament quan faci referència a actes que han estat notificats o publicats.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.
