&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.- ACORDAR &lt;/strong&gt;el desplegament dels efectes de la disposició addicional setena de la Llei 7/2024, sobre &lt;em&gt;Procediment de legalització extraordinària d&amp;apos;edificacions, construccions, instal·lacions i usos existents a sòl rústic&lt;/em&gt;, a l&amp;apos;àmbit territorial de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.- ACORDAR&lt;/strong&gt; que, d&amp;apos;acord amb el model territorial de l&amp;apos;illa, l&amp;apos;aplicació de la disposició addicional setena de la Llei 7/2024 es limitarà à:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) L&amp;apos;ús d&amp;apos;habitatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) L&amp;apos;ús agrari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Les activitats incloses al Catàleg d&amp;apos;activitats existents en sòl rústic, definit a l&amp;apos;annex IV del PTI de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.- ACORDAR&lt;/strong&gt; que els projectes tècnics de legalització han d&amp;apos;incorporar les següents mesures:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Un sistema de depuració d&amp;apos;aigües residuals adequat al Pla Hidrològic de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Mesures d&amp;apos;adaptació a les condicions generals d&amp;apos;estètica contemplades al Pla Territorial de Formentera per a les edificacions, construccions o instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Mesures per reduir la contaminació lumínica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Mesures per incrementar l&amp;apos;eficiència energètica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Mesures per incrementar l&amp;apos;eficiència hídrica de l&amp;apos;edificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.&lt;/strong&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; L&amp;apos;ACORD COMPLET al BOIB als efectes d&amp;apos;entrada en vigor, segons l&amp;apos;establert al punt 9 de la disposició addicional setena de la Llei 7/2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ.- FER PÚBLIC &lt;/strong&gt;el contingut d&amp;apos;aquest acord mitjançant la pàgina web del Consell insular de Formentera&amp;nbsp; http://www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es fa avinent que contra l&amp;apos;acord present, es podrà interposar, en el termini de dos mesos a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà d&amp;apos;aquesta publicació en el BOIB, recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, amb seu a Palma, de conformitat amb el disposat a l&amp;apos;article 66.1.&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consell insulars, en relació amb els articles 10.1.a), 10.1.n), 25 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, que regula la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El que es fa públic als efectes oportuns. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
