    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vistes les propostes formulades pels tribunals qualificadors de les proves selectives, pel torn lliure, per a l&amp;apos;ingrés a diferents cossos i escales de personal tècnic, de gestió i d&amp;apos;administració i serveis&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;de la Universitat de les Illes Balears, convocades per la Resolució del dia 26 de novembre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 156, de 30 de novembre), i una vegada verificat que els aspirants compleixen els requisits exigits a les bases de la convocatòria, aquest Rectorat, fent ús de les atribucions que té conferides d&amp;apos;acord amb la Llei orgànica 2/2023, de 22 de març, del sistema universitari, i els Estatuts de la Universitat de les Illes Balears, aprovats pel Decret 64/2010, de 24 de maig, i de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 35 del Decret 27/1994, d&amp;apos;11 de març, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Reglament d&amp;apos;ingrés del personal al servei de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i amb la base tretzena de la convocatòria, ha resolt:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;. Nomenar funcionaris de carrera els aspirants que han superat les proves selectives, pel torn lliure, per a l&amp;apos;ingrés a diferents cossos i escales de personal tècnic, de gestió i d&amp;apos;administració i serveis&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;de la Universitat de les Illes Balears que s&amp;apos;indiquen a l&amp;apos;annex d&amp;apos;aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;. La presa de possessió s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;efectuar en el termini de tres dies, comptadors a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la data de publicació d&amp;apos;aquesta resolució al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;. De conformitat amb el que estableix l&amp;apos;article 13 del Reial decret 598/1985, de 30 d&amp;apos;abril, d&amp;apos;incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques, el personal objecte d&amp;apos;aquest nomenament, per a la presa de possessió, ha de formular la declaració a la qual es refereix el primer dels preceptes que s&amp;apos;hi esmenten, o l&amp;apos;opció o la sol·licitud de compatibilitat previstes a l&amp;apos;article 10 de la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;. La qual cosa, en compliment de l&amp;apos;article 40 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (LPACAP), us notific amb l&amp;apos;advertència que la resolució exhaureix la via administrativa, de conformitat amb el que estableix l&amp;apos;article 6.4 de la Llei orgànica 2/2023, de 22 de març, del sistema universitari. Contra aquesta resolució podeu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la data de notificació, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposa l&amp;apos;article 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, o, potestativament i amb caràcter previ, recurs administratiu de reposició davant el rector en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes (articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015 esmentada). Tot això, sens perjudici d&amp;apos;emprar qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
