&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Mitjançant Resolució, núm. 8353 de 8 de maig de 2023, la Presidència de l&amp;apos;Institut Mallorquí d&amp;apos;Afers Socials (IMAS) va aprovar l&amp;apos;expedient de convocatòria de la concertació social del servei de promoció, manteniment i recuperació de l&amp;apos;autonomia funcional per a persones amb discapacitat física sobrevinguda, inclòs a la xarxa pública de serveis per a persones amb discapacitat de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 62, de 13 de maig de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Per Resolució de la Presidència de l&amp;apos;IMAS núm. 11668, de 21 de juny de 2023, es varen adjudicar les 140 places&amp;nbsp; de la concertació social del servei de promoció, manteniment i recuperació de l&amp;apos;autonomia funcional per a persones amb discapacitat física sobrevinguda&amp;nbsp;(BOIB núm. 87, de 27 de juny de 2023), segons el detall següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;En data 21 de juny de 2023, es varen formalitzar les col·laboracions objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta concertació social mitjançant els respectius acords d&amp;apos;acció concertada amb les entitats adjudicatàries i a l&amp;apos;estipulació tercera relativa a la durada de la concertació, s&amp;apos;estableix:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«La vigència d&amp;apos;aquest concert serà de tres anys, amb data d&amp;apos;inici dia 4 de juliol de 2023, i es podrà ampliar i renovar pel mateix termini».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Mitjançant Resolució de la Presidència de l&amp;apos;IMAS, núm.&amp;nbsp;16634&amp;nbsp;de 9 de juliol de 2025&amp;nbsp;(BOIB núm. 89, de 12 de juliol de 2025), es va acordar l&amp;apos;actualització i fixació de preus dels serveis per a persones amb discapacitat, inclosos a la cartera insular de serveis socials, que poden ser objecte de concertació social per als anys 2025-2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;El 25 de juliol de 2025, la Presidència de l&amp;apos;IMAS va dictar Resolució núm. 18523, de revisió de preus de la concertació del &lt;/span&gt;servei de promoció, manteniment i recuperació de l&amp;apos;autonomia funcional per a persones amb discapacitat física sobrevinguda&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;, inclòs a la xarxa pública de serveis socials per a persones amb discapacitat de Mallorca (&lt;/span&gt;BOIB núm. 102, de 2 d&amp;apos;agost de 2025&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt; Mitjançant informe, de 27 de maig de 2026, emès per la cap del Servei de Persones amb Discapacitat, amb el vist-i-plau de la directora insular de Persones amb Discapacitat, s&amp;apos;exposa la necessitat i, en conseqüència, es proposa renovar la concertació social del &lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;servei&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt; de promoció, manteniment i recuperació de l&amp;apos;autonomia funcional per a persones amb discapacitat física sobrevinguda, per tres anualitats (Codi CSV: K9AAD9DAVER4W7KQLFRV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.&lt;/strong&gt; El 28 de maig de 2026, la cap del Servei de Persones amb Discapacitat, ha emès informe d&amp;apos;avaluació de l&amp;apos;eficàcia i l&amp;apos;eficiència de l&amp;apos;esmentada concertació social (Codi CSV: K9AAD9FCAPVMXZHZFM4E).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;8. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;Per resolució del president de l&amp;apos;IMAS, &lt;/span&gt;de 28 de maig de 2026&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;, s&amp;apos;a&lt;/span&gt;corda iniciar la tramitació del procediment de renovació de la concertació social del &lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;servei&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt; de promoció, manteniment i recuperació de l&amp;apos;autonomia funcional per a persones amb discapacitat física sobrevinguda (Codi CSV: K9AAD9FKNT4VYP99FJCP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.&lt;/strong&gt; El 4 de juny de 2026, la cap del Servei de Persones amb Discapacitat, amb el vist-i-plau de la directora insular de Persones amb Discapacitat, va emetre informe proposta complementari, en el qual es valida la documentació presentada per les entitats concertades, atès que consten a l&amp;apos;expedient de referència les declaracions responsables relatives a la conformitat amb la renovació i amb el compliment dels requisits exigits, així com les assegurances requerides als Plecs de prescripcions tècniques per al termini de la renovació (Codi CSV: K9AAEAD3ANXMHF9YNPJE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A més, a l&amp;apos;esmentat informe es proposa designar com a responsable dels acords d&amp;apos;acció concertada d&amp;apos;aquest servei, a la cap de Servei de Persones amb Discapacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;10. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Per part del Servei d&amp;apos;Autoritzacions, Acreditació, Registre i Inspecció de Serveis Socials, en data 1 de juny de 2026, s&amp;apos;informa favorablement sobre els serveis de promoció, manteniment i recuperació de l&amp;apos;autonomia funcional per a persones amb discapacitat física sobrevinguda de les entitats concertades, els quals consten autoritzats, acreditats i vigents, així com de la inexistència d&amp;apos;expedient sancionador en matèria de serveis socials per infraccions de les que consten en els articles 128 i 129 de la Llei 4/2009, de Serveis Socials de les Illes Balears durant els darrers 24 mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;La despesa prevista per aquest expedient és de &lt;strong&gt;3.097.816,40€&lt;/strong&gt;, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 40.23140.26000, i atès el seu caràcter pluriennal, el Servei de Comptabilitat i Pressuposts, ha emès en data 8 de juny de 2026, informe favorable d&amp;apos;autorització a la despesa &lt;/span&gt;(Codi CSV: K9AAEAPMWFMRKDD9ZEAK)&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;12.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;Les entitats concertades&lt;/span&gt; del servei de promoció, manteniment i recuperació de l&amp;apos;autonomia funcional per a persones amb discapacitat física sobrevinguda&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;, han manifestat mitjançant declaració responsable que consta a l&amp;apos;expedient&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt; la seva conformitat amb la renovació de l&amp;apos;esmentada concertació per un període de tres anualitats i que continuen complint amb els requisits exigits per a la concertació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. &lt;/strong&gt;El Servei Juridicoadministratiu i la Intervenció Delegada, han emès sengles informes favorables a la renovació de la concertació social del servei de suport a l&amp;apos;habitatge per a persones amb discapacitat física, amb les entitats concertades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Pel que fa a la competència,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; La Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, de reforma de l&amp;apos;Estatut d&amp;apos;Autonomia de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 32 ext., d&amp;apos;1 de març de 2007; correcció d&amp;apos;errades BOIB núm. 29, de 28 de febrer de 2008), en concret l&amp;apos;article 70.4 relatiu a la competència pròpia dels consells insulars en matèria de serveis socials i assistència social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; La Llei 14/2001, de 29 d&amp;apos;octubre, d&amp;apos;atribució de competències als consells insulars en matèria de serveis socials i seguretat social, estableix a l&amp;apos;article 14 la potestat reglamentària normativa atribuïda als consells insulars en matèria de serveis socials, dins el marc de la regulació bàsica establerta pel Govern de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 135, de 10 de novembre de 2001 i BOE núm. 284, de 27 de novembre de 2001).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; La Llei 4/2009, d&amp;apos;11 de juny, de serveis socials de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 89 de 18 de juny de 2009 i BOE núm. 163 de 7 de juliol de 2009) preveu a l&amp;apos;article 27 i a la disposició final quarta, que cada Consell Insular, en el marc de les seves competències, ha de definir les prestacions pròpies de serveis socials, complementant la cartera bàsica de serveis socials que aprova el Govern de les Illes Balears, la qual va ser aprovada mitjançant el Decret 32/2023, de 26 de maig, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova la Cartera bàsica de serveis socials de les Illes Balears 2023-2027, s&amp;apos;estableixen principis generals per a les carteres insulars i locals i es modifiquen diverses normatives de l&amp;apos;àmbit social (BOIB núm. 70, de 27 de maig de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Els Estatuts de l&amp;apos;Institut Mallorquí d&amp;apos;Afers Socials (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019) aprovats per acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca de data 11 d&amp;apos;abril de 2019, en especial l&amp;apos;establert a l&amp;apos;article 2 d&amp;apos;acord amb el qual l&amp;apos;IMAS, com a organisme autònom creat pel Consell de Mallorca, adscrit al Departament de Benestar Social del Consell de Mallorca, és l&amp;apos;organisme que exerceix les competències atribuïdes per qualsevol títol al Consell de Mallorca en matèria de serveis socials i protecció de menors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; Decret de la Presidència del Consell de Mallorca, de 10 de juliol de 2023, pel qual es creen els departaments que n&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;estructurar el govern (BOIB núm. 95, d&amp;apos;11 de juliol de 2023), entre els quals es troba el Departament de Benestar Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt; Decret de la Presidència del Consell de Mallorca pel qual es nomenen els membres del Consell Executiu de 10 de juliol de 2023 (BOIB núm. 95, d&amp;apos;11 de juliol de 2023) pel qual es nomena el Sr. Guillermo Sánchez Cifre conseller executiu de Benestar Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. &lt;/strong&gt;L&amp;apos;òrgan competent per aprovar aquesta resolució és la Presidència de l&amp;apos;IMAS, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 7.2.28 dels Estatuts de l&amp;apos;IMAS (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019). No obstant això, i d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 8.2.1 les Vicepresidències de l&amp;apos;IMAS supliran a la Presidència i assumiran les seves atribucions en cas de vacant, absència, malaltia, impossibilitat física o una altre causa legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Pel que fa al fons,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. &lt;/strong&gt;La Cartera Insular de Serveis Socials i dels Serveis a Menors i Família de Mallorca aprovada definitivament en Ple del Consell de Mallorca de 13 de juliol de 2017 (BOIB núm. 97, de 18 de juliol de 2017 i correcció d&amp;apos;errades materials publicada BOIB núm. 161, de 30 de desembre de 2017) i prorrogada la seva vigència fins a l&amp;apos;entrada en vigor de la nova Cartera Insular de serveis socials de Mallorca, per Acords del Ple en sessions de 8 de juliol de 2021 (BOIB núm. 95, de 17 de juliol de 2021), de 15 de desembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 168, de 27 de desembre de 2022), Acord del Ple de 14 de desembre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 176, de 30 desembre de 2023) i Acord del Ple de 12 de desembre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 172, de 31 desembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.&lt;/strong&gt; El Reglament pel qual es regula el funcionament dels serveis socials per a persones amb discapacitat inclosos a la Cartera Insular de serveis socials i s&amp;apos;estableixen els requisits d&amp;apos;autorització i acreditació, aprovat al Ple del Consell de Mallorca de data 11 de maig de 2023 (BOIB núm. 83, de 20 de juny de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. &lt;/strong&gt;La Directiva 2014/24/UE del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 26 de febrer de 2014, sobre contractació pública (DOUE núm. 94, de 28 de març de 2014).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.&lt;/strong&gt; La Llei 4/2009, d&amp;apos;11 de juny, de serveis socials de les Illes Balears que regula el règim de concertació als articles 89 i següents (BOIB núm. 89 de 18 de juny de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.&lt;/strong&gt; La Llei 12/2018, de 15 de novembre, de serveis a les persones en l&amp;apos;àmbit social a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 146 de 22 de novembre de 2018), regula al Capítol I el «Règim de col·laboració privada en la gestió de serveis socials per a les persones mitjançant l&amp;apos;acció concertada».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. &lt;/strong&gt;El Decret 48/2017, de 27 d&amp;apos;octubre, (BOIB número 132 de 28 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2017) pel qual s&amp;apos;estableixen els principis generals als quals s&amp;apos;han de sotmetre els concerts socials (en endavant Decret 48/2017), la vigència del qual s&amp;apos;ha vist parcialment afectada per la Llei 12/2018 i, en conseqüència, resta en vigor en tot allò que no contradigui ni s&amp;apos;oposi al que disposa aquesta llei&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;En concret, la Secció 2ª, del Capítol II del Títol III, relativa a la «Renovació de concerts» que abasta els articles 21 i 22.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. &lt;/strong&gt;La Llei 3/2018, de 29 de maig, del tercer sector d&amp;apos;acció social (BOIB núm. 67, de 31 de maig de 2018), regula als seus articles 3 i 4 les entitats que tenen la consideració d&amp;apos;entitats del tercer sector d&amp;apos;acció social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;15. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Resolució&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt; de la Presidència de l&amp;apos;IMAS,&lt;/span&gt; núm. 8353 de 8 de maig de 2023, d&amp;apos;aprovació de la convocatòria de la concertació social del servei de promoció, manteniment i recuperació de l&amp;apos;autonomia funcional per a persones amb discapacitat física sobrevinguda, inclòs a la xarxa pública de serveis per a persones amb discapacitat de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 62, de 13 de maig de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16.&lt;/strong&gt; Resolució de la Presidència de l&amp;apos;IMAS, núm. 11668 de 21 de juny de 2023, d&amp;apos;adjudicació de la concertació social del&amp;nbsp;servei de promoció, manteniment i recuperació de l&amp;apos;autonomia funcional per a persones amb discapacitat física sobrevinguda&amp;nbsp;(BOIB núm. 87, de 27 de juny de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17.&lt;/strong&gt; Els Acords d&amp;apos;acció concertada subscrits entre l&amp;apos;IMAS i les entitats concertades per al servei de promoció, manteniment i recuperació de l&amp;apos;autonomia funcional per a persones amb discapacitat física sobrevinguda, de 21 de juny de 2023&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Pel que fa al procediment, a més de la normativa abans citada,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. &lt;/strong&gt;En concret, I&amp;apos;article 22 del Decret 48/2017, de 27 d&amp;apos;octubre, pel qual s&amp;apos;estableixen els principis generals als quals s&amp;apos;han de sotmetre els concerts socials en l&amp;apos;àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears, a on es regula el procediment de renovació de concerts formalitzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;19. &lt;/strong&gt;La Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (BOE núm. 236, de 2 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;20. &lt;/strong&gt;L&amp;apos;article 214 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, i atès l&amp;apos;acord d&amp;apos;aprovació del règim de fiscalització i intervenció limitada prèvia de requisits bàsics i presa de raó en ingressos del Consell Insular de Mallorca i de les entitats del seu sector públic subjectes a funció interventora de data 12 de desembre de 2019, l&amp;apos;expedient ha estat sotmès a la Intervenció delegada de l&amp;apos;IMAS per a l&amp;apos;emissió del preceptiu informe de fiscalització prèvia (BOE núm. 59 de 9 de març de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En virtut de la competència atribuïda legalment,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta resolució no posa fi a la via administrativa i contra ella es pot interposar, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 28.1 dels Estatuts de l&amp;apos;IMAS aprovats per Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca d&amp;apos;11 d&amp;apos;abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019), recurs d&amp;apos;alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dins el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d&amp;apos;alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Secció Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal d&amp;apos;Instància, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la desestimació de l&amp;apos;esmentat recurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
