    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Regidor de Funció Pública, Seguretat Ciutadana, Civisme, Medi Natural, Entorns Saludables i Mercats, per resolució núm. 17591, de 10 de juliol de 2026, ha resolt el següent:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprovar, d'acord amb la proposta del tribunal qualificador i amb les bases específiques del procés selectiu pel sistema de concurs oposició, pel torn lliure, per cobrir 3 places de LLETRAT/DA ASSESSOR/A, la composició de la borsa amb indicació de totes les persones integrants, l'ordre de prelació i la puntuació obtinguda, i que figura a l'annex I d'aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;.- Requerir als aspirants perquè acreditin, quan siguin cridats per ser nomenats com a personal funcionari interí, el compliment dels requisits que preveu la convocatòria. En cas que l'aspirant, en aquest moment, no pugui acreditar-los, no podrà ser nomenat i quedarà exclòs de la borsa, sense perjudici de les responsabilitats administratives o penal que se'n puguin derivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar aquesta resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, a la Seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Palma i a la seva pàgina web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovada, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l'article abans esmentat i 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
