&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 3 de juliol de 2021 es va publicar la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a actuacions de suport a la mobilitat elèctrica (Programa MOVES III) mitjançant la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 28 de juny de 2021, modificada per la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 3 d'agost de 2022 (BOIB núm. 103, de 6 d'agost de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En data 11 d'abril de 2025 es va emetre la proposta de resolució provisional del director general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic per la qual es concedeixen les subvencions en el marc de la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a actuacions de suport a la mobilitat elèctrica (Programa MOVES III) (BOIB núm. 46 de 15 d'abril de 2025). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En data 20 de maig de 2025 es va emetre la Resolució del conseller d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia, a proposta definitiva del director general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic, per la qual es concedeixen les subvencions en el marc de la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a actuacions de suport a la mobilitat elèctrica (Programa MOVES III) (BOIB núm 66, de 24 de maig de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Amb posterioritat, s'ha detectat un error material en l'annex I de la Resolució esmentada amb relació a la partida pressupostària d'un dels beneficiaris que hi figuren, assignant-li la partida 2025/G/731A01/76000/00/19701/MR001 sent la correcta 2025/G/731A01/76401/10/19701/MR001.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. L'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que ha dictat l'acte o la disposició. Així mateix, la rectificació d'errors ha d'especificar, si escau, els efectes jurídics que se'n deriven i s'ha de notificar o publicar preceptivament quan faci referència a actes que han estat notificats o publicats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles&amp;nbsp;123 i 124 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article&amp;nbsp;57 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació de la resolució, d'acord amb l'article&amp;nbsp;46 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
