    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde, mitjançant el Decret núm 3080/2026, de 21 de juliol de 2026, ha adoptat la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcorregut el termini de presentació d'instàncies de sol·licitud d'admissió per a formar part del procediment selectiu, per torn lliure, per a la selecció d'una plaça d'ENGINYER/A INDUSTRIAL, personal funcionari de carrera, pel sistema de concurs oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb les bases aprovades juntament amb la convocatòria per la Junta de Govern Local de 4 de juny de 2026, publicades en el BOIB núm. 72, de 9 de juny de 2026, i un extracte de la convocatòria en el BOE núm. 147, de 16 de juny de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Examinats els requisits i les condicions presentats a les seues sol·licituds per les persones interessades per a prendre part en el procés selectiu i en compliment amb el que s'estableix a la base tercera i quarta de les bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, de conformitat amb el que disposen els articles de 21.1.h) de la Llei 7/1985 de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local i 24.d) del Reial decret legislatiu 781/1986, de 18 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Transcorregut el termini atorgat, cas que no es presentin al·legacions a la llista provisional, aquesta s'elevarà a definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
