    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En compliment del que disposa l'article 44 de la llei 39/2015, d'1 de octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques (B.O.E. n.º 236, de 2 de octubre) després d'haver-se intentat la notificació electrònica i també la notificació mitjançant servei de correu postal, &lt;strong&gt;resultant ambdues infructuoses&lt;/strong&gt;, es fa pública la notificació &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;itació per l'aixecament de les actes d'ocupació dels terrenys afectats per l'expropiació a la qual dona lloc l'execució el projecte d'obra «&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Renovació de les infraestructures hidràuliques d'aprofitament de l'Aqüífer de Sa Marineta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;», al terme municipal de Llubí, amb número d'expedient &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Exp.
