    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Regidor de Funció Pública, Seguretat Ciutadana, Civisme, Medi Natural, Entorns Saludables i Mercats, per resolució núm. 13976 de 3 de juny de 2026 i per resolució núm. 15774 de 19 de juny de 2026, ha resolt el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PRIMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;.- Esmenar el Decret núm. 6360, de data 24 de març de 2026, del Regidor de l'Àrea de Funció Pública, Seguretat Ciutadana, Civisme, Medi Natural, Entorns Saludables i Mercats Interior, pel qual es varen nomenar els membres del Tribunal que ha d'avaluar la convocatòria de proves selectives pel sistema de concurs oposició, pel torn lliure, per a la cobertura de 1 plaça FARISTOLER/A (OPE 2023), en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Allà on diu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SEGON&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar la present resolució a les persones interessades, a la presidenta del Tribunal Qualificador, i publicar-la al BOIB, així com a la pàgina web de l'ajuntament i a la Seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovada, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l'article abans esmentat i 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
