    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Regidor Delegat del negociat de Governació de l'Ajuntament de Sóller, mitjançant Decret de Batlia núm. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1913&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de dia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;juliol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;, ha acordat la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«Exp. núm. 8907.2026.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Declaració de vehicles abandonats com a residu sòlid urbà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès el disposat a la Llei 22/2011 de 28 de juliol de Residus, als art. 3b i 3f.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès el disposat a l'art. 12.5 de la mateixa normativa en relació amb les competències per a la gestió d'aquests residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que en data 23 de juny de 2026, per Decret de Batlia núm. 1738/2026, es va resoldre requerir la retirada dels vehicles abandonats a la via pública del dipòsit municipal als seus titulars, amb l'advertiment que si transcorreguts quinze dies des de la publicació de la present resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma, i des de la seva exposició durant dos diumenges consecutius, en el tauler d'anuncis d'aquest Ajuntament, no ha estat retirat serà tractat com a residu sòlid urbà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que en data 27 de juny de 2026 es va publicar l'esmentat anunci al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, i es va publicar al taulell d'anuncis de la Seu Electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament,i un cop transcorreguts els terminis legalment establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el decret de delegació de competències número 1341/2024, de 4 de juny de 2024,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
