&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La nova codificació consistirà en l&amp;apos;assignació de codis correlatius segons la naturalesa de la relació de servei, on les places de personal funcionari s&amp;apos;identificaran amb la lletra , les places de personal laboral s&amp;apos;identificaran amb F la lletra i les places del personal eventual s&amp;apos;identificaran amb la lletra ,L E seguides d&amp;apos;un número correlatiu de tres dígits referits al lloc de treball, més 3 dígits dels seu lloc al moment del nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En conseqüència, els codis actuals de les places seran substituïts per la nova numeració correlativa, mantenint-se inalterades la resta de característiques i condicions associades a cada lloc de treball, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;annex del present acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La modificació de la codificació no comportarà la pèrdua de la traçabilitat administrativa dels llocs de treball, atès que es mantindrà un registre intern d&amp;apos;equivalències entre la codificació anterior i la nova codificació assignada, als efectes de consulta, seguiment i identificació dels antecedents administratius corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;.- L&amp;apos;eficàcia de les modificacions de RLT que comportin un augment de la despesa, en el present cas, la creació de noves places, queda condicionada a l&amp;apos;existència de crèdit adient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Dur a terme un text consolidat de la RLLT i publicar-lo a la seu electrònica de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART&lt;/strong&gt;- Publicar l&amp;apos;acord d&amp;apos;aprovació al BOIB i remetre còpia a l&amp;apos;administració estatal, autonòmica i insular en el termini de trenta dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquest acord, que és definitiu en via administrativa, es poden interposar, alternativament, els recursos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
