    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 5 de juny de 2026, &lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;celebrada en forma presencial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; va adoptar, entre d&amp;apos;altres, el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.- APROVAR &lt;/strong&gt;l&amp;apos;atorgament de subvenció nominativa directa per l&amp;apos;import de 10.000,00€ al CLUB ESPORTIU D&amp;apos;ESCALADA FORMENTERA, amb NIF G72420425, &lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;per a la promoció esportiva de l&amp;apos;escalada&lt;/span&gt; per a l&amp;apos;any 2026&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;, el qual s&amp;apos;adjunta a l&amp;apos;annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.- LA GESTIÓ&lt;/strong&gt; de la subvenció es durà a terme d&amp;apos;acord amb la signatura del conveni annex a la proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.- AUTORITZAR I DISPOSAR LA DESPESA &lt;/strong&gt;amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 2026.1.341.4800001 dels pressupostos per a l&amp;apos;any 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.- RECONÈIXER &lt;/strong&gt;l&amp;apos;obligació del 50% de l&amp;apos;import concedit, ordenar el pagament i pagar l&amp;apos;import del 50% de 10.000,00 € de la subvenció (5.000€) i registrar l&amp;apos;operació com a pendent de justificar fins que el beneficiari no procedeixi a la justificació de la mateixa d&amp;apos;acord amb les normes de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.- FACULTAR &lt;/strong&gt;al Sr. President del Consell Insular de Formentera perquè, una vegada estigui aprovada aquesta subvenció de concessió nominativa directa, pugui signar el conveni annex, segons l&amp;apos;estipulat a l&amp;apos;article 21 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè.- GUARDAR&lt;/strong&gt; còpia d&amp;apos;aquest conveni en el Registre de Convenis que es troba ubicat a la secretaria de la corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setè.- NOTIFICAR&lt;/strong&gt; aquest acord al Club Esportiu d&amp;apos;Escalada Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vuitè.- PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; el conveni en el BOIB, al tauler d&amp;apos;anuncis i a la pàgina web del Consell Insular de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La qual cosa es fa pública per a general coneixement&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
