&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El 24 d´abril de 2026, en sessió ordinària de la Junta de Govern s&amp;apos;aprovà les Bases reguladores i la convocatòria del procediment selectiu per la constitució d&amp;apos;una borsa de treball ordinària, mitjançant el sistema de concurs de mèrits de la categoria TÈCNIC/A de Llum, So i Imatge, personal laboral temporal, de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Lloseta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Instruïdes les fases del procediment, el 19 de juny de 2026, es va fer públic a la seu electrònica de l´Ajuntament de Lloseta, el resultat definitiu de la valoració del concurs de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb tot l&amp;apos;anterior i atenent a les facultats que em són atorgades per l´article 21.1, h) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d´abril, Reguladora de Bases de Règim Local, &lt;strong&gt;DISPÒS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Constituir la borsa de treball ordinària mitjançant el sistema de concurs de mèrits, de la categoria TÈCNIC/A de Llum, So i Imatge, personal laboral temporal, de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Lloseta, amb el següent ordre de prelació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Si optés per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu no podrà interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s&amp;apos;hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci.
