Resolució del vicepresident de la Fundació Turisme Responsable de Mallorca per la qual es convoquen subvencions per al desenvolupament d'un turisme sostenible i accessible a Mallorca mitjançant esdeveniments d'interès turístic per a l'any 2026 (BOIB núm. 26, de 26 de febrer de 2026).</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El punt 6 de la convocatòria estableix que el procediment de concessió és el de concurrència competitiva, segons els criteris de valoració prevists en la convocatòria. No cal establir un ordre de prelació si el crèdit pressupostari és suficient per atendre totes les sol·licituds admeses que compleixen els requisits exigits.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Acta de la Comissió Avaluadora on es concreta el resultat de la revisió de les sol·licituds presentades. </span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La reducció de les quanties sol·licitades es fonamenta en l'aplicació dels límits establerts a la convocatòria, d'acord amb els quals l'import de la subvenció no pot superar en cap cas el 30 % del pressupost subvencionable i s'ha de calcular exclusivament sobre les despeses que tenen la consideració de subvencionables. Així mateix, en els casos en què els ingressos declarats superen les despeses, l'import de la subvenció s'ha reduït amb la finalitat d'assolir un equilibri entre ingressos i despeses, de manera que la subvenció concedida no excedeixi el cost real de l'activitat subvencionada.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Informe del vicepresident de la Fundació Turisme Responsable de Mallorca en què estableix que els beneficiaris proposats compleixen els requisits establerts a la convocatòria per poder accedir a les subvencions.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Informe jurídic favorable sobre la Resolució de concessió provisional de la convocatòria de subvencions esmentada.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. En el pressupost general de despeses de la Fundació Turisme Responsable de Mallorca de 2026 hi ha crèdit adequat i suficient per atendre la despesa que es deriva de la present convocatòria.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fonaments de dret</span></strong></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Article 13 dels Estatuts de la Fundació Turisme Responsable de Mallorca que estableix que són atribucions de la Vicepresidència gestionar i executar els plans i els programes que aprova el Patronat i formalitzar i aprovar tota classe d'actes i de contractes (BOIB núm. 92, de 15 de juliol de 2025).</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.
