&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;RESOLC FORMULAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Informe d'impacte ambiental del projecte de canalització de les telecomunicacions a un tram de la calçada del cim del Puig de Sant Salvador, TM Felanitx.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Determinació de subjecció a avaluació ambiental i tramitació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb el Text refós de la Llei d'Avaluació Ambiental de les Illes Balears, aprovat per Decret legislatiu 1/2020, de 28 d'agost, han de ser objecte d'avaluació d'impacte ambiental simplificada els projectes inclosos en l'annex II d'aquesta Llei. Entre els projectes inclosos en l'annex 2, el «Projecte de canalització de telecomunicacions a un tram de calçada al cim del Puig de Sant Salvador, Felanitx»,&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; s'inclou&lt;/span&gt; en el punt 8. &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Infraestructures de telecomunicació ubicades en sòl rústic, entre les que es troben les canalitzacions lineals (rases, conduccions, galeries tècniques) destinades a telecomunicacions, quan afecten sòl rústic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tant, el projecte s'ha de tramitar com a una avaluació d'impacte ambiental simplificada i seguir el procediment establert a la secció 2a del capítol II&amp;nbsp; del títol II&amp;nbsp; de la Llei 21/2023, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació d'impacte ambiental. S'han de complir també les prescripcio&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;ns dels articles 21 i 22 del Text refós&lt;/span&gt; que li siguin d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Descripció del projecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El projecte consisteix en les actuacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Canalitzar i soterrar l'estesa aèria de telecomunicacions existent a un tram de la calçada de la carretera d'accés al cim del Puig de Sant Salvador Ma-4011. Amb aquesta actuació es pretén donar servei de telefonia connectant la instal·lació de Telefònica amb la torre de telecomunicacions de Cellnex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Realitzar 4 arquetes de 600 x 600 x 600 mm al llarg del traçat de la rasa per connectar el pal existent i l'arqueta d'accés a la torre, a fi d'afavorir l'estesa de caixes d'alta densitat. La distribució de les arquetes es farà cada 200 m i en els canvis de direcció, tal com està indicat en el plec de condicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Col·locar el cablejat en tubs formigonats longitudinalment, a una profunditat de 0,4 m.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. La distància mínima de seguretat entre les canalitzacions d'aigua o gas i les de l'estesa elèctrica serà de 0,20 m. El traçat de la instal·lació elèctrica està condicionat per la presència d'altres serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Per a les excavacions s'utilitzarà una mini retroexcavadora, martells pneumàtics, ronsadora i eines manuals. El transport de materials serà amb camions o dúmper.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. El conjunt de tubs el formen plaques primes de formigó de 150 kg amb 15 cm d'amplada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. Les rases seran reblertes amb formigó fins a la rasant del terreny.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. Els paviments actuals seran demolits abans de l'execució de les rases, i es retirarà el mobiliari urbà que hi hagi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9. Els materials i terres sobrants seran traslladats a un gestor de residus autoritzat. Segons els càlculs del redactor, el volum total de residus no reutilitzables generats per les obres serà de 2 m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt; (0,9 t/m&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;), amb un pes total d'1,8 tones. Aquests residus constaran de terra, asfalt i grava matxucada generats per l'obertura de les rases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;10. El pressupost total estimat per l'obra civil i la gestió de residus és de 14.452,98 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Resum del document ambiental&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Al document ambiental només es considera l'alternativa zero (no execució) i l'alternativa 1 (execució del projecte).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Alternativa zero: El promotor considera que aquesta opció suposaria la pèrdua d'oportunitat de donar un servei als clients. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Alternativa 1: el tècnic justifica l'execució de les obres per la necessitat de dotar la torre de Cellnex de fibra fosca, millorant la capacitat i velocitat de transmissió, d'acord amb la resolució vigent del director general d'Estratègia Digital. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els impactes ambientals analitzats en el document són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durant la fase d'execució del projecte:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Ocupació temporal de l'espai de les obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Sobre l'atmosfera: emissió de gasos de combustió i partícules en suspensió i increment del renou produït pel trànsit de vehicles i maquinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Sobre el clima: increment del consum energètic o l'emissió de gasos d'efecte hivernacle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Generació de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; Segons el document ambiental, no es preveuen efectes significatius sobre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El sòl, ja que l'obra s'executa íntegrament a la calçada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- L'aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Els espais protegits, el hàbitats, el paisatge i el patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt; Tampoc considera que hi hagi afeccions significatives sobre l'ús del sòl, les infraestructures i serveis, la salut humana ni la microeconomia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durant la fase de funcionament: el document ambiental conclou que una vegada finalitzada l'obra no hi haurà impactes ambientals significatius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Consultes a les administracions públiques afectades i persones interessades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Entre el 25 d'abril i 5 de maig de 2025, &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;l Servei d'Avaluació Ambiental va sol·licitar les següents consultes prèvies a les administracions afectades i entitats interessades per determinar si el projecte s'ha de subjectar o no a avaluació d'impacte ambiental ordinària, segons els articles 45 a 47 de la Llei 21/2013 de 9 de desembre d'avaluació ambiental:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ajuntament de Felanitx (SIR núm. de registre: 2025-E-RC-3538).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Servei de Canvi Climàtic (VALIB núm. 386024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departament de Medi Natural: Servei de Planificació del Medi (VALIB núm. 383696).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Direcció General d'Emergències i Interior (VALIB 383617).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departament de Territori, Mobilitat i Infraestructures&amp;nbsp; (GOIBS362716/2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Entitats ecologistes: Amics de la terra (Núm. Reg.: GOIBS361750/2025) i GOB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A l'expedient consten els següents informes de les administracions consultades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic (de data 21/05/2025, VALIB núm. 390891),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que conclou el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;« [...] Per tot això, i en relació a la perspectiva climàtica en la tramitació ambiental, no es preveu que el projecte pugui tenir efectes significatius, pel que s'emet informe favorable.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Servei de Protecció d'Espècies,&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; (del 04/06/2025, VALIB núm. 394721)&lt;/span&gt; que conclou:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per tot això, inform&lt;strong&gt; favorablement&lt;/strong&gt; sobre el Projecte de canalització de telecomunicacions al Puig de San Salvador, TM. Felanitx, amb els següents condicionants:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Cal preservar la vegetació natural que es troba a la zona. No es poden fer acopis de materials, residus o maquinària sobre àrees que presentin vegetació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Per tal de respectar el niu de falcó peregrí present a la zona del projecte, cal evitar les tasques generadores de renous importants durant l'època de nidificació de l'espècie, que va de febrer a juliol.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Caldrà portar a terme batudes de cerca i retirada d'exemplars de tortuga mediterrània abans de l'inici de les obres. Aquestes prospeccions no s'han de realitzar els mesos de fred, atès que les tortugues es troben enterrades i no es podrien detectar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. En cas de quedar rases obertes, caldrà realitzar revisions diàries per detectar la fauna que hi pugui haver caigut a l'interior. Es col·locaran elements per permetre la sortida d'aquesta fauna.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquest informe s'emet sense perjudici de l'obtenció d'altres informes o autoritzacions que puguin ser necessàries segons la legislació vigent.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;Departament de Medi Natural, de data 08/05/2025&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;que conclou:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«[...] us comunic que el projecte (43a/2025 AIA) pel qual es demana informe &lt;strong&gt;no està dins Xarxa Natura 2000 ni dins cap espai natural protegit&lt;/strong&gt; i, pel tipus d'actuació, no és previsible cap mena d'afecció que minvi les garanties mediambientals. Per tant, no és perceptiu l'informe d'avaluació de les repercussions ambientals al que fa referència l'article 39 de la Llei 5/2005, de 26 de maig, per a la conservació dels espais de rellevància ambiental (LECO)»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. &lt;/strong&gt;Servei de Gestió Forestal i Protecció del Sòl, DG de Medi Natural i Gestió Forestal. Conselleria d'Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural, &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; data 17/10/2024, que conclou:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Ateses les característiques i la naturalesa de l'actuació, s'informa el següent com a administració competent en matèria forestal:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;• Sense cap inconvenient o consideració específica amb relació al risc d'incendi forestal, tot i que en qualsevol cas, durant la realització de les obres caldrà complir el Decret 125/2007, de 5 d'octubre, pel qual es dicten normes sobre l'ús del foc i es regula l'exercici de determinades activitats susceptibles d'incrementar el risc d'incendi forestal, especialment pel que fa a les mesures de prevenció durant l'època de perill d'incendi forestal i les accions conjunturals de prevenció (art. 82.c).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;• Referent a utilitzar maquinària i equips, en terreny forestal i àrees contigües de prevenció, el funcionament dels quals generi deflagració, espurnes o descàrregues elèctriques susceptibles de provocar incendis forestals, s'ha de tenir en compte el següent:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- L'article 48.6.d de la Llei 43/2003, modificada pel RD15/2022, que prohibeix l'ús d'aquestes màquines quan el risc d'incendis sigui molt alt o extrem (Alerta Foc 4) Es pot consultar a la pàgina &lt;strong&gt;alertafoc.caib.es &lt;/strong&gt;el nivell diari d'alerta per risc meteorològic d'incendi forestal vigent.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Les màquines que es facin servir a terrenys forestals o menys de 500 metres dels mateixos s'utilitzaran extremant les precaucions en el seu ús i adequat manteniment (s'hi aplicaran mètodes de treball que evitin la provocació d'espurnes). El proveïment de benzina d'aquesta maquinària s'ha de realitzar a zones de seguretat aclarides de combustible vegetal. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- També recordar que l'acompliment de les mesures incloses en aquest informe no exclou de la responsabilitat dels propietaris/promotors en el compliment de la legislació específica adient i en l'ús responsable dels mitjans que puguin ser causants d'un incendi forestal o dels danys que un incendi forestal pugui causar.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. &lt;/strong&gt;Servei d'Explotació i Conservació del Consell de Mallorca, de data 05/08/2025 (expedient 1293125H), que conclou el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Inform que per poder continuar amb la tramitació de l'expedient per a les obres de paral·lelisme soterrat per canalització de telecomunicacions a la carretera Ma-4011 entre el PK 4+900 i el PK 5+250, i donat que la solució establerta al projecte presentat no s'adapta a la Llei 5/1990 de Carreteres de la CAIB, ens hauran de fer arribar el projecte modificat corresponent o l'addenda d'aquest. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquesta addenda al projecte constructiu haurà d'anar signada per tècnic competent i haurà d'incloure totes les actuacions a dur a terme situats a menys de 50 metres de l'aresta exterior de l'esplanació de la carretera Ma-4011. S'hauran d'incloure també als plànols la definició del domini públic viari, de la resta exterior de l'esplanació i de la zona de protecció, prèvia sol·licitud al Secció de Topografia del Departament de Territori, Mobilitat i Infraestructures. A aquesta documentació s'hauran de complir els condicionants establerts a aquest informe i acotar les distàncies indicades.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. &lt;/strong&gt;Departament d'urbanisme de l'Ajuntament de Felanitx, de data 20/05/2025, que conclou:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«&lt;em&gt;A criteri del tècnic que subscriu i respecte a la realització del Projecte de canalització de telecomunicacions al Puig de Sant Salvador, en la documentació presentada no hi ha aspectes rellevants a esmentar i s'&lt;strong&gt;informa favorablement.&lt;/strong&gt;»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Elements significatius de l'entorn del projecte.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Règim de protecció territorial:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El projecte s'executa dins una &lt;strong&gt;Àrea Natural d'Especial Interès (ANEI) &lt;/strong&gt;d'alt nivell de protecció&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;(sòl rústic, adaptació a la LSR i&amp;nbsp; la LEN). Es tracta d'un espai natural protegit &lt;/span&gt;per la Llei 5/2005, de 26 de maig, per a la conservació dels espais de rellevància ambiental (LECO) i per la Llei 1/1991, de 30 de gener, d'espais naturals i de règim urbanístic de les àrees d'especial protecció de les Illes Balears (LEN)&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquesta àrea no forma part de la Xarxa Natura 2000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Riscos naturals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;D'acord amb el Pla Territorial de Mallorca, la zona s'ubica en una àrea de risc extremadament alt d'incendis (segons el IV Pla General de Defensa contra Incendis Forestals de les Illes Balears) i una &lt;strong&gt;àrea d'alt risc&amp;nbsp; d'esllavissaments&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Biodiversitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La consulta al Bioatles indica la presència a la zona de les següents&lt;strong&gt; espècies&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;catalogades o amenaçades: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Aus: &lt;/strong&gt;Falcó pelegrí (&lt;em&gt;Falco peregrinus)&lt;/em&gt;; Pàssera o merla blava (&lt;em&gt;Monticola solitarius)&lt;/em&gt;; Cucui (&lt;em&gt;Cuculus canorus)&lt;/em&gt;; Formiguer o colltort (&lt;em&gt;Jynx torquilla)&lt;/em&gt;; Passaforad´i o cargolet (&lt;em&gt;Troglodytes troglodytes)&lt;/em&gt;; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Rèptils:&lt;/strong&gt; Tortuga mediterrània, (&lt;em&gt;Testudo hermanni)&lt;/em&gt;; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Flora:&lt;/strong&gt; Cirerer de Betlem (&lt;em&gt;Ruscus aculeatus)&lt;/em&gt;; Llampúgol (&lt;em&gt;Rhamnus alaternus); &lt;/em&gt;Garballó, (&lt;em&gt;Chamaerops humilis)&lt;/em&gt;; Coixinet de monja (&lt;em&gt;Teucrium balearicum). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Observacions: &lt;/strong&gt;Hi ha constància de la &lt;strong&gt;presència d'un niu de falcó pelegrí &lt;/strong&gt;a les proximitats dels projecte, aproximadament a uns 100 m, distància que coincideix amb el llindar mínim de tranquil·litat recomanat per a aquesta&amp;nbsp; espècie. Així mateix, l'actuació afecta a &lt;strong&gt;l'Àrea Important per als Rapinyaires Diürns &lt;/strong&gt;(AIRIB-106, Puig de Sant Salvador) hàbitat de reproducció de rapinyaires. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Hàbitats d'interès comunitari (HIC)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 4090 Matollars xerocàntics endèmics oromediterranis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 8210 Pendents rocallosos calcícoles amb vegetació casmofítica (=Cingles, costers i penyals calcaris amb vegetació casmofítica)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 9340 Alzinars Quercus ilex i Quercus rotundifolia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- 9540 Pinars mediterranis de pins mesogeans endèmics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Hidrologia subterrània:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; les&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; obres&amp;nbsp;se situen sobre la massa subterrània&amp;nbsp;de Sant Salvador&amp;nbsp;(&lt;strong&gt;codi&amp;nbsp;1819M1&lt;/strong&gt;). Segons el Pla Hidrològic vigent de les Illes Balears (2022-2027), aquesta massa presenta un estat dolent (tant quantitatiu com&amp;nbsp; i qualitatiu) i qualificada com a zona de vulnerabilitat moderada a la contaminació d'aqüífers. No s'han detectat sondejos propers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Patrimoni cultural: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Segons el Catàleg de Béns d'Interès Cultural (BIC) i el de Béns Catalogats (BC) del Consell de Mallorca, l'actuació se situa a prop del Santuari de Sant Salvador (BIC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Dins l'àmbit municipal, hi ha altres elements inclosos en el Catàleg de Patrimoni de Felanitx com ho són: Sa Capelleta (V5-E-05), la Creu d'en Picot (V5-P-03) , les estacions de Sant Salvador (V5-E-04) i la creu de Crist Rei (V5-E-05).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Consideracions tècniques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el projecte i en el document ambiental s'ha identificat les següents mancances:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No s'han valorat adequadament les possibles incidències&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;sobre les espècies catalogades o amenaçades presents a l'àmbit d'actuació, incloent-hi la presència del niu de falcó pelegrí localitzat a aproximadament 100 m.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; No s'incorpora un pla de vigilància Ambiental que defineixi el seguiment de les obres i les mesures de prevenció d'incidències ambientals, com ara vessaments olis o d'hidrocarburs susceptibles de contaminar el sòl i de l'aqüífer de Sant Salvador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per tot l'anterior, una vegada analitzats els criteris de l'annex III de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental, i atesa la naturalesa del projecte i la ubicació proposada, no es preveuen efectes adversos significatius sobre el medi ambient, sempre que s'apliquin les mesures preventives i correctores del document ambiental i les proposades en aquest informe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Conclusions de l'informe d'impacte ambiental&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No subjectar a avaluació d'impacte ambiental ordinària el projecte de canalització de telecomunicacions a un tram de la calçada del cim del Puig de Sant Salvador, TM Felanitx, atès que no té efectes adversos significatius sobre el medi ambient,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;sempre que es compleixin les mesures proposades al document ambiental signat en gener de 2025 pel biòleg Jorge Ibáñez Giménez, i els següents condicionants:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; S'ha d'obtenir informe favorable del Servei d'Explotació i Conservació del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Atès que el projecte s'ubica en APR d'esllavissament, en aplicació de la Llei 6/1999, de 3 d'abril, de les Directrius d'Ordenació Territorial de les Illes Balears i de mesures tributàries, i les seves modificacions: «Els usos ubicats en les àrees de prevenció de riscs només es poden autoritzar amb l'informe previ favorable de l'administració competent en matèria de medi ambient. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. D'acord amb l'informe del Servei de Protecció d'Espècies&lt;/strong&gt;, de data &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;04/06/2025,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cal preservar la vegetació natural que es troba a la zona. No es poden fer acopis de materials, residus o maquinària sobre àrees que presentin vegetació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Per tal de respectar el niu de falcó pelegrí present a la zona del projecte, cal evitar les tasques generadores de renou importants durant l'època de nidificació de l'espècie, que va de febrer a juliol. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Caldrà dur a terme batudes de cerca i retirada d'exemplars de tortuga mediterrània abans de l'inici de les obres. Aquestes prospeccions no s'han de realitzar els mesos de fred, atès que les tortugues es troben enterrades i no es podrien detectar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En cas de quedar rases obertes, caldrà realitzar revisions diàries per detectar la fauna que hi pugui haver caigut a l'interior. Es col·locaran elements per permetre la sortida d'aquesta fauna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Durant l'execució de les obres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- A fi d'&lt;strong&gt;evitar molèsties produïdes per la contaminació acústica&lt;/strong&gt; s'ha d'acotar l'horari de treball diari a les hores diürnes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Per &lt;strong&gt;minimitzar l'emissió de gasos d'efecte hivernacle&lt;/strong&gt;, s'ha de triar la maquinària i equips moderns i eficients, adequats per a cada feina, que disposin de sistemes silenciadors i amb nivells baixos de renou i emissions de gasos. Per assegurar-ne el correcte funcionament, fer les revisions periòdiques de la maquinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Per tal d'&lt;strong&gt;evitar la contaminació atmosfèrica:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Fer el control visual d&lt;/span&gt;'emissions de pols i aplicació de mesures en cas de ser necessari, com evitar moviments de residus els dies de forts vents, aplicació de reg, etc. Es recomana tenir en compte les mesures Guia pel control de les emissions de pols en la construcció i demolició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cobrir les caixes posteriors dels vehicles que transportin qualsevol tipus de terra o altres materials de construcció amb malles o lones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Realitzar una correcta manipulació dels materials: càrrega i descàrrega en una zona protegida del vent, evitar gestionar els elements a gran alçada per evitar caigudes, deixar el material guardat ben cobert, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sempre que sigui possible, s'ha de reutilitzar com a material de reblert el procedent de la pròpia excavació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ocupar el sòl estrictament necessari per a l'actuació, evitant utilitzar espais veïnats i alterar el seu estat. Si s'escau, s'han de rehabilitar aquelles zones que s'hagin ocupat temporalment i que no estaven previstes. A més, l'aparcament de la maquinària i vehicles així com la zona d'emmagatzematge de materials de construcció, s'han de situar en un àrea específica i condicionada per a tal finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En acabar l'execució de les obres, revisar exhaustivament el terreny i els voltants per garantir que no queden dipositats residus, materials d'obres o excedents de terra. En el cas de detectar-se, procedir a la seva retirada i adequada gestió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es durà a terme una correcta gestió dels residus generats durant l'execució del vial, tal com preveu la normativa vigent, així com realitzar un estudi estimatiu de la generació i posterior gestió dels residus de l'obra. Els residus es classificaran per la tipologia de material. Els residus perillosos s'emmagatzemaran en llocs específics sobre sòl impermeable per evitar infiltracions en cas de caiguda o trencament, i es gestionaran a través d'un gestor autoritzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- D'acord amb els requeriments procedimentals, el promotor ha d'aportar &lt;strong&gt;un Pla de Vigilància Ambiental que integri les mesures preventives i correctores necessàries, així com el programa de seguiment de les obres. &lt;/strong&gt;Aquest pla ha de garantir la prevenció d'incidències susceptibles de generar impactes sobre el medi ambient, com ara vessaments olis o d'hidrocarburs susceptibles de contaminar el sòl i de l'aqüífer de Sant Salvador. Igualment, ha d'incloure mesures específiques orientades a evitar alteracions o perjudicis sobre la fauna i flora protegides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Es recorda que:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;D'acord amb l'informe tècnic del Servei de Gestió Forestal i Protecció del Sòl&lt;/strong&gt;,&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; data 17/10/2024,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durant la realització de les obres caldrà complir el Decret 125/2007, de 5 d'octubre, pel qual es dicten normes sobre l'ús del foc i es regula l'exercici de determinades activitats susceptibles d'incrementar el risc d'incendi forestal, especialment pel que fa a les mesures de prevenció durant l'època de perill d'incendi forestal i les accions conjunturals de prevenció (art. 82.c). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Referent a utilitzar maquinària i equips, en terreny forestal i àrees contigües de prevenció, el funcionament dels quals generi deflagració, espurnes o descàrregues elèctriques susceptibles de provocar incendis forestals, s'ha de tenir en compte el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- L'article 48.6.d de la Llei 43/2003, modificada pel RD15/2022, que prohibeix l'ús d'aquestes màquines quan el risc d'incendis sigui molt alt o extrem (Alerta Foc 4) Es pot consultar a la pàgina &lt;strong&gt;alertafoc.caib.es &lt;/strong&gt;el nivell diari d'alerta per risc meteorològic d'incendi forestal vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Les màquines que es facin servir a terrenys forestals, o a menys de 500 metres dels mateixos, s'utilitzaran extremant les precaucions en el seu ús i adequat manteniment (s'hi aplicaran mètodes de treball que evitin la provocació d'espurnes). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El proveïment de benzina d'aquesta maquinària s'ha de realitzar a zones de seguretat clarianes de combustible vegetal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Segon&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;Es publicarà el present informe d'impacte ambiental al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 47.3 de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tercer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; L'informe d'impacte ambiental perdrà la seva vigència i cessarà en la producció dels efectes que li són propis si, una vegada publicat en el BOIB, no s'hagués procedit a l'inici de l'execució del projecte en el termini màxim de sis anys des de la publicació, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 21 bis del Text refós de la Llei d'avaluació ambiental de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. &lt;/strong&gt;L'informe d'impacte ambiental no ha de ser objecte de cap recurs, sense perjudici dels que, si s'escau, siguin procedents en la via administrativa o judicial davant de l'acte, si s'escau, d'autorització del projecte, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 47.5 de la Llei 21/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. &lt;/strong&gt;Aquesta resolució s'emet sense perjudici de les competències urbanístiques, de gestió o territorials de les administracions competents i de les autoritzacions o informes necessaris per a l'aprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
