&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; La Presidència de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (en endavant IMAS) mitjançant Resolució núm. 313 de data 12 de gener de 2023, va aprovar la convocatòria de la concertació social del servei d'intervenció familiar en el domicili (BOIB núm. 9, de 19 de gener de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. El 14 de febrer de 2023, la Presidència de l'IMAS mitjançant Resolució núm. 2650, va aprovar l'adjudicació de 90 places de la concertació social del servei d'intervenció familiar en el domicili, a l'entitat GRUPO DE EDUCADORES DE CALLE Y TRABAJO (en endavant GREC) per un període de dues anualitats (BOIB núm. 22, de 18 de febrer de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. En la mateixa data, es va formalitzar l'acord d'acció concertada subscrit per l'IMAS amb l'entitat adjudicatària GREC, per al servei d'intervenció familiar en el domicili (Codi CSV: K9AAR3VXX37PNFJV7ZDD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Mitjançant Resolució de la Presidència de l'IMAS, núm. 1992 de 29 de gener de 2025, es va resoldre renovar l'acord d'acció concertada del servei d'intervenció familiar en el domicili per dues anualitats, amb data de finalització el 14 de febrer de 2027 (BOIB núm. 17, de 6 de febrer de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Per Resolució de la Presidència de l'IMAS, núm. 25798 de 20 de d'octubre de 2025, es va acordar l'actualització i fixació de preus dels serveis per a persones menors d'edat de la Direcció insular de Serveis Socials, Infància i Família, concertats per l'IMAS, per als anys 2025-2026 (BOIB núm. 146, de 4 de novembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. El 14 de novembre de 2025, la Presidència de l'IMAS va dictar Resolució núm. 28310, de revisió de preus de la concertació del servei d'intervenció familiar en el domicili (BOIB núm. 154, de 20 de novembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Per Resolució de la Presidència de l'IMAS, núm. 4801 de 24 de febrer de 2026, es va aprovar la previsió dels serveis a concertar per la Direcció Insular de Serveis Socials, Infància i Família durant l'any 2026 (BOIB núm. 30, de 7 de març de 2026), a la qual es preveu l'ampliació de places d'aquesta concertació social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Mitjançant Resolució de la Presidència de l'IMAS núm. 10357 de 23 d'abril de 2026, es va aprovar la convocatòria de l'ampliació de places de la concertació social del servei d'intervenció familiar en el domicili (BOIB núm. 55, de 30 d'abril de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Amb aquesta resolució es va autoritzar la despesa dimanant d'aquest expedient per l'import total màxim de &lt;strong&gt;818.448,00 €&lt;/strong&gt; (IVA exempt) amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 20.23120.26000 dels pressuposts de l'IMAS segons la distribució següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; A efectes de transparència, la convocatòria de la concertació social es va publicar al BOIB núm. 55, de 30 d'abril 2026, al DOUE (OJ S 80/2026 24/04/2026, modificat a l' OJ S 83/2026 29/04/2026), així com al Tauler d'Anuncis de l'IMAS i a la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, només ha presentat sol·licitud per a l'ampliació de la concertació social del servei d'intervenció familiar en el domicili l'entitat GRUPO DE EDUCADORES DE CALLE Y TRABAJO CON MENORES (GREC) con NIF núm. G07267628, per un total de 100 places, de les 100 places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Per part del Servei d'Autoritzacions, Acreditació, Registre i Inspecció de Serveis Socials, en data 13 de maig de 2026 s'informa favorablement sobre els serveis acreditats i vigents de l'entitat sol·licitant, així com de la inexistència d'expedient sancionador en matèria de serveis socials per infraccions de les que consten en els articles 128 i 129 de la Llei 4/2009, de Serveis Socials de les Illes Balears durant els darrers 24 mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;13.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; En data 27 de maig de 2026, ha estat emès per la cap de Servei d'Infància i Adolescència, amb el vist-i-plau de la directora insular de Serveis Socials, Infància i Família, l'informe proposta d'adjudicació de la ampliació de la concertació social del servei d'intervenció familiar en el domicili, on es recull la instrucció del procediment i proposa l'adjudicació de les 100 places de la convocatòria esmentada a l'entitat GREC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;14. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Servei Juridicoadministratiu ha elaborat el pertinent model d'addenda a l'acord d'acció concertada signat en data de 14 de febrer de 2023, per part de l'entitat GREC. mitjançant el que es formalitzaran les col·laboracions per a la prestació del servei objecte d'aquesta ampliació, d'acord amb l'article 5.4 de la Llei 12/2018, de 22 de novembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;15. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Consta a l'expedient de referència, diligència del cap de la Secció Econòmica de l'IMAS informant sobre la necessitat de modificar la aplicació pressupostària de la despesa autoritzada, a la partida pressupostària 50.23151.26000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;16. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Servei de Comptabilitat i Pressuposts, ha informat favorablement en data d'11 de juny de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;17.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; El Servei Juridicomadministratiu i la Intervenció delegada de l'IMAS han informat favorablement la proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pel que fa la competència,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; La Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, de reforma de l'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 32 ext., d'1 de març de 2007; correcció d'errades BOIB núm. 29, de 28 de febrer de 2008), en concret l'article 70.4 relatiu a la competència pròpia dels consells insulars en matèria de serveis socials i assistència social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Els Estatuts de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019) aprovats per acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca de data 11 d'abril de 2019, en especial l'establert a l'article 2 d'acord amb el qual l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, com a organisme autònom creat pel Consell de Mallorca, adscrit al Departament de Benestar Social del Consell de Mallorca, és l'organisme que exerceix les competències atribuïdes per qualsevol títol al Consell de Mallorca en matèria de serveis socials i protecció de menors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Decret de la Presidència del Consell de Mallorca pel qual es nomenen els membres del Consell Executiu de 10 de juliol de 2023 (BOIB núm. 95, d'11 de juliol de 2023) pel qual es nomena el Sr. Guillermo Sánchez Cifre conseller executiu de Benestar Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; L'òrgan competent per aprovar aquesta resolució és la Presidència de l'IMAS, d'acord amb l'article 7.2.28 dels Estatuts de l'IMAS (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019) on es recull que la Presidència de l'IMAS te competència per a &lt;em&gt;«Convocar procediments de concertació social i aprovar concerts de serveis socials, en els termes prevists per la Llei de Serveis Socials i les normes de desenvolupament».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pel que fa al fons,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Llei 4/2009, d'11 de juny, de Serveis Socials de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 89, de 18 de juny de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; La Llei 12/2018, de 15 de novembre, de serveis a les persones en l'àmbit social a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 146 de 22 de novembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Resolució de la Presidència de l'IMAS núm. 10357 de 23 d'abril de 2026, d'aprovació de la convocatòria de l'ampliació de places de la concertació social del servei d'intervenció familiar en el domicili (BOIB núm. 55, de 30 d'abril de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pel que fa al procediment,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Decret 48/2017 disposa a l'article 19.2 que “en el procediment d'ampliació de places, la resolució de convocatòria es pot substituir per un anunci públic, i la durada s'ha de fer coincidir amb les renovacions que s'hagin produït i que derivin del primer concert”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. L'article 214 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, i atès l'acord d'aprovació del règim de fiscalització i intervenció limitada prèvia de requisits bàsics i presa de raó en ingressos del Consell Insular de Mallorca i de les entitats del seu sector públic subjectes a funció interventora de data 12 de desembre de 2019, l'expedient ha estat sotmès a la Intervenció delegada de l'IMAS per a l'emissió del preceptiu informe de fiscalització prèvia ( BOE núm. 59 de 9 de març de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cinquè &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PUBLICAR aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt; en el &lt;em&gt;Diari Oficial de la Unió Europea, &lt;/em&gt;així com al Tauler d'Anuncis de l'IMAS i a la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sisè.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; NOTIFICAR a l'entitat adjudicatària aquesta Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Setè. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;REQUERIR a l'entitat adjudicatària perquè signi electrònicament l'acord d'acció concertada en el termini màxim de tres dies hàbils, a contar des de es posi a sa seva disposició l'Acord d'acció concertada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vuitè. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;COMUNICAR aquesta resolució a la Direcció Insular Serveis Socials, Infància i Família, al Servei de Gestió Econòmica, al Servei de Comptabilitat i Pressuposts i a la Intervenció Delegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquesta resolució no posa fi a la via administrativa i contra ella es pot interposar, d'acord amb l'article 28.1 dels Estatuts de l'IMAS aprovats per Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca d'11 d'abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019), recurs d'alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dins el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d'alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Secció Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal d'Instància, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la desestimació de l'esmentat recurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
