![CDATA[<p><span style="display: none"> </span><strong>Antecedents</strong></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">1. L'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears, aprovat per la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, estableix, en l'article 36.2, que, en matèria d'ensenyament, correspon a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears la competència de desenvolupament legislatiu i d'execució de l'ensenyament en tota la seva extensió, nivells i graus, modalitats i especialitats.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">2. La Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació (LOE), regula, en el punt 3 de l'article 64, que en determinades modalitats o especialitats es podrà requerir la superació d'una prova específica. Aquesta Llei ha estat modificada per la Llei orgànica 3/2020, de 29 de desembre, per la qual es modifica la Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">3. La Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, d'Educació de les Illes Balears, estableix, en el punt 4 de l'article 37, que l'administració educativa desenvoluparà les proves d'accés de les diferents modalitats o especialitats dels ensenyaments esportius.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">4. La Resolució del conseller d'Educació i Universitats per la qual s'estableix el calendari escolar del curs 2026-2027 per als centres docents no universitaris de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears,<strong>BOIB núm. 41 de 31 de març de 2026,</strong> estableix en l'apartat 8 del punt quart de l'annex que els alumnes dels ensenyaments esportius de règim especial iniciaran les activitats lectives el dia 29 de setembre de 2026 i les finalitzaran el dia 19 de juny de 2026.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">5. La Resolució de la directora general de Planificació i Gestió Educatives per la qual s'acorda el preu de la prova d'accés de caràcter específic i el preu del bloc específic per als ensenyaments esportius de règim especial de les modalitats esportives d'Atletisme, Hípica, Muntanya i Escalada, Piragüisme, Vela i Bàsquet per al curs 2026-2027 (BOIB núm. 76, de 18 de juny) regula el preu de la prova d'accés de caràcter específic i del bloc específic per a determinats ensenyaments esportius.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">1. La Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació (BOE núm. 106, de 4 de maig), modificada per la Llei orgànica 3/2020, de 29 de desembre, per la qual es modifica la Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació (BOE núm. 340, de 30 de desembre).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">2. La Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 44, de 3 d'abril).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">3. La Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, d'Educació de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 38, de 17 de març).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">4. El Reial decret 1363/2007, de 24 d'octubre, pel qual s'estableix l'ordenació general dels ensenyaments esportius de règim especial (BOE núm. 268, de 8 de novembre), el qual regula en l'article 30 els requisits d'accés de caràcter específic.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">5. L'Ordre de 28 de juliol de 2008 de regulació dels ensenyaments esportius de règim especial establerts a l'empara del Reial decret 1913/1997, de 19 de desembre, i de l'exhauriment de determinades formacions esportives (BOIB núm. 113, de 14 d'agost).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">6. El Reial decret 669/2013, de 6 de setembre, pel qual s'estableix el títol de tècnic esportiu en Atletisme i se'n fixen els ensenyaments mínims i els requisits d'accés (BOE núm. 236, de 2 d'octubre). </span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">7. El Reial decret 933/2010, de 23 de juliol, pel qual s'estableixen els títols de tècnic esportiu en les Disciplines Hípiques de Salt, Doma i Concurs Complet i tècnic esportiu en les Disciplines Hípiques de Resistència, Orientació i Turisme Eqüestre, i se'n fixen els ensenyaments mínims i els requisits d'accés (BOE núm. 211, de 31 d'agost).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">8. El Reial decret 706/2011, de 20 de maig, pel qual s'estableix el títol de tècnic esportiu en Judo i Defensa Personal i se'n fixen els ensenyaments mínims i els requisits d'accés (BOE núm. 147, de 21 de juny).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">9. El Reial decret 702/2019, de 29 de novembre, pel qual s'estableixen els títols de tècnic esportiu en Barrancs, tècnic esportiu en Escalada i tècnic esportiu en Mitja Muntanya i se'n fixen els currículums bàsics i els requisits d'accés (BOE núm. 9, de 10 de gener de 2020). </span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">10. El Reial decret 981/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'estableixen els títols de tècnic esportiu en Piragüisme d'Aigües Braves, tècnic esportiu en Piragüisme d'Aigües Tranquil·les, i tècnic esportiu en Piragüisme Recreatiu Guia en Aigües Braves, i se'n fixen el currículum bàsic i els requisits d'accés (BOE núm. 282, de 25 de novembre).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">11. Reial decret 983/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'estableixen els títols de Tècnic Esportiu Superior en Piragüisme d'Aigües Braves i de Tècnic Esportiu Superior en Piragüisme d'Aigües Tranquil·les, i se'n fixa el currículum bàsic i els requisits d'accés. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">12. Reial decret 935/2010, de 23 de juliol, pel qual s'estableixen els títols de Tècnic Esportiu en vela amb aparell fix i de Tècnic Esportiu en vela amb aparell lliure, i se'n fixen els ensenyaments mínims i els requisits d'accés.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">13. Reial decret 936/2010, de 23 de juliol, pel qual s'estableixen els títols de Tècnic Esportiu Superior en vela amb aparell fix i de Tècnic Esportiu Superior en vela amb aparell lliure, i se'n fixen els ensenyaments mínims i els requisits d'accés.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">14. El Reial Decret 980/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'estableix el títol de Tècnic Esportiu en Bàsquet i es fixen el seu currículum bàsic i els requisits d'accés, i es modifica el Reial Decret 669/2013, de 6 de setembre, pel qual s'estableix el títol de Tècnic Esportiu en Bàsquet i es fixen els seus ensenyaments mínims i els requisits d'accés.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">15.La Resolució de la directora general de Planificació i Gestió Educatives per la qual s'acorda el preu de la prova d'accés de caràcter específic i el preu del bloc específic per als ensenyaments esportius de règim especial de les modalitats esportives d'Atletisme, Hípica, Muntanya i Escalada, Piragüisme, Vela i Bàsquet per al curs 2026-2027 (BOIB núm. 76, de 18 de juny) regula el preu de la prova d'accés de caràcter específic i del bloc específic per a determinats ensenyaments esportius.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">16. El Decret 10/2025, de 14 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, estableix que la Direcció General de Planificació i Gestió Educatives és competent en els ensenyaments de règim especial.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">Per tot això, de conformitat amb la normativa indicada, dict la següent</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: center"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><strong>Resolució</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">1. Aprovar les instruccions per les quals es concreten aspectes sobre l'organització de les proves d'accés de caràcter específic, els requisits per sol·licitar plaça als ensenyaments esportius de règim especial de cicle inicial I de grau mitjà d'Atletisme, Hípica, Senderisme, Piragüisme, Vela amb Aparell Fix i Vela amb Aparell Lliure, i al cicle final II de grau mitjà de les Modalitats Esportives d'Hípica de Salt, Doma i Concurs Complet, Mitja Muntanya, Escalada i Barranquisme. Aquestes instruccions es concreten en els següents annexos:</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">a) L'annex 1 inclou les instruccions generals de les proves.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">b) L'annex 2 inclou el model d'inscripció a les proves específiques.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">c) L'annex 3 detalla el calendari de les actuacions corresponents a aquestes proves d'accés de caràcter específic.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">2. Convocar, a les Illes Balears, les proves d'accés de caràcter específic per poder accedir als ensenyaments esportius de règim especial que s'indiquen a continuació, per la qual cosa cal tenir present que el títol de tècnic de cada modalitat especifica les característiques de la prova (el contingut, els criteris d'avaluació, els efectes i vigència, les exempcions, les adaptacions per als aspirants amb discapacitats, els components i les funcions del tribunal):</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">a) Cicle inicial de grau mitjà:</span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">3. Ordenar que aquesta Resolució es publiqui en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> i disposar que entri en vigor l'endemà d'haver-s'hi publicat<em>.</em></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><strong>Interposició de recursos</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, les persones interessades poden interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el conseller d'Educació i Universitats en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb el que s'estableix en els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i en l'article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p>

Per poder realitzar les proves específiques per accedir als ensenyaments de cicle inicial de grau mitjà és necessari tenir el títol de graduat en educació secundària obligatòria o equivalent a efectes acadèmics (vegeu la <strong>disposició addicional dotzena del Reial Decret 1363/2007, de 24 d'octubre, publicat en el BOE núm. 268, de 8 de novembre)</strong> o haver superat la prova general d'accés al grau mitjà dels ensenyaments esportius de règim especial per a persones sense requisits acadèmics o la prova d'accés a la formació professional de grau mitjà.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">2. Per poder realitzar les proves específiques per accedir als ensenyaments de cicle final de grau mitjà és necessari haver finalitzat els estudis del cicle inicial del grau mitjà de la mateixa modalitat esportiva. De forma excepcional, també es poden inscriure per fer les proves d'accés les persones que només tenguin pendent de finalitzar el bloc de formació pràctica del cicle inicial del grau mitjà de la mateixa modalitat esportiva. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">3. No han de fer la inscripció, per estar exempts de realitzar la prova (vegeu la disposició transitòria segona del Reial decret 1363/2007, de 24 d'octubre), les persones següents:</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">a) Els esportistes d'alt nivell de la modalitat esportiva a la qual s'inscriuen (certificat expedit pel Consell Superior d'Esports).</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">b) Els esportistes d'alt rendiment de la modalitat esportiva a la qual s'inscriuen (certificat expedit per l'òrgan competent de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en matèria d'esports).</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">c) Els casos concrets de cada modalitat esportiva, recollits en la normativa corresponent.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">4. En els casos assenyalats en l'apartat anterior, s'ha de presentar l'acreditació en el termini i lloc d'inscripció a les proves d'accés (vegeu els punts segon i tercer d'aquest annex).</span></span></p>

Per formalitzar la inscripció, les persones interessades a fer la prova d'accés de caràcter específic han d'enviar telemàticament i <strong>degudament emplenat i en format pdf</strong>, a l'adreça electrònica de cada centre de referència de cada illa assenyalat en el punt tercer, els documents següents:</span></span></p>

Aquests documents han d'especificar la nota o mitjana obtinguda.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">c) En el cas d'haver de realitzar les proves específiques per accedir als ensenyaments de cicle final de grau mitjà és necessari acreditar haver finalitzat els estudis del cicle inicial del grau mitjà de la mateixa modalitat esportiva o tenir-ne tots els mòduls aprovats, excepte el bloc de formació pràctica d'aquest cicle inicial del grau mitjà.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">2. S'ha d'acreditar el pagament de l'import que la federació ha establert per a aquesta prova al compte de la federació, aportant al centre una còpia de l'ingrés bancari, la qual ha d'indicar el nom, els llinatges i el concepte «Inscripció prova específica» i el nivell i la modalitat esportiva:</span></span></p>

Les reclamacions s'han d'adreçar al president del tribunal avaluador i s'han d'enviar a l'adreça electrònica del centre.</span></span></p>

Contra la llista definitiva es pot presentar un recurs d'alçada davant la directora general de Planificació i Gestió Educatives en el termini d'un mes natural, a comptar des de la data de la publicació de la llista definitiva.</span></span></p>

La relació d'estris, en el cas que siguin necessaris per al desenvolupament de la prova, es publicarà en el lloc web <strong>Servei dels Ensenyaments de Règim Especial</strong>, dins <em>Ensenyaments Esportius – presentació - característiques de les proves</em>, a cada modalitat esportiva es trobarà la informació, màxim fins el dia 8 de setembre de 2026.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">2. Per a les proves de Piragüisme i Vela, la federació corresponent aportarà les piragües i les embarcacions.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">3. Per a les proves d'accés d'hípica, l'aspirant ha d'aportar el seu propi cavall. També hi haurà l'opció de poder llogar un cavall al mateix centre on es farà la prova (aquesta circumstància s'ha de comunicar en el moment de la inscripció).</span></span></p>

Per a les proves d'accés de les modalitats de Muntanya, es convocarà a l'IES CTEIB abans de les proves una reunió informativa, aquesta serà el <strong>dimarts 8 de setembre a les 18h pel cicle inicial, i a les 19h pel cicle final</strong>, on s'especificarà el material a portar i es comprovarà l'assegurança dels aspirants.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">3.1 <strong>Proposta de membres</strong>: La direcció del centre i la federació corresponents, així com la Fundació per a l'Esport Balear en el cas de Muntanya i Escalada, proposaran els membres del tribunal avaluador de la seva competència a la Direcció General de Planificació i Gestió Educatives.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">3. 2 <strong>Composició del tribunal</strong>: El tribunal haurà d'estar format per:</span></span></p>

<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">Un <strong>president</strong>, que serà un representant de l'Administració Educativa</span></span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1">Un <strong>mínim de tres avaluadors</strong>, preferentment representants de la federació corresponent, a proposta d'aquesta i que compleixin els requisits de titulació o certificació establerts en la normativa vigent per a cada especialitat esportiva. La seva funció és valorar les actuacions dels aspirants. Un d'ells ha d'actuar de <strong>secretari </strong>i la seva funció és estendre una acta del desenvolupament de la prova i certificar que aquesta es fa d'acord amb la normativa vigent. </span></span></li>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">4. <strong>Nomenament i publicació</strong>: La Direcció General de Planificació i Gestió Educatives ha de publicar el nomenament dels membres dels diferents tribunals el dia 8 de setembre de 2026 al lloc web <strong>Servei dels Ensenyaments de Règim Especial</strong>.</span></span></span></p>

Els continguts i els criteris d'avaluació de la prova específica d'accés es detallen en la normativa vigent per a cada modalitat esportiva. Es poden consultar en el lloc web <em>Servei dels Ensenyaments de Règim Especial</em> . («Proves específiques d'accés: requisits, preus i característiques de les proves»).</span></span></span></p>

En la qualificació final de la prova s'han d'utilitzar els termes «Apte» i «No apte». Per obtenir la qualificació d'apte les persones aspirants han de superar totes les parts de la prova.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El 14 de setembre de 2026, el centre educatiu on s'ha fet la inscripció de la prova d'accés ha de publicar en el tauler d'anuncis del centre i en el seu lloc web la llista provisional de persones que han resultat aptes i no aptes en aquesta prova.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Divuitè</strong></span></span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"> </span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Reclamacions contra les llistes provisionals de persones aptes i no aptes</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. Es pot presentar una reclamació contra la llista provisional del dia 15 de setembre de 2026 fins el dia 17 de setembre de 2026. Aquesta s'ha d'adreçar al president del tribunal avaluador i s'ha de remetre a l'adreça electrònica del centre.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. El director ha de convocar els membres dels tribunals avaluadors, que han d'estudiar el contingut de la reclamació i, si és el cas, han d'indicar a la persona interessada que assisteixi a una sessió de revisió de proves en la qual se li puguin comentar els criteris de correcció i de qualificació que s'han fet servir.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">3. La revisió de la prova, si és necessària, s'ha de fer el dia 18 de setembre de 2026.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">4. Els tribunals avaluadors han d'estendre una acta de la sessió de resolució de les reclamacions presentades.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">5. En cas de disconformitat amb el resultat de la revisió del tribunal avaluador, es podrà interposar un recurs d'alçada davant la directora general de Planificació i Gestió Educatives en el termini d'un mes natural a comptar des de la publicació de les llistes definitives.</span></span></span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Vint-i-unè<span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"> </span>Lliurament dels certificats d'aptitud de la prova</span></strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les persones que han superat la prova d'accés específica poden sol·licitar per correu electrònic el certificat que ho acredita al mateix centre en què s'ha fet la inscripció a la prova a partir del dia 21 de setembre de 2026. El centre adjuntarà d'ofici aquest certificat a l'expedient de l'alumne que sol·liciti plaça en el procés d'admissió i matriculació d'aquestes formacions per al curs 2026-2027 i se'ls enviarà per correu electrònic el certificat.</span></span></span></p>

Les persones que hagin superat la prova d'accés i aquelles que estiguin exemptes de fer la prova poden sol·licitar l'admissió als ensenyaments esportius que vulguin cursar, d'acord amb la normativa vigent, a partir de dia 19 de setembre i fins dia 21 de setembre de 2026 (ambdós inclosos). <strong>Una vegada admesos podran formalitzar la matrícula</strong>.</span></span></span></p>

Tot aquest procés d'admissió i matrícula es publicarà en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> mitjançant una resolució de la directora general de Planificació i Gestió Educatives per la qual es dictaran instruccions per concretar el procediment d'admissió i de matriculació als ensenyaments esportius de règim especial per al curs 2026-2027, així com la matrícula del mòdul/bloc de formació pràctica o la matrícula extraordinària de mòduls pendents d'anys anteriors.</span></span></span><span style="display: none"> </span></p>]]
