&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;1. Per una banda, la Resolució del conseller d'Educació i Universitats de 3 de setembre de 2025, (BOIB núm. 119, de 6 de setembre), va autoritzar la modificació de la configuració del centre privat concertat Aixa-Llaüt, del municipi de Palma, amb la transformació de tres unitats d'educació infantil de 2n cicle en tres unitats d'educació infantil de 1r cicle i la transformació de tres unitats d'educació primària en 3 unitats d'educació infantil de 2n cicle. A conseqüència d'aquesta autorització el centre va quedar configurat de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ensenyaments autoritzats:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- Educació infantil de primer cicle: 9 unitats i 111 places escolars , distribuïdes de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- 0 a 1 any: 3 unitats i 21 places escolars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- 1 a 2 anys: 3 unitats i 36 places escolars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- 2 a 3 anys: 3 unitats i 54 places escolars&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- Educació infantil de segon cicle: 9 unitats i 225 places escolars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- Educació primària: 18 unitats i 450 places escolars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- Educació secundària obligatòria: 16 unitats i 480 places escolars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- Batxillerat: 8 unitats i 280 places escolars de les modalitats de ciències i tecnologia, d'humanitats i ciències socials i general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Adscripció administrativa&lt;/em&gt;: el batxillerat en les modalitats de ciències i tecnologia, humanitats i ciències socials i general queden adscrits a l'IES Son Pacs, amb el codi 07003845.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;2. Per l'altra, mitjançant la Resolució del conseller d'Educació i Universitats de 15 de juny de 2026, (BOIB núm. 76 de 18 de juny), es va autoritzar el canvi de la titularitat del centre privat d'educació infantil de primer cicle (CEI) Pekes, de Palma, que va passar a ser de l'entitat Promociones Educativas S'Embat SAU. A conseqüència d'aquesta autorització el centre va quedar configurat de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ensenyaments autoritzats:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Educació infantil de primer cicle: 3 unitats, distribuïdes de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- De 0 a 1 any: 1 unitat i 7 places escolars&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- D'1 a 2 anys: 1 unitat i 12 places escolars&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;- De 2 a 3 anys: 1 unitat i 18 places escolars&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;3. El 10 de juny de 2026,&amp;nbsp; (GOIBE429009/2026), el representant i administrador únic de l'entitat Promociones Educativas S'Embat SAU&amp;nbsp; va sol·licitar la unificació del codi i la integració dels estudis de 1r cicle entre el centre d'educació infantil privat (CEI) Pekes i el centre privat concertat CC Aixa-Llaüt, ambdós de Palma i pertanyents a la mateixa titularitat. A conseqüència d'aquesta unificació, s'haurà d'extingir l'autorització i suprimir el codi de centre del CEI Pekes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;4. El 19 de juny de 2026&lt;span style="color:#ce181e"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;la cap de departament de Planificació i Centres va emetre un informe favorable sobre &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;integració dels estudis de 1r cicle d'educació infantil&amp;nbsp; del centre d'educació infantil privat (CEI) Pekes al centre privat concertat (CC) Aixa-Llaüt, i la posterior extinció i supressió del codi del centre d'educació infantil privat (CEI) Pekes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;5. El 19&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de juny de 2026, la directora general de Planificació i Gestió Educatives va emetre una proposta de resolució per la qual es proposava l'autorització de la &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;integració dels estudis de 1r cicle d'educació infantil&amp;nbsp; del centre d'educació infantil privat (CEI) Pekes al centre privat concertat (CC) Aixa-Llaüt, i la posterior extinció i supressió del codi del centre d'educació infantil privat (CEI) Pekes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;1. L'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears, aprovat per la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer (BOE núm. 52, d'1 de març), el qual estableix en l'article 36.2, que, en matèria d'ensenyament, correspon a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears la competència de desenvolupament legislatiu i d'execució de l'ensenyament en tota la seva extensió, nivells i graus, modalitats i especialitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;2. La Llei orgànica 8/1985, de 3 de juliol, reguladora del dret a l'educació (BOE núm. 159, de 4 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;3. La Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació, (BOE núm. 106, de 4 de maig), modificada per la Llei orgànica 3/2020, de 29 de desembre (BOE núm. 340, de 30 de desembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;4. La Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 44, de 3 d'abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;5. La Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, d'educació de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 38 de 17 de març), la qual estableix a l'article 102.2, de creació de centres, que la creació, la supressió i la transformació de centres privats s'ha de sotmetre a l'autorització administrativa corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;6. El Decret llei 5/2023, de 28 d'agost, de mesures urgents en l'àmbit educatiu i en el sanitari (BOIB núm. 120, de 29 d'agost).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;7. El Reial decret 332/1992, de 3 d'abril, sobre autoritzacions de centres docents privats per impartir ensenyaments de règim general no universitaris (BOE núm. 86, de 9 d'abril), modificat pel Reial decret 131/2010, de 12 de febrer (BOE núm. 62, de 12 de març).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;8. El Reial decret 132/2010, de 12 de febrer, pel qual s'estableixen els requisits mínims dels centres que imparteixen els ensenyaments de segon cicle de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;l'educació infantil, l'educació primària i l'educació secundària (BOE núm. 62, de 12 de març)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;9. El Decret 23/2020 de 31 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Text consolidat del Decret pel qual s'estableixen els requisits mínims dels centres de primer cicle d'educació infantil (BOIB núm. 135, d'1 d'agost).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;10. El Decret 10/2025, de 14 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 91, de 14 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Per tot això, i d'acord amb la proposta formulada per la Direcció General de Planificació i Gestió Educatives, en data 19&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de juny de 2026 dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;1. Autoritzar, amb efectes de l'inici del curs 2026-2027,&amp;nbsp; la integració dels estudis de 1r cicle d'educació infantil del centre d'educació infantil privat CEI Pekes al centre privat concertat CC Aixa-Llaüt, ambdós de Palma i de titularitat de l'entitat Promociones Educativas S'Embat SAU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;2. Extingir, amb efectes de l'inici del curs 2026-2027, &amp;nbsp;l'autorització del centre d'educació infantil privat CEI Pekes i donar de baixa el seu codi: 07014016&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;3. Determinar que, com a conseqüència d'aquestes modificacions, el CC Aixa-Llaüt queda configurat de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Adscripció administrativa&lt;/em&gt;: el batxillerat en les modalitats de ciències i tecnologia, humanitats i ciències socials i general queden adscrits a l'IES Son Pacs amb el codi 07003845.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;4. Inscriure aquesta autorització en el Registre estatal de centres docents no universitaris del Ministeri d'Educació, Formació Professional i Esports (RCD) i en el Registre de centres de la Direcció General de Planificació i Gestió Educatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;5. Fer avinent al centre esmentat que resta obligat a complir la legislació vigent i a sol·licitar la revisió oportuna de la seva configuració quan s'hagi de modificar qualssevol de les dades que figuren en aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;6. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller d'Educació i Universitats en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;També s'hi pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
