    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès la dimissió del Sr. Richard Thompson, donant coneixement al Ple en sessió extraordinària urgent celebrada el 16 de juny de 2026, i l'elecció com a batlessa a la Sra. Catalina Perelló Pascual en sessió extraordinària urgent del Ple de data 20 de juny de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En ús de les facultats que li confereixen els articles 21.3 i 23.4 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local, i de conformitat amb els articles 43, 44, 45 i 51 del Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals aprovat per Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.- &lt;/strong&gt;Revocar el Decret de Batlia núm. 127-2023, de 23 de juny, pel qual es delegaven les competències dels regidors per àrees genèriques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;.- Amb l'objecte d'agilitzar i aconseguir una major eficàcia en la gestió municipal, realitzar les següents delegacions genèriques:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/strong&gt; L'abast de les funcions d'aquesta delegació se circumscriuen a l'estudi i gestió en&amp;nbsp; relació amb els assumptes relacionats amb l'àmbit de la seva àrea, no incloent cap facultat resolutòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les atribucions delegades s' hauran d'exercir en els termes i dins dels límits d'aquesta delegació, no sent susceptibles de ser delegades pels seus titulars en un altre òrgan o regidor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.&lt;/strong&gt;- De conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 44 del Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals, aprovat per Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, aquestes delegacions tindran efecte des del dia següent a la data de notificació d'aquest Decret als Regidors afectats, i seran de caràcter indefinit, sense perjudici de la potestat d'advocació d'aquesta Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas d'absència, vacant, malaltia o qualsevol altre impediment dels Regidors delegats, aquesta Batlia assumirà, directament i automàticament, les competències delegades, com a titular de la competència originària, entenent-se a aquests efectes exercitada la potestat d'advocació en base a la present resolució, sense necessitat d'una nova resolució expressa en aquest sentit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè.&lt;/strong&gt;- Notificar personalment aquesta resolució als Regidors afectats, que es considerarà acceptada tàcitament, llevat de manifestació expressa; i remetre la Resolució de nomenament al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears per a la seva publicació, i publicar-lo igualment al Tauler d'Anuncis de la Corporació, tot ell sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat des del dia següent de la firma de la present resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setè&lt;/strong&gt;.- Donar compte d'aquesta resolució al Ple d'aquest Ajuntament en la primera sessió plenària que es celebri, de conformitat amb l'establert en l'article 42 del Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, per el qual s'aprova el Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
