&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar les bases reguladores que han de regir els Premis de Sant Joan 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. &lt;/strong&gt;Autoritzar la despesa de 2.420,00€ a càrrec de l&amp;apos;aplicació pressupostària 3410.48207 i 1.210,00€ a càrrec de l&amp;apos;aplicació pressupostària 3410.48208 del pressupost de despeses de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar les Bases al BOIB, al tauler d&amp;apos;edictes i a la pàgina web de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases Premis Festes San Joan 2026&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Normativa aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquests premis es regiran per allò que s&amp;apos;ha fixat en la present convocatòria; a les bases d&amp;apos;execució del pressupost&lt;em&gt;,&lt;/em&gt; en la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions; en el Reglament General de la Llei de Subvencions aprovat per Reial decret 886/2006, de 21 de juliol; en la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques; en el Reial decret 130/2019, de 8 de març, pel qual es regula la Base de dades Nacional de Subvencions i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres ajudes públiques, i en les restants normes de dret administratiu que en el seu cas siguin aplicables, i en defecte d&amp;apos;això, les normes de dret privat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El procediment per a la concessió d&amp;apos;aquestes subvencions serà en règim de concurrència competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Crèdits Pressupostaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El crèdit pressupostari al qual s&amp;apos;imputen els premis de Sant Joan “ Milla Urbana” és l&amp;apos;aplicació pressupostària 3410.48207, i la quantia total màxima del premi són 2.460,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El crèdit pressupostari al qual s&amp;apos;imputen els premis de ciclisme Memorial Bernat Capó és l&amp;apos;aplicació pressupostària 3410.48208, i la quantia total màxima del premi són 1.210,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Objecte, Condicions i Finalitat dels premis&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;objecte dels premis és convocar proves esportives per premiar els atletes i ciclistes que desitgin participar a les Festes de Sant Joan 2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La finalitat és fomentar l&amp;apos;esport i la participació ciutadana en les festes populars i la continuïtat de les costums tradicionals arrelades el municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Condicions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sant Joan “ Milla Urbana” &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- La XXXIII MILLA URBANA VILA DE MURO JOAN COMES 2026, se celebrarà el pròxim diumenge 14 de juny a les 10&amp;apos;15 h del matí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Serà organitzada pel Club Esportiu Mallorca Nord amb la col·laboració de l&amp;apos;Àrea d&amp;apos;Esports de Muro i patrocinada per l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Muro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- La direcció tècnica serà responsabilitat del Club Esportiu Mallorca Nord. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4.- Les inscripcions es faran de manera telemàtica en l&amp;apos;enllaç inscripcions. I la recollida de dorsals es realitzarà a partir de les 9&amp;apos;00 hores del matí a la taula que l&amp;apos;organització posarà a la Plaça Sant Martí, 3 de Muro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5.- La carrera tendrà lloc al circuit urbà format pels carrers: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PLAÇA SANT MARTÍ, CARRER LLIBERTAT, CARRER JOAN CARLES I, I CARRER SANTA ANNA. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6.- La XXXIII MILLA URBANA VILA DE MURO JOAN COMES 2026, tendrà catorze carreres corresponents a les següents categories:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I Carrera categoria SUB 10 Masculí i Femení, nascuts els anys 2017-2018 (1 volta al circuit)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;II Carrera categoria SUB 12 Masculí, nascuts els anys 2015-2016.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;III Carrera categoria SUB 12 Femení, nascudes els anys 2015-2016.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7.- Recordau dur la vostra botella d&amp;apos;aigua reutilitzable per a una bona hidratació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.- Cada atleta sols podrà participar a una sola carrera amb dorsal i a l&amp;apos;edat que li correspon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.- Les carreres I, II, III, IV, i V tendrà un trofeu el primer classificat, un trofeu el primer classificat local i medalla a tots els participants.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;10.- La carrera VI, VII, tendran un trofeu el primer classificat, un trofeu el primer classificat local i medalles a tots els participants. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;15.- El Club Esportiu Mallorca Nord atorga un premi especial de &lt;strong&gt;1.140 €&lt;/strong&gt;, col·laboració de &lt;strong&gt;SERIGRAFIA DELTA,&lt;/strong&gt; pel primer classificat de la categoria absoluta masculina si aconsegueix batre el rècord de la prova (&lt;strong&gt;4&amp;apos;16”&lt;/strong&gt;) aconseguit l&amp;apos;any 2.007. Aquest premi és acumulable per l&amp;apos;any vinent, si no es bat el rècord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;16.- El Club Esportiu Mallorca Nord atorga un premi especial de &lt;strong&gt;240 €,&lt;/strong&gt; col·laboració d&amp;apos;&lt;strong&gt;ASSEGURANCES MORAGUES DE MURO&lt;/strong&gt;, per la primera classificada de la categoria absoluta femenina si aconsegueix batre el rècord de la prova (&lt;strong&gt;4&amp;apos;59”&lt;/strong&gt;) aconseguit l&amp;apos;any 2022. Aquest premi és acumulable, per l&amp;apos;any vinent, si no es bat el rècord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;17.- Els premis no podran esser acumulatius. Cap atleta podrà acumular més d&amp;apos;una medalla o trofeu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;18.- L&amp;apos;ordre de sortida serà la mateixa que s&amp;apos;ha especificat. No obstant això, l&amp;apos;organització es reserva el dret de variar l&amp;apos;horari, juntar carreres, ordre de proves o suspendre&amp;apos;n qualcuna si ho trobàs convenient. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;19.-La prova estarà controlada pel col·legi de jutges de la Federació Balear d&amp;apos;Atletisme i inclosa al calendari de competicions de la FAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;20.- L&amp;apos;organització no es fa responsable dels danys morals, materials o físics que poguessin sofrir els participants i espectadors durant o a conseqüència de les proves. Encara que hi haurà servei d&amp;apos;assistència de primers auxilis. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;21.- L&amp;apos;organització podrà demanar a qualsevol participant la documentació que acrediti la seva edat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;22.- Qualsevol reclamació que pugui sorgir a conseqüència de la carrera es farà dins els 15 minuts després de finalitzada dita prova. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposen els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, contra aquesta resolució podrà interposar-se recurs potestatiu de reposició davant Batle d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament, en el terme d&amp;apos;un mes a comptar des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la recepció de la notificació, o bé directament recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, a comptar des de l&amp;apos;endemà al de la recepció de la notificació, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.&amp;nbsp; Mitjans de notificació o publicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les notificacions es practicaran en el lloc i pel mitjà que el sol·licitant faci constar a aquest efecte en la sol·licitud, tenint en compte allò que s&amp;apos;ha fixat a aquests efectes en l&amp;apos;article 41 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
