Mitjançant Resolució de la directora gerent de la Fundació Banc de Sang i Teixits de les Illes Balears es va convocar un concurs de trasllats voluntari per proveir quatre places vacants de personal laboral fix de diverses categories (CT/2026/01), publicada en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al web de la Fundació. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Mitjançant Resolució de data 26/05/2026 es varen aprovar les llistes provisionals de persones admeses i la resolució provisional del concurs de trasllat, i es va concedir un termini de deu dies hàbils per formular reclamacions, esmenes i al·legacions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Una vegada finalitzat aquest termini, i examinada la documentació que consta a l'expedient, escau aprovar la puntuació definitiva del concurs i adjudicar definitivament la plaça respecte de la qual s'ha presentat sol·licitud de participació.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Així mateix, escau declarar desertes les places respecte de les quals no s'ha presentat cap candidatura.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La base 2.1 de l'annex 1 de la convocatòria aprovada per Resolució de la directora gerent de la Fundació Banc de Sang i Teixits de les Illes Balears per la qual es convoca el concurs de trasllats voluntari CT/2026/01, que preveu la publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears de la resolució definitiva del concurs de trasllats.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les bases 2 i 6 i la resta de bases aplicables de l'annex 1 de la convocatòria aprovada per Resolució de la directora gerent de la Fundació Banc de Sang i Teixits de les Illes Balears per la qual es convoca el concurs de trasllats voluntari CT/2026/01.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L'article 21 del Conveni col·lectiu per al personal laboral al servei de la Fundació Banc de Sang i Teixits de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 153, de 6 de novembre de 2014).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L'article 23 dels Estatuts de la Fundació Banc de Sang i Teixits de les Illes Balears, relatiu a les competències de la Direcció Gerència. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per tot això, dict la següent</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolució</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:left"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.
