L'article 82 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en el qual es regula l'ocupació de llocs de feina en comissió de serveis.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. La Instrucció 1/2021, del president de l'IMAS, de 29 de gener, d'establiment dels criteris generals per a l'ocupació temporal de llocs de feina de l'IMAS per mitjà de comissions de serveis.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Per això, i a l'empara de la competència que m'atribueix l'article 7.17 dels Estatuts de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, aprovats per Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca de dia 11 d'abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019).</span></span></span></p>

EL TERMINI DE PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS</strong>El període per presentar sol·licituds serà de set dies hàbils i ha de començar a transcórrer a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB). El model de sol·licitud oficial s'adjunta com a annex d'aquesta instrucció.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La sol·licitud s'ha de presentar telemàticament d'acord amb el que estableix la disposició addicional primera de l'Ordenança per la qual es regula l'Administració electrònica del Consell Insular de Mallorca i els organismes que en depenen, aprovada per Acord del Ple de 14 de febrer de 2013 (BOIB núm. 69, de 16 de maig), modificada per Acord de dia 9 de juny de 2022 (BOIB núm. 122, de 17 de setembre de 2022).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">A través de la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca seguint la tramitació electrònica del procediment de la comissió de serveis; accedint per la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca, Ciutadania, tipus d'actuacions, Recursos Humans, Comissió de Serveis CS75/2026, Sol·licitud de participació en la comissió de serveis, tramit electrònic, o directament al següent l'enllaç https://imas.secimallorca.net/carpetaciudadana/tramite.aspx?idtramite=13419; i s'hi ha d'adjuntar la documentació acreditativa del compliment dels requisits exigits i dels mèrits al·legats. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">No es prendran en consideració les sol·licituds de les persones aspirants que no reuneixin els requisits exigits per accedir al lloc de feina sol·licitat i, per tant, en aquest cas, no es procedirà a la valoració dels mèrits al·legats.</span></span></span></p>

BAREM DE MÈRITS</strong>La proposta de nomenament es farà en favor de l'aspirant que obtingui més puntuació segons el barem de mèrits següent:</span></span></span></p>

Antiguitat i valoració dels serveis prestats com a personal funcionari a l'Administració pública en la mateixa especialitat o categoria del lloc objecte de la convocatòria</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">L'antiguitat i els serveis prestats en l'especialitat o categoria del lloc objecte de la convocatòria es valoraran, a raó de 0'04 punts per mes treballat, de la següent manera:</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En el cas que el lloc de feina convocat no tengui especialitat, es valorarà l'antiguitat reconeguda com a personal funcionari a l'Administració pública, fins a un màxim de 12 punts.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En el cas que el lloc de feina convocat tengui especialitat, es valorarà l'antiguitat reconeguda com a personal funcionari a l'Administració pública, fins a un màxim de 8 punts, i es valoraran els serveis prestats com a personal funcionari a l'Administració pública en la mateixa especialitat o categoria del lloc objecte de la convocatòria, fins a un màxim de 4 punts.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En les fraccions inferiors a un mes, cada 30 dies tindrà la consideració d'un mes, les inferiors a 15 dies no es tindran en compte.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les titulacions acadèmiques es valoraran sempre que:</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">• Estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions del lloc de feina. </span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">• Corresponguin a formació reglada de caràcter oficial amb validesa en tot el territori nacional.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implicarà que no es valorin aquells de nivell inferior necessaris per obtenir-lo.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En el cas que el lloc de treball estigui adscrit a un cos o escala del subgrup A1 o dels subgrups A1 i A2, s'han de valorar, d'acord amb la puntuació indicada, a partir de la segona titulació universitària de nivell igual o superior que es posseeixi. </span></span></span></p>

Els cursos de formació i perfeccionament es puntuaran fins a un màxim de 7 punts, d'acord amb la seva durada i a raó de:</strong></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Si la formació d'alguna àrea transversal està relacionada directament amb les funcions del lloc de feina convocat, aquesta es computarà dins l'apartat de cursos relacionats amb el lloc de feina fins a un màxim de 4,5 punts, i l'excés de cursos en matèries de l'àrea transversal es puntuarà dins cursos d'àrees transversals amb el màxim de 0,5 punts per àrea.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Els cursos o les accions formatives de contingut idèntic només es poden valorar una vegada. En aquest cas, s'ha de valorar l'acció formativa amb més hores de durada.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Es valorarà únicament el nivell certificat més alt, segons aquesta escala, i sempre que sigui superior a l'exigit com a requisit, excepte en el cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, en què la puntuació s'ha de sumar a l'establerta pel certificat objecte de valoració.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>3.5. Publicacions i ponències</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La Comissió valorarà les publicacions de les persones aspirants sobre estudis o treballs en mitjans especialitzats, científics, tècnics o professionals i ponències o comunicacions presentades en congressos, jornades i seminaris, fins a un màxim d'1 punt, a raó de 0,10 punts per publicació, ponència o comunicació, sempre que versin sobre matèries de serveis socials o relacionades amb les funcions del lloc de feina i sempre que no formin part de les funcions del lloc de feina d'acord amb la Instrucció per la qual s'estableixen les funcions dels llocs de feina de l'IMAS.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>3.6. Comissió de serveis forçosa i atribució temporal de funcions forçosa</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">S'ha de valorar la prestació de serveis mitjançant una comissió de serveis forçosa o una atribució temporal de funcions forçosa en un lloc de la subescala, classe o categoria d'adscripció del lloc de treball convocat, fins a un màxim d'1 punt, a raó de 0,025 punts per mes complet.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">a) Els mèrits que al·leguin les persones aspirants s'han d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació de còpia simple. La persona que resulti adjudicatària de la comissió de serveis haurà de presentar l'original o la còpia compulsada dels mèrits al·legats.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">b) Si la documentació acreditativa s'ha emès en llengua estrangera, per poder valorar-la com a mèrit, la persona interessada n'ha de presentar una traducció jurada. Sense aquesta traducció, el mèrit no es pot considerar acreditat.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">c) Si els documents s'han descarregat d'Internet, han de dur l'empremta digital per poder fer les comprovacions d'autenticació.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">d) Les persones aspirants han de presentar tots els documents acreditatius dels mèrits, ordenats segons els apartats d'aquest punt 11 d'aquesta Instrucció i numerats correlativament.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">e) No s'ha de valorar cap mèrit que no s'hagi acreditat amb l'aportació de la documentació corresponent dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">f) Les persones aspirants poden presentar un certificat d'expedient personal emès per una Administració pública com a forma d'acreditació dels mèrits que hi constin. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">g) La data de referència per complir els requisits exigits i la possessió dels mèrits al·legats per les persones aspirants ha de ser el dia que finalitza el termini de presentació. En qualsevol cas, sempre que juntament amb la sol·licitud s'hagi aportat el document acreditatiu d'haver sol·licitat el certificat del mèrit al·legat, s'han de valorar els certificats que hagin tengut entrada a l'IMAS abans del dia de la publicació de la llista provisional.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong> Forma d'acreditar els mèrits</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Antiguitat: certificat de serveis prestats d'una Administració pública.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Estudis acadèmics oficials: còpia del títol (anvers i revers). Si encara no s'ha expedit el títol, es pot presentar còpia del resguard acreditatiu del pagament dels drets d'expedició.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Cursos o accions formatives: còpia dels certificats o diplomes acreditatius dels cursos que s'han duit a terme; hi ha de constar el nombre d'hores de durada i/o crèdits de l'acció formativa i el contingut o programa.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Publicacions, comunicacions i ponències: còpia del títol del llibre o revista, de l'índex on figura el nom de l'autor o del coautor i, si la publicació és un llibre, a més, la còpia de la contraportada on apareix el número d'ISBN o ISSN o dipòsit legal. Còpia de la comunicació i/o ponència i del contingut d'aquesta.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Certificats de professionalitat: còpia del certificat de professionalitat.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Coneixements orals i escrits de català: còpia del certificat lliurat per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears, per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o d'algun dels títols o certificats equivalents d'acord amb el que determina la normativa vigent, així com de la corresponent certificació que acrediti que s'han superat les proves d'avaluació de nivell de coneixements de la llengua catalana realitzades pel Consell de Mallorca com a conseqüència de les convocatòries dutes a terme per Decrets de presidència de 3-6-2004 i de 29-9-2004.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Comissió de serveis forçosa i en atribució temporal de funcions: còpia de la resolució corresponent.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>5. PREFERÈNCIES EN L'ADJUDICACIÓ</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>5.1.</strong> Tendran preferència en l'adjudicació de les comissions de serveis:</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">a) Les persones a qui en el termini del darrer any no s'hagi adjudicat un lloc de treball en una convocatòria de provisió de llocs de treball, per concurs de mèrits o per lliure designació. Aquesta limitació no és d'aplicació en els supòsits de remoció, supressió del lloc de treball o de redistribució d'efectius.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">b) Les persones a qui en el termini del darrer any no s'hagi autoritzat una comissió de serveis. Aquesta restricció no és d'aplicació al personal funcionari que dins aquest termini hagi cessat en la comissió per causa diferent de la de renúncia voluntària. </span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">c) Pel que fa al personal funcionari de nou ingrés o de promoció interna, cal ajustar-se al que disposi la convocatòria sobre el període mínim de permanència en el lloc de treball. Si no hi ha una disposició expressa en les bases corresponents o en la normativa d'aplicació a la selecció del personal de nou ingrés, s'hi ha d'aplicar el que es preveu en la lletra a d'aquest punt.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les persones que no tenguin els requisits per gaudir de preferència en l'adjudicació esmentats a les lletres anteriors, només seran valorades en el cas que no participin en la convocatòria persones que sí que els tenguin.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>5.2. </strong>En les convocatòries de comissions de servei per proveir llocs de treball de concurs i amb relació als altres funcionaris de carrera que es presentin, el personal funcionari de la Gerència i/o direcció insular convocant que hi estigui adscrit podrà tenir preferència en l'adjudicació, prèvia motivació.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Posteriorment, podrà tenir preferència el personal funcionari de l'IMAS amb relació a la resta de personal funcionari de carrera que es presenti, si es motiva i la convocatòria ho preveu.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>6. COMISSIÓ DE VALORACIÓ</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Es constituirà una Comissió Tècnica de Valoració formada per personal funcionari de l'IMAS que valoraran les sol·licituds que es presentin i que es compleixen els requisits exigits en la convocatòria. Estarà formada per tres membres, la selecció dels quals estarà ajustada al criteri de paritat entre homes i dones, sempre que sigui possible, i hauran de complir el nivell de titulació o d'especialització exigit al lloc de treball convocat, de la forma següent:</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Un/a president/a: personal funcionari designat per la Presidència de l'IMAS.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Dos vocals: personal funcionari elegit per sorteig d'entre el personal de l'àrea a la qual està adscrit el lloc de feina que es pretén ocupar (Gerència o direcció insular corresponent), un dels quals serà designat com a secretari per la Comissió. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La Junta de Personal podrà designar un representant que actuarà en qualitat d'observador del bon desenvolupament de cada un dels procediments. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Així mateix, les organitzacions sindicals amb representació a la Junta de personal podran sol·licitar informació sobre la tramitació i el resultat dels procediments.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La valoració es durà a terme d'acord amb el barem establert al punt 11 de la Instrucció 1/2021 , de data 29 de gener, d'establiment els criteris generals per a l'ocupació temporal de llocs de fina de l'IMAS per mitjà de comissions de serveis.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La Comissió de Valoració per Infermer/a estarà formada per tres membres:</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Si hi ha empats, la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració els ha de resoldre atenent successivament als criteris següents: </span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Acreditar més serveis prestats com a personal funcionari de l'Administració pública en l'especialitat o categoria del lloc de feina objecte de la convocatòria, o més antiguitat a l'Administració pública en el cas que el lloc de feina convocat no tengui especialitat. </span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Acreditar la millor puntuació en l'apartat d'estudis acadèmics (11.2).</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Acreditar la millor puntuació en l'apartat de cursos i accions formatives (11.3).</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Finalment, si persisteix l'empat, es resoldrà per sorteig.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>7. PROCEDIMENT, RESOLUCIÓ I PUBLICACIÓ DE RESULTATS </strong>Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds i comprovada la documentació relativa als requisits per participar en el procediment, es publicarà la proposta de resolució provisional, que inclourà la llista de persones admeses i excloses, així com la causa d'exclusió.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les persones excloses disposen d'un termini de tres dies hàbils per esmenar el defecte o per adjuntar el document preceptiu. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En el cas que hagi de ser admesa una persona exclosa, es publicarà una segona proposta de resolució provisional.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">En el termini de deu dies hàbils, la Comissió publicarà l'informe proposta de resolució provisional i les persones aspirants disposaran de tres dies hàbils per formular les observacions o reclamacions que estimin oportunes i/o demanar la revisió de la seva baremació. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Després d'haver resolt les al·legacions presentades de forma motivada la Comissió formularà nou un informe proposta definitiu que comunicarà a la persona titular de l'òrgan al qual està adscrit el lloc de feina que es pretén ocupar (Gerència o direcció insular corresponent), i aquest elevarà la proposta de resolució definitiva de la comissió de serveis a la Presidència de l'IMAS.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>8. DURADA</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">La durada inicial d'aquestes comissions és de dotze mesos, prorrogable un any més a instància dels òrgans corresponents. </span></span></span></p>
