    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per Decret d'Alcaldia núm. 2026-3703, de 8 de juliol de 2026, es va aprovar la següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Convocatòria de subvencions adreçada a les associacions de vesins del municipi de Sant Josep de sa Talaia per a la realització d'activitats i festes (anys 2024 i 2025)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Objecte, finalitat i àmbit d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1 La Regidoria de Participació Ciutadana de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia pretén impulsar les actuacions, iniciatives i projectes que organitzin les associacions de vesins sense ànim de lucre del municipi de Sant Josep de sa Talaia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'altra banda, també es té en compte que l'associacionisme és decisiu per a la defensa i creixement de la societat i la cultura pitiüses, i és necessari considerar l'acció dinamitzadora i la capacitat emprenedora d'aquest tipus d'associacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es cenyeix a les associacions del municipi de Sant Josep de sa Talaia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2. L'objectiu d'aquesta convocatòria és donar suport, mitjançant una subvenció econòmica, a associacions de vesins sense ànim de lucre del municipi de Sant Josep de sa Talaia per a la realització d'actuacions, iniciatives i projectes que s'hagin fet dins el període comprès dins els anys 2024 i 2025. Dins aquestes iniciatives, actuacions i projectes, entre altres, s'hi inclouen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Activitats i programes dirigits a la dinamització dels pobles, nuclis poblacionals o barris i al foment de la participació dels vesins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actuacions de suport, orientació, informació i assessorament als vesins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Projectes conjunts amb altres associacions o entitats ciutadanes del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Activitats formatives, cursos, seminaris, conferències, etc., dirigits i oberts als vesins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Activitats amb impacte popular (com poden ser, entre altres, els dinars de germanor).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Activitats de recuperació de valors culturals tradicionals pitiüsos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Organització d'activitats dins festes patronals, de Nadal, festivitats de barriada i festes populars celebrades dins els anys 2024 i 2025, al municipi de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Realització de tasques i despeses per al funcionament i manteniment de l'associació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.3. Les subvencions podran finançar despeses que s'hagin realitzat dins el període comprès entre l'1 de gener de 2024 i el 31 de desembre de 2025, tots dos inclosos, pels següents conceptes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Despeses que es derivin de les actuacions, les iniciatives i els projectes de les associacions de vesins sense ànim de lucre del municipi de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, incloses també aquelles derivades de l'organització de festes dins els anys 2024 i 2025. Es consideren despeses subvencionables, a l'efecte d'aquesta convocatòria, aquelles que, de manera indubtable, responguin a la naturalesa de l'activitat subvencionada, i que s'hagin realitzat en el termini establit entre l'1 de gener de 2024 i el 31 de desembre de 2025 i les establides a l'article 20 de l'Ordenança general de les bases reguladores de les subvencions que concedeix l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep, a l'empara de les previsions de l'article 31 de la LGS. En cap cas no seran subvencionables aquelles despeses en adquisició de productes de la venda dels quals s'hagi tret un rendiment econòmic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Despeses de manteniment i funcionament de l'associació (adquisició de material fungible, fotocòpies, quotes a les federacions, despeses bancàries i de gestoria, lloguer, telèfon, manteniment de webs, assegurances, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Règim jurídic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1. La present convocatòria es sotmet a la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, al Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, a l'Ordenança general de les bases reguladores de les subvencions que concedeix l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia (BOIB núm. 95, de 17 de juliol de 2021) i al Pla estratègic de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep per als exercicis 2024-2026 (BOIB núm. 36, de 14 de març de 2024). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2 Aquesta convocatòria s'exposarà en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament i es publicarà en el BOIB i a la BDNS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Consignació pressupostària i quantia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La quantia màxima de les subvencions que es podran concedir en aquesta convocatòria és de 50.000,00 €, amb càrrec a la partida 92448027, finançada amb fons propis de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Requisits generals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podran acollir-se a aquesta convocatòria les següents entitats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Associacions de vesins sense ànim de lucre que es trobin en situació legal, radicades i que tenguin l'àmbit d'actuació en el terme municipal de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, la funció de les quals sigui la realització de les actuacions, iniciatives i projectes especificats a la base 1.2, en el període comprès entre l'1 de gener de 2024 i el 31 de desembre de 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les entitats que s'acullin a aquesta convocatòria hauran de reunir els següents requisits per ser beneficiàries d'una subvenció: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Estar inscrites en el Registre Municipal d'Associacions de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia i en el Registre d'Associacions i Fundacions de la Conselleria de Presidència del Govern de les Illes Balears en la data de publicació d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Tenir els estatuts o reglaments inscrits en el Registre d'Associacions i Fundacions de la Conselleria de Presidència del Govern de les Illes Balears i adaptats a la llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Acreditar el compliment d'obligacions en matèria de reintegrament de subvencions que estableix l'article 25 del RLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Haurà de constar fefaentment en els estatuts que no tenen ànim de lucre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. No veure's afectades per cap de les prohibicions dels apartats 2 i 3 de l'article 13 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. Disposar de l'estructura i mitjans necessaris per dur a terme els projectes o programes objecte de la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g. Trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries, amb la Seguretat Social i amb el mateix Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Règim de les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.1. La concessió de la subvenció es durà a terme mitjançant el règim de concurrència competitiva. Només podran obtenir subvenció aquelles entitats que, reunint els requisits exigits, arribin al mínim de punts assenyalats a la base 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.2. Les ajudes no podran ser superiors al 80% de les despeses originades per l'activitat objecte d'aquesta convocatòria i, en cap cas, superiors al 80% de l'import sol·licitat. Tot això sens perjudici de les limitacions pressupostàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.3. Els ajuts objecte d'aquesta convocatòria són compatibles amb altres ajuts efectuats per qualsevol altra administració pública o institució privada. En cap cas la suma total dels ajuts percebuts no podrà ser superior al cost total de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.4. S'estableix com a únic mitjà de notificació de tots els actes (tant els de tràmit com els resolutoris o definitius) del present procediment, el tauler d'anuncis, el del web i el de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia (www.santjosep.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.5 En cas que el total d'ajudes que s'hagin de concedir superi la consignació pressupostària, es reduiran proporcionalment les quantitats concedides. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Sol·licitud, termini de presentació i documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.1. Les instàncies es dirigiran a l'Alcaldia de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep i es presentaran en el Registre General de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia en la forma establida a l'art. 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es podran presentar, també, a través del següent enllaç: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Els sol·licitants de la subvenció hauran d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Sol·licitud (annex 1) per participar en el procediment de concessió de subvencions, que ha d'anar subscrita per qui en té la representació, i que inclou els següents apartats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaració del representant legal de l'associació que l'entitat que representa disposa de l'estructura i mitjans necessaris per dur a terme els projectes o programes objecte de la convocatòria; que no està inhabilitada per contractar amb les administracions públiques o per obtenir la subvenció; d'estar facultat el sol·licitant per actuar en nom de l'entitat i de no concórrer en aquesta entitat cap de les causes de l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003 general de subvencions; trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries, amb la Seguretat Social i amb el mateix Ajuntament de Sant Josep i d'acreditar el compliment en matèria de reintegrament de subvencions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaració de les subvencions obtengudes per a la mateixa finalitat i compromís de comunicar a l'entitat local les que s'obtenguin en el futur.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Autorització per obtenir informació sobre el compliment de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social. No obstant això, la persona sol·licitant pot denegar expressament el consentiment. En aquest cas, l'entitat haurà d'aportar els certificats acreditatius d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social durant l'exposició de la proposta de resolució provisional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaració responsable sobre la situació relativa a l'IVA del sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaració del nombre de socis que disposa la associació en el moment de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Certificat del secretari/ària de l'associació que acrediti la representació de la persona en nom de la qual es presenta la sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Document que acrediti que l'associació està donada d'alta en el Registre d'Associacions i Fundacions de la Conselleria de Presidència del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Estatuts o reglaments inscrits en el Registre d'Associacions i Fundacions de la Conselleria de Presidència del Govern de les Illes Balears i adaptats a la llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) DNI del representant de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) CIF/NIF de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Memòria descriptiva de les activitats/projectes que s'han realitzat en el període comprès entre l'1 de gener de 2024 i el 31 de desembre de 2025 a efecte de barem. Les activitats per a les quals es sol·licita subvenció, han d'anar acompanyades del compte justificatiu d'ingressos i despeses segons les especificacions de la base 13 de la convocatòria (annex 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Dades bancàries per a la transferència de l'import de la subvenció, en cas de no haver-les presentat en altres ocasions, mitjançant la presentació de certificat de titularitat del compte bancari o full de transferència bancària facilitat per l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nota. Si els documents exigits en la sol·licitud ja s'haguessin presentat a l'Ajuntament en una altra ocasió, el sol·licitant podrà acollir-se al que estableix l'article 53.&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, sempre que es faci constar la data i l'òrgan o dependència en què varen ser presentats o emesos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nota. A la proposta de resolució provisional, l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep constatarà d'ofici que els beneficiaris estan al corrent de les obligacions tributàries, davant la Seguretat Social i amb el mateix Ajuntament de Sant Josep. En cas de no poder-ho acreditar, això serà motiu d'exclusió de la subvenció i de nova proposta motivada amb possible prorrateig del restant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'acreditarà el compliment de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social mitjançant declaració responsable en els casos en què la quantia a atorgar a l'entitat no superi els 3.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si alguna associació no autoritza l'Ajuntament a poder comprovar d'ofici que està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social, haurà d'aportar en el termini concedit en la proposta de resolució provisional la documentació requerida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.3. Termini de presentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de 30 dies hàbils, comptats des del dia següent al de la publicació de l'extracte de la present convocatòria en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.4. Esmena de defectes de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la sol·licitud no compleix els requisits establits a la normativa de la convocatòria, l'òrgan instructor ha de requerir a la persona/entitat interessada que l'esmeni en el termini màxim i improrrogable de deu dies i li ha d'indicar que, si no ho fa, es considerarà que ha desistit de la sol·licitud, amb la resolució prèvia que s'ha de dictar en els termes que preveu l'art. 68 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Públic beneficiari directament de l'activitat superior a 35 persones (per a cada activitat): + 0,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Només podran obtenir subvenció aquelles associacions que obtenguin un mínim de cinquanta &lt;strong&gt;(50) punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La correlació de puntuació obtenguda i despesa subvencionada serà la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De 50 a 100 punts: es subvencionarà el 60% del cost subvencionable de la quantitat sol·licitada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De 101 a 150 punts: es subvencionarà el 70% del cost subvencionable de la quantitat sol·licitada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De 151 a 200 punts: es subvencionarà el 75% del cost subvencionable de la quantitat sol·licitada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A partir de 201 punts: es subvencionarà el 80% del cost subvencionable de la quantitat sol·licitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cap cas no es superarà el 80% de l'import sol·licitat. En cas que el resultat de la valoració superi la consignació pressupostària, es reduiran proporcionalment les quantitats concedides. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Òrgan col·legiat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.1. L'òrgan col·legiat realitzarà la valoració tècnica de les sol·licituds i elevarà l'informe a l'òrgan instructor, que formularà proposta de resolució, que, quan sigui definitiva, elevarà a l'òrgan resolutori per a les oportunes concessions de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.2. Estarà format pels següents membres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidència: la regidora de Participació Ciutadana o persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vocals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Un/a auxiliar administratiu/va del Departament d'Educació i Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Un/a tècnic/a d'Administració General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Un/a tècnic/ade l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secretari/ària: la de la corporació o persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.3. L'òrgan col·legiat té atribuïdes les següents funcions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Analitzar i valorar les sol·licituds d'acord amb el barem establit a la base 7 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Formular l'informe d'avaluació i elevar-lo a l'òrgan instructor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Resoldre qualsevol dubte que es presenti en la interpretació i aplicació d'aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Instrucció i resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.1. L'òrgan instructor del procediment serà un/a tècnic/a del Departament d'Educació de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep, que té atribuïdes les funcions establides a l'article 24 de la Llei general de subvencions i l'article 12 de l'Ordenança general de les bases reguladores de les subvencions que concedeix l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'òrgan instructor, a la vista de l'expedient i l'informe de l'òrgan col·legiat, formularà la proposta de resolució provisional degudament motivada, que haurà de notificar-se als interessats, i concedir-los un termini de 10 dies per formular al·legacions. Dins aquest mateix termini, si escau, es comprovarà que les associacions beneficiàries estan al corrent de les obligacions tributàries, amb la Seguretat Social i amb l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalitzat aquest termini i examinades les al·legacions que, si és el cas, haguessin presentat els interessats, l'òrgan instructor amb l'informe previ de l'òrgan col·legiat formularà la proposta de resolució definitiva, que dirigirà a l'òrgan competent per resoldre, que dictarà resolució definitiva amb la relació de sol·licitants, la quantia, l'avaluació realitzada i els criteris que s'han tengut en compte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.2 Les propostes de resolució provisional i la definitiva no creen cap dret a favor del beneficiari davant l'Administració mentre no se li hagi notificat la resolució de la concessió. Una vegada publicada la proposta de resolució definitiva, els beneficiaris han de comunicar a l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia si accepten la subvenció o hi renuncien. En qualsevol cas, si en el termini de vuit dies hàbils des de la publicació de la proposta de resolució definitiva el beneficiari no fa constar el contrari, s'entendrà que accepta la subvenció que se li ha adjudicat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolució de concessió, d'acord amb l'article 14&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; de l'Ordenança general de les bases reguladores de les subvencions que concedeix l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep, haurà de contenir la persona o entitat beneficiària o relació de persones o entitats beneficiàries a les quals s'atorga la subvenció amb les quanties individualitzades, i especificar els criteris de valoració seguits, així com la desestimació i la no-concessió, per desistiment, renúncia al dret o impossibilitat material sobrevenguda de les sol·licituds no ateses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.3. L'òrgan competent per resoldre les convocatòries de subvencions és l'alcalde de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, sens perjudici que pugui ser assistit per la Junta de Govern Local, segons les atribucions que li confereix l'article 23.2.&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local i en relació amb l'article 10.4 de la Llei 38/2003 general de subvencions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 25.4 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, el termini màxim per resoldre i notificar el procediment no excedirà de sis mesos, comptats a partir de la publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria en el BOIB. D'acord amb l'article 25.5 de la LGS, el venciment del termini màxim sense haver-se notificat la resolució legitima les persones interessades per entendre desestimada per silenci administratiu la sol·licitud de concessió de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolució serà pública de conformitat amb el que preveu l'article 18.2 de la Llei 38/2003 general de subvencions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Reformulació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quan la subvenció tengui per objecte el finançament d'activitats a desenvolupar per la persona sol·licitant i l'import de la subvenció de la proposta de resolució provisional sigui inferior al que figura en la sol·licitud presentada, es podrà instar de la persona o entitat beneficiària la reformulació de la sol·licitud per ajustar els compromisos i condicions a la subvenció atorgable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. Publicitat dels projectes subvencionats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La publicació de les subvencions concedides s'ha de fer durant el mes següent de cada trimestre natural. Aquesta publicitat es durà a terme segons indica l'article 17 de l'Ordenança general de les bases reguladores de les subvencions que concedeix l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. Difusió de la subvenció concedida per l'entitat beneficiària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les entitats beneficiàries hauran de donar adequada publicitat al caràcter públic del finançament del programa, activitat, inversió o actuació objecte de subvenció. S'haurà de fer constar la col·laboració de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, acompanyat de l'escut de la institució, en materials impresos, mitjans electrònics o audiovisuals, plaques commemoratives, cartells, o bé en mencions realitzades en mitjans de comunicació o altres que resultin adequats a l'objecte subvencionat i d'eficàcia equivalent als esmentats. Així mateix, prèviament a la realització de l'activitat, cada associació haurà de fer arribar a la Regidoria de Participació Ciutadana el material publicitari i informatiu de l'activitat (cartell, díptics, fullets, etc.) a l'efecte de supervisar-ne el contengut i que efectivament hi surt l'escut de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13. Pagament i justificació de les despeses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13.1. La justificació de la subvenció per la persona o entitat beneficiària es realitzarà mitjançant l'aportació d'un compte justificatiu, degudament omplit i acompanyat de la documentació que s'especifica en el punt 13.3, de la despesa realitzada (vegeu annex 2). El compte ha de contenir una memòria d'actuació i una memòria econòmica amb el detall previst a l'article 72 del RLGS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mitjançant l'aportació del compte justificatiu s'haurà d'acreditar l'execució del 100% del projecte o de les activitats subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el supòsit que no es justifiqui la totalitat de les despeses, l'aportació de l'Ajuntament es reduirà proporcionalment d'acord amb l'import de la justificació presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13.2. El compte justificatiu corresponent als anys 2024 i 2025 s'ha de presentar juntament amb la sol·licitud per participar en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13.3. Els comptes justificatius inclouen una declaració i una relació de justificants imputats, als quals s'ha d'adjuntar l'original de les factures girades per tercers a la persona beneficiària de la subvenció o els documents de valor probatori equivalent i la documentació acreditativa del pagament. Les factures s'han de presentar ordenades en un sol arxiu PDF i numerades seguint la numeració atorgada a la relació de justificants imputats del compte justificatiu, de manera que no generi dubte la relació entre cada factura i el seu pagament íntegre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13.4. La documentació acreditativa del pagament segons la forma que hagi utilitzat l'entitat beneficiària ha de ser la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Pagament mitjançant transferència bancària o ingressos en un compte bancari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Còpia del justificant de l'ordre de transferència bancària o del document bancari acreditatiu del pagament en el qual figurin el concepte de la transferència o l'ingrés, la data del document, l'import, la identificació del concepte, a fi que quedi identificat el pagament de la factura, i les dades de l'ordenant i del destinatari, que han de coincidir amb la persona beneficiària i amb l'emissor de la factura, respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Extracte del compte bancari de la persona beneficiària de l'ajuda en el qual figuri el càrrec d'aquesta transferència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Pagament mitjançant xec nominatiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Còpia del xec nominatiu o pagaré nominatiu emès a nom del proveïdor que expedeix la factura o document equivalent, sempre que estigui vençut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Extracte del compte corrent de la persona beneficiària de l'ajuda en el qual figuri el càrrec d'aquest xec o pagaré.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Pagament mitjançant pagarés, lletres de canvi o similars:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Document acreditatiu del càrrec en compte de l'efecte mercantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Extracte del compte en què figuri el càrrec de l'efecte mercantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta documentació es pot substituir per un certificat o document similar emès per l'entitat bancària que contengui el nom del titular i el número de compte en què s'ha carregat l'efecte mercantil, el lliurador i el lliurat de la lletra de canvi, la persona beneficiària, el concepte pel qual es fa l'efecte mercantil, l'import de la lletra de canvi i la data d'emissió de la lletra i de l'abonament per part del lliurat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Pagament mitjançant targeta de crèdit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Resguard del pagament amb targeta en el qual figurin les dades identificatives del beneficiari de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Extracte del compte en què figuri el càrrec de pagament amb targeta. L'extracte del compte pot substituir-se per un certificat o títol similar de l'entitat bancària en què, com a mínim, consti el titular i el número de compte corrent en què es carrega el pagament de la targeta, la persona beneficiària, el concepte pel qual es fa la transferència i l'import i la data de l'operació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Pagament mitjançant domiciliació bancària:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Notificació bancària del càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Extracte bancari en què figuri el càrrec de la domiciliació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta documentació es pot substituir per un certificat o títol similar de l'entitat bancària en què consti el nom del titular i el número del compte corrent en què s'ha fet el càrrec i l'ordenant del càrrec, la persona beneficiària, el concepte pel qual es fa el càrrec i l'import i la data de l'operació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. Pagament en efectiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Rebut, firmat i segellat pel proveïdor, en el qual s'ha d'especificar la despesa a què correspon el pagament, la data i l'expressió «rebut en metàl·lic» o «pagat en metàl·lic». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14. Revocació de la subvenció concedida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 43 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions, la subvenció s'ha de revocar quan, posteriorment a la resolució de concessió, el beneficiari incompleixi totalment o parcialment les obligacions o els compromisos concrets als quals està condicionada l'eficàcia de l'acte de concessió de la subvenció. Com a conseqüència de la revocació de la subvenció, l'acte de concessió queda sense efecte totalment o parcialment, i s'han de reintegrar les quantitats percebudes indegudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15. Reintegrament de les subvencions concedides&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'atendrà al que disposa l'article 27 de l'Ordenança general de les bases reguladores de les subvencions que concedeix l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;16. Règim de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la resolució que recaigui en aquest procediment, la qual posarà fi a la via administrativa, es podran interposar, alternativament, els recursos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs de reposició, es podrà interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, a partir del dia següent de la notificació de la desestimació del recurs de reposició. Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs de reposició, es podrà interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de sis mesos, a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que l'associació que represent està inscrita en el Registre Municipal d'Associacions de l'Ajuntament, d'acord amb el que es preveu a les bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SOL·LICIT:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una subvenció econòmica per la quantitat d _______________________ euros per la realització de les activitats/projectes especificats a l'annex 2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Així mateix, aquest Annex 1 incorpora:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Declaració del representant legal de l'associació que l'entitat que representa disposa de l'estructura i mitjans necessaris per dur a terme els projectes o programes objecte de la convocatòria; que no està inhabilitada per contractar amb les administracions públiques o per obtenir la subvenció; d'estar facultat el sol·licitant per actuar en nom de l'entitat i de no concórrer en aquesta entitat cap de les causes de l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003 general de subvencions; trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries, amb la Seguretat Social i amb el mateix Ajuntament de Sant Josep i d'acreditar el compliment en matèria de reintegrament de subvencions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Declaració de les subvencions obtengudes per a la mateixa finalitat i compromís de comunicar a l'entitat local les que s'obtenguin en el futur.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Autorització per obtenir informació sobre el compliment de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social. No obstant això, la persona sol·licitant pot denegar expressament el consentiment. En aquest cas, l'entitat haurà d'aportar els certificats acreditatius d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social durant l'exposició de la proposta de resolució provisional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Declaració responsable sobre la situació relativa a l'IVA del sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Declaració del nombre de socis que disposa la associació en el moment de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;I s'adjunta com a documentació annexa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;( __ ) Estatuts o reglaments inscrits en el Registre d'Associacions i Fundacions de la Conselleria de Presidència del Govern de les Illes Balears i adaptats a la llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;( __ ) DNI del representant de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
