    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Govern de la Mancomunitat Intermunicipal de Serveis Públics Insulars en sessió de 3 de desembre de 2025 va aprovar el pressupost de la Mancomunitat per a l&amp;apos;any 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conforme a l&amp;apos;article 128 del RDL, 781/86 de 18 d&amp;apos;abril les corporacions locals aprovaran i publicaran anualment, dins del termini d&amp;apos;un mes des de l&amp;apos;aprovació del seu pressupost, l&amp;apos;oferta d&amp;apos;ocupació pública per a l&amp;apos;any corresponent, ajustant-se a la legislació bàsica de l&amp;apos;Estat sobre funció pública i als criteris que reglamentàriament s&amp;apos;estableixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Correspon al President, conforme a l&amp;apos;article 22.1.f) dels Estatuts de la Mancomunitat, la competència per a aprovar l&amp;apos;oferta d&amp;apos;Ocupació Pública d&amp;apos;acord amb el pressupost i plantilla aprovats per la Junta de Govern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
